NOVEMBER 06

  - Hello, well I'm getting there slowly, but surely. The pregnancy seems to be dragging along now which in some ways is good because we still have alot of work to do in the nursery. But we're getting started on it, the roofers are coming this week, finally. All of the furninture for her (baby Reagan's) room is here and I picked out a new border today that has ABC's on it. It matches the bedding I picked out too. I can't wait to just get this room all set up. I've been freaking out about it just a little bit.(Erick would disagree about the a little bit part). It just feels like so much is going on and to top it all off, last time I went to the doctors I had a pretty big weight gain again and the doctor said I'm retaining water. My feet and ankles are pretty swollen. I have to cut back my salt intake alot and wear tennis shoes to work. I just hope I go back to my normal size after I have the baby, beleive me I already have an exersize routine planned out. All the unpleasant side effects are a small price to pay for our beautiful little baby. I have to just remember that...otherwise I may go insane.

OCTOBER 28

- Hi again, well tomorrow marks 30 weeks for me, 3/4's of the way there, I cannot wait! I'm getting pretty impatient now. I can't wait to hold little Reagan and I think she's ready too, the way she's kicking and rolling it feels like she's trying to bust out! I've been putting headphones on my belly and letting her listen to classical music, she really loves it, she wiggles and kicks where the speaker is, especially when the violins start going. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed about all of the stuff that has to be done around the house, like the roof getting fixed and replacing the carpet. Then there's the baby's room and furniture getting put together/back together. On top of that...christmas shopping, which I need to do soon because I'm already getting tired and worn out when I have to walk for too long. Then again, I could always do it online. That gets dangerous though, sitting in front of the computer with a credit card. I'm trying not to get too stressed-out because when I feel stressed the baby does too and I want her to be as comfortable as possible. I go to the doctor's Tuesday just for a routine check up. The appointments are getting closer together now. Did I mention, I can't wait for her to be here? I'll check in soon, Bye!

OCTOBER 20

 - Hi, Thanks for all the nice comments about Reagan's pictures, she is just so cute! I went to Target today and got the bedding for her crib, it's adorable. It has ABC's and animals on one side and flowers on the other, so I can reverse it, and it's pink and light green too. For those who don't know we had a water leak in the nursery, so we have to get new carpet and get the room repainted. So I'm going to take the opportunity to change the room color and the border to something a little more girly (it was pale yellow). O.K. now I need to complain a little bit, my back has been hurting so bad. Those eight hour work days are really getting to me, and last night I actually woke up crying in pain because my leg hurt so bad. At night my legs get really sore. But on the bright side I've noticed that my hair looks really healthy and shiney and people have commented that I have that pregnancy glow. Take the good with the bad. About Reagan's middle name I like Reagan Elizabeth Ferretti, Ericks still not sold on it .What do you think?

OCTOBER 18

 - We went and got our 4D ultrasound today!!!! It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. I know every mom probably thinks this but Reagan is the most adorable little baby I've ever seen in my whole life!!!! And yes, she's definately a girl, they were able to tell us that for sure. She was very cooperative with letting us see everything we wanted to see, her cute little face, her little hands and little feet. We have a half hour video of her making cute expressions. She yawned and put her fingers in her mouth. I couldn't help but get a little emotional watching her. I can't believe how cute she is and that we actually get to have this tiny baby that is part of both of us. Of couse now I'm even more anxious to have her here. I don't know if I can wait 11 more weeks! Erick put a picture of her on the site, we're going to get some more from the dvd and put them on too. I know I'm going to watch that dvd every single day! I'm so glad we had this done and I can't even imagine what it's going to be like to see baby Reagan in person. All I know is that seeing her and how peaceful she is makes me not as worried about little things like my weight or my aches and pains, just as long as she's comfy. I do really want to get the nursery all together though, so she has a comfortable place to stay when she gets here. That's all for now, but keep checking the site for more pictures, bye!

OCTOBER 14

 - Hi everyone, How do you like our new baby site. I updated to the superbaby club, now we'll be able to post more pictures (we could only have fifteen on there before) and we wouln't have any ads on here either. I went to get on our site earlier and they were posting a new ad, but it said our page was shut down so I got pretty upset because this is the only place I'm journaling about my pregnancy and I didn't want to lose all of that. So the new page is alittle more secure too.Oh yah, I registered at Baby Depot and Target the other day, to acsess my registry online just go to either the Baby Depot or Target site and under registry put in my name. On another note I've been very weepy the past couple of days and in a bad mood, another fun little side effect of pregnancy. I hope it stops soon, I'm probably getting on Erick's nerves.

OCTOBER 13

 - Hello again, this Saturday is the first day of my third and final trimester. I can't wait I'm ready to have the baby. Things are progressing well though, I took my glucose test the other day and it wasn't as bad as I heard it would be. Actually I thought the drink was pretty good. I found a crib set I wanted for the baby's room on the internet it's a nursey rhyme pattern. I had a hard time finding it because most stores dicontinued the whole nursery rhyme theme. I don't know if I metioned that we have a nursery rhyme border in the room. So if any one sees anything nursery rhyme themed feel free to pick it up for little Reagan. I want to start getting the furnature in the room now but we had a leak in there from all the rain and now we need to get the ceiling fixed and the carpet replaced. Luckily none of the baby stuff I have in there got wet. By the way we got our first big thing for Reagan the other day her Aunt Holly got her a stoller car seat combination it's very nice. I was praticing taking the car seat in and out of the stroller. Remember next Tuesday we get the 4D ultrasound I can't wait to see this little kicker. She kicking me right now!

OCTOBER 6

 - By the way, my appetite is getting out of control!!! I ate a huge king-sized box of lucky charms...in four days! And today for lunch I ate a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich...in maybe 3 minutes. Help, I can't stop!

OCTOBER 6

 - Hello again, in a week and two days I'll be in my third trimester. It's getting pretty close now. I'm going to go register at Target tomorrow and then I'll probably also register at Babys-R-Us next week. I called today and changed our 3-D ulrasound to a 4-D ultrasound, the difference is that now we'll be getting a half hour dvd of the baby moving around in there. We saw one being done on the discovery channel and it was so amazing. Maybe Reagan will have hiccups when we see her, she's been getting them alot lately. I know she'll probably be moving around all over the place, she likes to stay active. I think it might be getting a little cramped in there for her. A couple of times my belly's been lop-sided because all of her weight's pushed over to one side. Our computers been acting up so it's taken longer to get pictures downloaded but we do have some new ones, we'll be putting up soon, I have to put on a new belly shot too. There's been a pretty big growth spurt since the last one.

OCTOBER 4

- Hi everyone, I know it's been a while but we've been busy. We went to Deep Creek Lake for our anniversary and it was nice and relaxing. We have some pictures to put up but I have to wait until Erick gets home to help me. The baby's doing very well, she's getting so big. I just went to the doctor's today, and even the doctor said I'm carrying a very large baby. It was funny when the doctor said the baby was chubby she had her hand on my stomach and the baby kicked her. No girl likes to be called chubby. I have to get my glucose test next week (it checks for risk of dieabetes) I'll have to drink a sugary drink that I've heard was pretty gross. Then on the 18th I'll be getting the 3D ultrasound. I can't wait to see this adorable little baby. We'll put the pictures on soon, bye.

SEPTEMBER 2O

- I'm getting so big! I can't beleive the amount of stretching that takes place. I must add, I do not have strech-marks though. Most of my weight is in my belly, my boobs(I went up two bra sizes) and my butt. I definently gained more already then I thought I would, I'm not saying how much. I've been trying to eat healthy now the way I used to. I hope my body will go back to the way it used to be. Reagan is the most active baby in the world, she kicks all the time. I like to get other people to feel her kicks, it's the best feeling. I bought her some clothes today, some pajamas, a tiny pair of jeans, and the most adorable corterorys ever. We're leaving on Saturday for our trip, I'll take lots of pictures to put on the site.

SEPTEMBER 13

  - Hi, How's everyone doing? We're good, not too much going on lately. I'm getting huge, and I feel so uncoordinated. It's hard to beleive that I'm going to get any bigger, but I know I am. And I'm starting to waddle too. My big belly's also causing my back to hurt alot. But I must say I am feeling better than I was in my first trimester, the headaches I was getting all the time are gone, along with the mood swings and weepyness. I wonder what fun surprises the third trimester will bring. Reagan's getting so big now. It feels like I'm carrying twins sometimes because of all the forceful kicking, it's hard to believe one little baby's doing all that. We're going away next week. I can't wait! Well bye for now.

SEPTEMBER 6

  - Hello again, thanks everyone for the middle name suggestions. I am thinking it might be nice to go with a family member's name. I go to the doctor's again tommorow, the visits are pretty routine now, they just listen to the heart and measure my belly. I can't wait to start getting the baby's room all furnished and comfy for her. I pretty much know everything I want to get from the dresser to mobiles and nightlights, but I'm going to wait just a little bit longer. Not to say I haven't gotten little odds and ends. Little girl clothes are sooooo adorable. I like some yellow, some green and some pink stuff, not just all pink. Little Reagan is doing very well, she seems to have developed a kicking pattern, right when I wake up and in the evening when I'm resting. Sometimes her kicks even wake me up. I guess she's trying to prepare me for the sleepless nights to come. I just can't wait to meet her.

SEPTEMBER 1

-Well, I went to get the ultra-sound today and we finally got our answer......It's a little girl!!!! That's what they had guessed it was before too, but this time she had her legs spread, so now we know for sure. She was so cute! We saw her little mouth moving and legs kicking and she looked alot bigger, even though it had only been two weeks. I just had to go out afterwards and get an outfit. I got her pink bunny overalls and matching booties and a little bib that says "daddy's little girl". I surprized Erick with it when he got home from work. We're so excited! For me it didn't matter the sex of the baby, just that it's healthy and the nurse said everything looks great. She also got the pictures that she needed from before. So I think Reagan it is for the name. Still debating on middle names. I go back to my doctor next week. I'll check back soon, Bye

AUGUST 30

  - Hi, it's mommy to be, the family's doing well. The little one is still kicking up a storm, it's getting powerful too, some of the kicks are starting to hurt but I can't complain. I love when it kicks because I'll touch the area and it kicks again like it's responding to me. I'm definently looking pregnant now even people I don't know are asking when I'm due. The second question is always what is it boy/girl? (Hopefully we'll know on Thursday). I made an appointment today to get a 3D ultrasound done on October 18th. That will be amazing to see, they're so detailed. Also, I think we've finally decided the names we will go with, Reagan for a girl (we're not sure of a middle name yet, feel free to leave suggestions) and Vincent Michael for a boy (the name grew on me). I'll write back on Thursday after the sonogram, Bye

AUGUST 24

- Hi, I just got home from work and I thought I'd write in to say hello. Not too much going on lately, I'm still feeling lots on movement, sometimes just little flutters and other times some big kicks. I was so excited yesterday, I actually got to do some work in the garden, it wasn't rediculously hot and humid out. Now that I'm pregnant the heat is really getting to me. I'm so ready for fall, and I can't wait to go on our trip in September, we're going to rent a cabin close to Deep Creek lake for our one year anniversary. Our last trip alone for quite some time. Oh yeah, I thought of a name if we have a girl Reagan, I think it's so cute. Well, bye for now.

AUGUST 20

- It's the mom-to-be again, thanks everyone for the nice comments about baby Ferretti's first pictures. I can't stop looking at them. I can already see this baby is sooo adorable, and I 'm 20 weeks today!! That means were half-way there. Also, just to let everyone know, my next sonogram is september 1st, so remember to check in and find out the sex of the baby. That is, of course, if the baby isn't being so modest and decides to show us. Well that's all for now, I'm off to work but erick and I will both be back on with more updates and pictures for everyone soon, bye.

AUGUST 18

- Hello it's the mom-to-be, well, we got our sonogram today and everything looked good. We got to see the spine and the brain and the little heart beating. The baby was, once again, very active it was kicking and it's fingers were moving. We even saw it open it's mouth and yawn, it was so exciting! O.k., now to the part your all waiting to hear about...the sex of the baby. Because the baby was moving around so much it was very hard to tell, the nurse told us what she thought it was but it's not for sure so I'm not going to announce it right now. I am however, going back in two weeks for another sonogram because there was a shadow over the heart chambers and she couldn't get an accurate picture, don't worry though the nurse said that's very common and everything was perfectly fine with the baby. But when I go back I am going to try to find out the sex again. Oh, and another thing, it turns out I'm five days futher along then we thought, so the new due date is Jan.7th, 2006. We also added some pictures(they're so cute). Write in if you have any comments. We'll write back soon.

August 16

- Hello, it's the "expecting" father, again. We're almost at 19 weeks now and I'm looking forward to January 12th, 2006! Thanks for all the comments, it's nice to keep everyone in the family up to date on Baby Ferretti. The blood-work came back, and everything was good, which put Kristen, and myself, at ease. Kristen and I are going to see the sonogram Thursday and they may know if it's a boy or a girl. It doesn't matter what sex the baby is though, just as long as it's healthy. Just on a side note, today, Kristen locked her keys in her car...while it was still running...this was the second time in the last month! Maybe the baby is preoccupying her mind, but I'll try to tell her that you turn the car off, and with keys still in hand, exit the car. Ok, I'll be back with more stories to tell soon, see ya!

AUGUST 15

 - Hi, just wanted to let everyone know I got the results back from my triple screen test and everything is O.K. . I was so worried, when I called today to ask the receptionist for my results she said the doctor would call me back and I was so nervous. I could hardly work but luckily she returned my call shortly after and said all of my blood work was just fine. I also schedeled my appointment for my sonogram for Thursday. I have to drink 16 oz. of water an hour before-hand, that should be fun, the babys already pushing on my bladder. Well, keep your fingers crossed that the little one cooperates in showing us if it's a he or a she. We'll keep you posted.

AUGUST 14

 - Hello again, just to let everyone know Erick, baby Ferretti and I are doing well. I'm still feeling little kicks and some occasional streching on my sides, that means babys getting big in there. We can't wait to see our little one for the first time next week, I can kind of imagine what it looks like now from the pictures in books and online. Keep checking in and we'll be back soon.
