In Loving Memory
of our beloved Granddaddy Rice
December 22, 1935 - June 7, 2007

We love you and will miss you Granddaddy Rice!

In Loving Memory
of our beloved Great Uncle Ronnie
August 6, 1958 - February 9, 2007

Mimi's brother (our Great Uncle Ronnie) has finally gone home to be with his Lord. We ask that you pray for emotional and spiritual strength for our family members in the days ahead.

Uncle Ronnie fought a long battle with a brain tumor for many years. He was originally diagnosed at the age of 13 and underwent numerous treatments and surgeries over the years. Uncle Ronnie was able to lead a somewhat normal life and the Lord truly blessed him with a wife of almost 20 years (Aunt Debbie) and a seventeen year old daughter (Cousin Renee). Uncle Ronnie's condition slowly worsened over the last year or two and he developed several complications ... Cryptogenic Cirrhosis, Hydrocephalus, VRE and Decerebrate Posturing.

Uncle Ronnie dedicated his life to God during his teenage years and always willingly and eagerly served Him. Our family knows and has accepted that Uncle Ronnie was ready to go home and be with his LORD.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;
Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Psalms 23:1-6
