I think that I might be ready to finally type the last chapter on this website.
4 weeks ago tomorrow (August 31, 2007) our world was forever changed. Our lives were shattered, crushed. Our family lost the most precious little girl in the whole world. Will lost his best friend. I lost my best friend, "Mommy's Durl" as she called...
I've been SO BAD about updating this lately. Between the kids, Michael's crazy work schedule, being the PTO president(and 10,000 things that goes along with that), my college and life, this site has been forgotten.
Caroline and Will had an awesome year at school. They are currently on summer break and giving Mommy a run for her money!

It's mid-November and everything is going great at our house! Will and Caroline are still loving school and getting so smart! We've been really busy with soccer, school, holiday parties and sick kids!
And, our BIG NEWS.. Caroline is potty-trained! Luckily for me, all it took was Mimi promising her big girl panties.
Summer is almost over (yipee!) and life is good at the Cooley house. Caroline is getting to be such a big girl. She talks all of the time now, she can and does say everything. She talks in multi-word sentences, 80% understandable.

Today is Caroline's 2nd birthday. I can't believe its been 2 years already. Caroline got a "princess" bike and a table for her room. She is in love with her bike, she and Will have been chasing each other around the house on them.

Caroline had her 2 year check up this week. She is 23 pounds which is about 5th percentile, 32" tall which is about 20th percentile and her head is 46 cm in circumference. She's definately our little peanut still. She is absolutely crazy about ...

As the 1 year angel"versary" of your precious little girl approaches, my thoughts & prayers are with you. I know what a difficult time you have gone through this first year without her. I lost my 4-year-old son in a similar type accident 6-1/2 years ago. Time eases the pain, but can never totally heal a broken heart.
