It’s simple: upon approval, you will be given an affiliate tracking number and will receive an e-mail with the program details and instructions on how to set up your website with links, banners, images and descriptions.

Terms and Conditions

Babyhomepages.net affiliate terms:

1. Joining the program

By filling out the signup form you understand that you have applied and have agreed to become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission by your referral of individuals to our website who sign up for either a free website or pay for a 6 month subscription. The BabyHomePages.net affiliate program has the following commission designations: $1 per free website sign up (terms listed below and upon our discretion) and $3 for each 6 month BabyHomePages.net paid subscription listed under your affiliate tracking number.

BabyHomePages.net defines the following guidelines for a free website and reserves the right at its sole discretion to deem a website
ineligible for commission.

A) The commission of 1$ is paid for each free website per email address. There will be only one commission payout per email address regardless of number of websites set up.
B) After the free website has been registered, there will be a probation time of thirty days before commission is earned by affiliate, during this probation time there must be at least one picture uploaded to the free website and two postings made by individual.
C) BabyHomePages.net retains the right to refuse payment on any websites created that are generated from an automatic system or any other method which is deemed inappropriate in regards to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment schedule

Affiliate payments - payment to affiliate will not be rendered for amounts less than $50.00 USD unless the affiliate requests to cancel program and end relationship with BabyHomePages.net. Cancellation of the program must be made in writing and submitted to Affiliate program manager to end relationship and receive payment for outstanding balance. An email will be sent by BabyHomePages.net to verify cancellation. Commission amounts less than $50.00 USD will be carried over into the next months cycle. When your account total reaches $50.00 or more you will be sent a check provided all commissions associated with your account meet the conditions set forth in above. Payments will be calculated and checks sent out to affiliate during the last week of any given month according to the terms and conditions of this document.

3. Termination of affiliate status

Your affiliate application and status in our program can be terminated for the following reasons:
-inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
-spamming
-any form of association with sites promoting illegal activities
-violation of terms and conditions

These terms and conditions can be modified by BabyHomePages.net at any time without notice. All affiliates will be notified via email of all amendments.

4. Affiliate links
You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may only use the graphics and text provided to you by us.

5. Affiliate tracking
We will generate a listing of sites set up under your unique code. This is the data we use to generate commission payouts.

6. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your approval into our affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, you may chose to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

7. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Affiliate further agrees and warrants that it will comply with all local, state and federal laws currently or implemented in the future regarding the sending of e-mails and internet harassment.

Affiliate cannot hold BabyHomePages.net responsible for any illegal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of affiliate. Under no circumstances will BabyHomePages.net be liable for the affiliate program.

By joining our affiliate program, you understand that you automatically are acknowledging that you have read the terms and conditions above for the BabyHomePages.net affiliate program, understand, and agree with them.
