Hello Everyone,

Our lives have changed again! We are so thankful for the safe birth of our beautiful little girl, Sadie! Shelby really enjoys her and has done great with the adjustment of being a big sister. Sadie hasn't been with us very long but it feels like she has been with us forever! I guess she really was meant for us!

I love to know that all of the people we know and love continually check on Shelby and Sadie using this site. As you can see I have some great subjects and am glad that I am able to share them with those who are far from us. Please continue to check because there is never a dull moment when Shelby is around and Sadie is growing and changing everyday!

2/6/09 - Sadie will be 9 months old tomorrow!! It is crazy how fast time has flown. I am so blessed to have her in my life. Her two teeth are still only half way through and I'm hoping that her recent moodiness is because of that. She's learned how to stand up and I think she'll be walking within a month or so. I don't think I'm really ready for th...

1/27/09 - Last weekend, my sister, Ashley and baby Henry came for a visit. We were all so excited because we hadn't seen them since Christmas. (As you know, that is a long time in the life of an infant!) Plus, Christmas was so busy for everyone that I wasn't able to spend much one on one time with him. I also had to share him with my other sisters ...

1/8.09 - Since there are a ton of pictures on this post, I will spare you all of the reading. You will only get the narration. Our Pre-Christmas activities included: Making the gingerbread house while Sadie enjoyed her peas: Raise your hand if you like peas! Making beaded ornaments: Wearing silly hats: Visiti...

12/15/08 - Shelby loves to sing and dance. Most of you will never see her do it because she doesn't like to perform but I promise that don't make this stuff up. In the spirit of the season, Shelby has been singing Christmas songs. Some of her favorite ones are "Jingle Bells", "We wish you a Merry Christmas" and "Santa Clause is watching you." There...

10/30/08 - We have had a few busy days in the past week, some were milestone days and some were just plain fun! Thursday: We took the girls to see Disney on Ice. Shelby was so excited about seeing Ariel and Tinkerbell. She covered her ears most of the show but still squealed with delight as the characters skated around the ice. So, of course, n...

10/14/08 - We spent this past weekend in Gatlingburg with Jeremy's family. We had a great weekend visiting with everyone and enjoying the nice weather. Even though there were still lots of people, it wasn't as crowded as last year's trip. I guess everyone wants to see the beautiful fall colors of the mountains! I'm not sure if I mentioned it earlie...
