What an awesome God we serve! Lately, I've been thinking of that line from the song that goes "He will make a way when there seems to be no way..." We're rejoicing with you. Love, -Mom Jun 01 2009

I wanted to let you know that I am encouraged by your story. Earlier this summer, Michelle Potts shared your website address with me. Nate and I have also been struggling through our own journey to have a child. We have been unable to concieve and at this time it looks like out next step will be a surgical intervention for me. Anyway, I wanted to express my congratulations to you as you prepare to become parents. I was also hoping to re-connect - it seems like it has been a long time since our days at Bethel. -Sarah (Liz) Cole (DeBeck) Sep 06 2008

Congrats on the smooth home visit...you have nothing to worry about except the money and even that will come. So how about we have a benefit concert or something...I'm sure we can get people to pay Amy and I to NOT sing :P Maybe a carwash? We'll figure it out...if you need help selling the cotton candy, I'm sure not about my availability with work, but hit me up and I'll help however I can. *hugs* -Aaron "il Padrino" Coleman Jun 25 2008
I just wanted to let you know we are praying for a smooth appt for you all on Monday. I think it is more mentally draining than anything.. hang in there and just remember that there is a beautiful baby waiting for you at the end of this.
We are waiting on word from our adoption supervisor right now as there is a possible match that my husband and I found (of course by God's lead) for us.. now they are reading our home study and trying to make a decision we should know more on Monday!
I will check back by later.
-Blessings to you.. Debbie Wax, bhp/datsdwax Jun 20 2008
I loved reading the latest story to see how God is flinging open doors right and left!! What an obvious indication that you are smack dab in the middle of His will! That's the safest, most blessed place to be. Looking forward to more updates! -Jenn Scott Jun 10 2008
WOW! I wanted for a few weeks to check back in to see how you were doing and the latest story brought tears to my eyes!!! That is wonderful I am so very happy for you both. Very soon you will have a baby in your arms. That is so very sweet and so God!
We are finally fully certified for our adoption and we too are now waiting for "the call"! Ours may take a bit longer as we are with a fost/adopt program for neglected and abused children but still we are so looking forward to the call. How amazing is God's work! Timing is so precise when we listen to His calling.
I will continue to pray for you both as you move through this process and just cannot wait to hear your full adoption story. God creates such beautiful blended families and I just find it so amazing how He does that, gives me goosebumps all the time!
-Love in Christ, Debbie Wax, bhp/datsdwax Jun 04 2008
Congrats and Condolences. We are very happy we have gotten back in touch with you. We pray the adoption process is quick and painless. We too understand the whole thing with a miscarriage. Thankfully we only had one, but God has blessed us too with a baby due in October. All we can do is lean on him and trust that His will is accomplished. Hang on for that roller coaster ride (there are still good and bad days), but keep your eyes on Jesus and you will make it through. -Sarah (Williams) and Dustin Rhodes May 29 2008
Dear Hatton Family,
I happened upon your site by accident and I began to read your stories from the beginning to the end. I was sitting here feeling your joy and sharing your tears, I too had a miscarriage. We have 3 sons and then our 4th pregnancy ended at 7 weeks with a miscarriage. Despite the fact that we are so thankful to God for everything in our lives, especially our 3 wonderful sons, I had really intense sadness and a lot of grief over this miscarriage. I too know our baby is in Heaven with Jesus. This happened just over 4 years ago and since then we feel that God has placed it in our hearts to adopt. We are in the final certification process as we speak.
I have to say my main reason for wanting to leave a message is to say thank you. I absolutely find your stories beautiful in that you are such an amazing reflection of God's love. We had a recent sermon where the pastor mentioned that anyone who loses a child is NEVER alone.. God always does the right thing and he has experienced that kind of pain and sacrafice. I see just by your stories that you are surely not alone but are surrounded by God's Amazing Grace.
I would love for you to stop by my site when you are ready to do so.. bhp/datsdwax -Love in Christ, Debbie Wax and Family Apr 30 2008
Heather and Jason, We continue to pray for you here in Kansas! You are on our prayer sheet for my women's Bible study group so they are all praying--and they are some of the best prayer warriors I know--next to your mom, Heather! Jason, thank you for being a loving, supportive husband--I'm sure Heather tries to tell you, but it is hard to put into words how much it means to a wife to just have her husband love and support her instead of try to analyze or fix when you go through something as devastating as the loss of a child(ren). Just wanted to let you know I am still thinking of and praying for you along with all my friends out here. Your strength, courage and faith are all a wonderful testimony to many. -Kim Cooper Oct 15 2007
Jason & Heather, My heart aches for your loss. I can't even begin to put myself in your shoes, so I won't. I pray you will be lifted up from your sorrow and anger. I pray God will surround you with love, strength, and renewal. Focus on each other and getting through one day at a time. Love, Jen Schuster -Jennifer Schuster Aug 15 2007
