Hi Kristen, I have always heard that your appetite will not be as strong during the third trimester because of the size of the baby and that when you do eat anything it should be very nutritious, because the brain is developing a lot during this time. I would throw the Fruit Loops out!!! Sugar is BAD BAD BAD. Fruits and vegetables. Your Dad will call me a freak and Euell Gibbons. Also, if you breast feed for 6 months you will not have to worry about losing weight. It will take care of it self. - Aunt Debbie
