4/21 SORRY eveyone BUT SHE IS STILL NOT HERE. We, as in I, thought that she would have been here by now. My mom, Becky, came over thursday night to help me get things a going. She has worked me to death, but still no luck. The house is clean, laundry is done, food is bought, nails are painted, hair is looking good. Drew and I ahve done eveything to get things a going. NO LUCK. trust me we did everything. we did the spicy food, long walk ( on the beach, haha), Raspberry tea?, The "FUN" stuff, more walking. SO what else is there to do? ANYONE? If you have a thought that might get things going please HELP!!!!! please remember that the Cervix is gone and I am dialed to 3cm. So speacil "fun" jucies will no longer work. That only thins the cervix. ok lets keep going. I finally told Drew to go back to work thinking that him being here was slowing things down. I was having him home but there was nothing for him to do. so today he went to work at 130pm and called me at 6pm to tell me that there was NO 5 o'clock news and there will be NO 9 o'clock news. so he has been sitting there working on getting to know the switcvh borad a little better. oh and NO ONE else is there. Well I will keep writing until I go in. Oh and if nothing happens tomorrow, sunday, then on monday morning I am calling the doctor to have her start me with a induction. Hopefully that will work. Well have a great rest of the wonderful weather weekend. see yeah!
4/18 counting down the hours
I got back from the doctor and this is what she said. I am at a 2.5-3cm with little cervix left. my contactions are getting stronger and closer. all day they have been between 15-30 mins appart. when i got to the docs they were closer. about 10 mins. she said "I am on call tonight. I would say with a good chance that you could have the baby by this weekend. If not we will start induction on wednesday the 25th." But she didn't we why I would take that long. I was moving fast. SO now the time is getting closer. Pray that se strats tonight, wednesday, and we could have our little girl by thursday morning. :) we cant wait. I have been trying to write every day. if i dont write think happy thoughts and that we are there. call a friend to find out the situation. parents have been notified. ok well hope to talk to you all next week. I am going for a walk. see yeah!
4/17 well all, Today was a slow day. I thought for sure that we had something good going. Last night, monday, from 7-10 I was every 20 mins. then I fell alseep. I did wake up to Drew coming in the door at 11:45pm and had one then. He quickly jumped in bed to spoon me and rub my belly, which put me back to sleep. right now I seem to be contracting. that was fun. Tomorrow is a busy day. A lot of running around to do. I also have a doctors appointment at 4:10pm. My bag is packed, just in case. Well it is time for bed. Talk to soon.
4/16 happy birthday Meadow. Well just to update you all sunday drew took me for a walk around butterfly pond, by high cliff state park. it was about 35 mins of fast walking. very nice. when i got home I had some good contractions. Well then that night we had a few strong ones in a couple hours. then today they have been coming about every hour, with them getting closer this evening. So there is a chance that I could go to the hospital in the next 24 to 48 hours. we can only hope and wait. With that said Drew started his new/ old job at fox 11 today. he will get done at 11pm. I hope that I dont need him until then. Also the Race is ON for Trista and I. she went to the doc today and she is now at a 1cm and 60%. so now we will see WHO will go first. talk to you all later.

Sunday Morning. Well this weekend was great. Saturday morning I went and had a pre natial massage. WoW did my back feel better. Then when I got home I got to do the dishes. That was fun. By 2pm I had laid down and listened to classical music and fell alseep for 2 hours. I didnt want to get up. Drew was with the guys all day saturday for Chad's Bacholor party. I had the grandma's calling me all day to see how I was feeling. That was funny. Nacny called from her cell, which I did not reconize, asking if I had just called her. I told her no and that I was just hanging some shelves in the living room. SHe sounded so worried that she had missed me calling. So then Last night at 11 pm I called g.ma Becky( my mom). I of course woke her up. I told her that I was checking her responce time to answering the phone in the night. I dont think she liked that. Sorry mom. I did the same thing to Drew. I guess every time, which was not much, that I called Drew or if he called me, all the guys would ask for a thumbs up or down on how I was doing. I laugh at that. Well it is time for me to wake Drew up and bother him all day. We will keep you posted. TTFF
4/13 Friday the 13th. COULD THIS BE THE WEEKEND? Sorry that I took a little long to get back to everyone. My mind has been scattered this past week. The doctor appointment went great. I am still at a 1cm and 80 %. The doc said that this could mean tonight OR a week from now. So we are still in a guessing game for her arrivial. Last night, thursday, I woke up 4 times in 2 1/2 hours having contractions. I was sleeping good by 4AM. I have noticed a difference in them getting stronger. Other than that, nothing else is new. The weather is getting warmer and the muskrat has been out again. I will keep you all posted when more happens.

HAPPY EASTER!
Well I hope everyone is having a Happy Easter. This past weekend I have been resting a lot. I do not like it at all. My muscles get sore from not moving around all day. Saturday was fun. Drew decided to "nest" the living room. What does that mean. he took out our entertainment center got a new one and then rearranged the room. Oh and re did the surround sound. That was fun. now I have nowhere to put all the family pictures. I told him he needs to get me some shelves so that I can disply them. This week Drew only has two days left working at Unifirst then he has five days off to hang with me, then it is off to Fox 11, again. This time he has a better position all around. I just cant wait for him to be happy and rested again. This afternoon we are headed over to his grandma's house to visit with family and eat. We haven't seen them since christmas, I think. Well doctor appointment on wednesday. well right more then. bye for now. OH and check out the new pictures. some are older that I hadnt gotten around to putting on.

Well the Doctor appointment went well. We are now going every week. Today at the docs when she checked me I was at almost 1 cm and 75-80 effaced. Next week she is on vacation, and told me to wait until she gets back to have the baby. I told her that I would do that. I know that you can dialate and stay there for a while, but she said that with the amount of work/ playing with the kids that I do I could go fast and have an easy labor. I will not cross my fingers on that though. well that is all for now. talk to you soon.

Well this past weekend went Great. I had my Wisconsin Shower hosted by Drews Mom, Nanner (nancy). Went great, out of 55 invites 35 RSVP with 25 showing. That is still a big number. We got everything we needed. With the gift cards and money we used it for the bigger items. We are now READY for ALICIA to arrive. Ok
I am now ready for her. My parents and sister Heather with her daughter Meadow also came over for the Shower and Birthday. OH yeah I turned 27 on Mar 27. My golden B-Day. Any way, We all went out to GOOD COMPANY for dinner with Good friends and Drews Family. Sarah and Frank, Chris, Abbie, Jon and Nicole, Jess and Jermey, Emily, Parents, Heather and Meadow then Us. Lots of fun. Then the next morning I took my family over to the outlet mall in Oshkosh. We went shopping for 2- 2 1/2 hours. Then I grabbed Drew and visited his moms place where sarah, frank, chris and nicole where waiting for all of us to take a Family BEFORE picture. From there Drew took me to the mall where we were for 3+ hours. BOY did my legs and BUTT hurt. All day my family including Drew were making me walk. I will tell you that she has dropped even more than before. We have a Doctors appointment on Wednesday at 4:10. I will keep you all posted on the play by play. This just in...
This morning we have gotten word from Drew, our daddy, on the job that he is quiting his current job and going back to Fox 11 in Green Bay. This is great news.
Another Story has just come in, this morning I was taking a shower when I had noticed that my belly has dropped. I knew do to the gap between my boobs and belly. we are still hoping to stay on schedule with the delivery. (yeah Right). That is all for now. Back to you at the desk.
OK ALL YOU CRAZY PEOPLE THAT WANT ME TO HAVE THIS BABY IN MAY, yes I would love to have a may baby But due to the love we have for our frieds, Chad and Tara we need to have the baby out no later than may 3rd. They are getting married in Minneapolis MN on May 12 and Drew is in the wedding and I want to be there. So if you want to change your date you are welcome to do so. people can share theirs date with others just change the time. However I would like to say THANK YOU all for putting your guesses in. I am having fun reading them all. This baby is very loved by you all. Thanks Heidi
4/21 Went to the doc today and the doc says that she has just started her adventure down the canal. Ok her head is starting to drop down. So it looks like we are getting started. A little scared that I will be a mom sooner than later. But very much excited. Next appointment is in two weeks, April 4. Then we start going every week. That is all for now. talk to you all later.
3/19/07 OK all, this past weekend we started our first of two lamaze classes. Really cool and interesting. I like where we get three breaks in 4 hours. next week we get to learn about more positions and a "field trip", tour of the floor.
Saturday, I told Drew that I think she is going to come a week ealry, with all the kicking and moving that she does. SO that brings me to Does anyone want to start picking dates and time when she will be here? I will then post them on the Home front page for all to see. I just thought that would be fun. OK hope you guess correct. haha
Mar. 15, 07- Well everything went great at the first shower. Thank you to all of you that were able to make it. It was great seeing you all. Jamie, I hope to hear good news in the next couple months. :) Then next shower will be here at the end of the month. This weekend we start our first of two classes for lamaze. The next one is the weekend after.
This afternoon Alicia got the hiccups perty bad. She has never moved my belly like that before. Kind of funny. She also hasn't stopped moving. Ok I will talk to you all later.
MARCH 8, Ok we are getting close. My kids have told me that it is 51 days and a WAKE-UP. (haha for those of you who get that.) Alicia has found her way to my lungs and rib cage. I just love how she takes my breath away.
For all the moms out there I just want to say I now understand what you mean when you say that ou miss the moving and kicking. I constantly find my self unawarly holding my belly and feeling her kick and move. I now know that I will miss that.
This weekend is the Minnesota Baby Shower. I cant wait to see all of you who are able to make it. The Wisconsin Baby Shower will be at the end of this month.
Feb. 23, 07- Ok this week was good. I went to see the doctor and she is still healthy. Ok well I think that it is ok for me to tell people the great news if you didn't know already. As you know that I have 4 sisters, and Trista is due a week later than me. Well me can now add on that Heather and Holly will be due in Oct. and Sept. of this year. That is right folks 4 out of 5 of us girls are PREGO. And not to leave Tracy out she got engaged over the christmas season and will wait to have her second. We all wondered if this time would ever come around. Christmas 07 on the Berg side is going to be baby heaven.

Feb 19, Well this weekend we had gathering of friends. Everthing was great. we had people sign on my belly. The picture will be up later. Abbie, Jay and JJ all made it over for the weekend. JJ who is now 4 month will date Alicia when they grow up. But something funny happened on sunday morning. I was holding JJ on ly lap when Alicia started to kick. The funny part is she kick right where JJ was sitting. She is already in charge of the relationship. Haha Abbie. On Wednesday of this week I head back into the doctors for a checkup. Oh and for those who want to know about the Glucose challange, I have normal levels. Talk to you all next week.
Feb 5, Today is monday and what a cold one at that. The high today was -1. Wait I'm not the weather girl. However I did have a doctor appointment with a glucose challenge. I hope I passed. I studied all night. ok I drank a orange soda and had my blood taken. I didn't study to hard. The doctor said that we are on the right track. This morning she kicked so hard that I thought that she was going to come out. She has been so busy in there. At times I think she is having a party. Drew says that she is bouncing a ball against the wall. that is one hard ball.
So we were laying in bed and I looked over at him ad told him that we were going to be parents soon. he looks back at me and says " not soon enough". I just wanted to cry. he was sooo cute. ok talk to you all in a week or so.
Jan 23. This week we have started the 7th month of 10. Last week we started the 3rd Trimester. So far so good. My lower back is starting to hurt but other than that she just loves to move.
This past weekend we went back to the cities to visit family and friends. Trista's boy and Alicia were dueling all day saturday. We would both get up and the babies would do the same thing, kick. Can't wait to see everyone again in a few weeks for the baby showers.
Jan 15, Well today at daycare. I was talking with one of my 4 year old boys and we were working on counting. Alicia had started to more so I stopped what I was doing to sit. He asked me if Alicia was starting to come out. I told him no not yet, which I always do. Normally he would say ok and do something else, only this time he asked me when is she coming. So we sat down and worked it out. I am 26 weeks today and we go up to 40. we counted and we got 15 weeks. Then I told him that there are 7 days in a week. so we multiplied and got 105 days left until she is here. He said that was alot. I am freaking that she is going to be here very soon. Holy Crap, I'm Going to be a mommy!
