You guys will be absolutely perfect parents! I am glad that your wait to have children of your own will soon be over as you hold Alicia in your arms for the first time:) How exciting!!! I am so happy for you both and can't wait to meet little Miss Alicia Grace. :) Love and Peace... Jess

Good Luck!! My only advice to give for labor is remember to relax. Close your eyes and breath deeply and slowly. If you have back labor, A ice cold can of pop pressed into your back works well. Love to you all, Buck & Maryann Buckner.

Have fun at LAMAZE guys, it's a real treat! hehehehhehehehe To be honest, that breathing technique really did'nt work for me. My best advice is to breathe deeply with each contraction and gently rub your belly, and relax!
