Stories November 7th, 2007- What has happened to my sweet little girl? The past 2 days have been a little iffy. Someone has overtaken the sweet little girl with someone who cries and screams and does mean stuff on purpose. I think one part of it is that her schedule is messed up from where the time has changed. She has woke up at 5:30 or 6 every morning. I have got to get that fixed! She was doing very good with the potty thing but the last 2 days she has been peeing in her pants. I wish I knew how to fix all of it. I need Dr. Phil or someone to help me! Not really but I wish there was someone who had all of the answers.October 31st, 2007- We are skipping Halloween this year. Sarayah is scared of EVERYTHING!! I went to put her Halloween shirt on today that had candy corn and she said "No, dat scawy mommy". She is scared of her own shadow. Therefore, I am saving money this year and we will try it next year. As for the panties, she is doing great! I don't even have to give her a M&M when she pees. She tells me everytime she needs to go. I do however have to bribe her to poop with a Reese Cup. She is so funny! October 23rd 2007- Well, we are trying Sarayah on big girl panties for a little while to see how she does. I believe that we are going to give her an M&M when she pees and a bite size Reese Cup when she poops in the potty. I need to get her fully trained before Jonah gets here. Lord only knows that I don't need 2 in diapers. I will keep you updated on how it's going. October 15th, 2007- I took Sarayah to the doctor today for her checkup. He said that she looks and acts like a 3 yr old. He said that her vocabulary makes her seem older than she is. He checked out her teeth and she already has her 2 yr molars so she is finished until she starts losing them in a few years. She got her flu shot today and she is miserable. She cried for an hour after she got it complaining about her leg hurting. She weighed 33lbs and was 35 inches tall. She had a blast at her party. There was only family and a few friends there which I think it's better at this age not to have a million rugrats running around. She got a Dora TV and matching DVD player. What is she going to get when she is 10 or 11? Sarayah is getting excited about the baby coming. She talks about it everyday. The girl that keeps her is now keeping a 2 month old so I hope that she is getting used to a little one around. She loves the twins. She calls them "my babies". As I sit here she is still reminding me that the terrible twos are definately in full swing. She turned Dora off of the tv and started pitching a fit. Oh well......when is the terrible twos over? October 11th, 2007- Well, this time 2 yrs ago I was in a little pain. The best pain of my life. Who can believe that my little baby is now 2 yrs old. This has been the best two years that I have ever had and I know that there is so much more to come. We are having her birthday party on saturday and having her pictures made saturday as well so I will update more then. She also has to go for her 2 yr checkup on monday so I will probably update more then as well. Happy Birthday baby girl!!! September 19th, 2007- I just had to share what Sarayah did last night. She was so sweet! I was sitting on the couch and she came and stood in front of me and pulled my shirt up and started patting my belly. She was saying "Hey baby" and kissing it and then she said "Hey baby, tom out, I your big tister". I thought Josh and I both was going to cry it was so sweet. I hope she loves the baby as much when it's out as much as she loves it when it is inside my belly. September 15th, 2007- We had to take Sarayah to the clinic this morning because she kept me up most of the night complaining about her ears and eyes hurting. She has the start of another ear infection but Sarayah told me about it early enough where it wasn't too bad. She still only weighs 30 lbs. She has weighed 30 lbs since she was 18 months old. I am soooo tired today. She is on the other hand talking more and more. She says words that I didn't even know she knew. She turns 2 next month and I can't believe how time is flying by. August 23rd, 2007 Well, Sarayah has 2 more little friends to play with now. Mason and Sage Young were born today at around 1 o'clock. Mason weighed 5lbs and 14 ozs and was 19 inches long and Sage weighed 5 lbs and 15 ozs and was 19 inches long as well. They are both very healthy and beautiful babies. Made me get a little excited about having this one. Sarayah looks at the pictures and says "There's Tage, and There's Mayonese". It is so funny! By the way Sage is a girl and Mason is a boy. August 18th, 2007- I just thought I would write on here and tell everyone how proud I am of Sarayah. She is wearing pull-ups now and today she took her "big girl panties" off and went to the potty without me asking. I am so proud of her!!!! August 17th, 2007- Sarayah is the biggest mess! Yesterday I walked by her room and saw her playing by herself. I thought "Oh how sweet she is playing by herself", then I walked into her room and saw that she had gotten the tube of Balmex(diaper rash cream) and had rubbed it all over her legs, hands, arms, and chest. That stuff is so hard to get off. It is thick and oily! My life never has a dull moment! She is also so sweet about the baby. I will ask her what does Mommy have in her belly and she will say "My baby". I hope she isn't jealous when the new baby gets here. She is also doing very good in the pool. I took her swimming the other day and she was jumping in holding her breath and not crying might I add. I think she will be able to swim soon. I am glad because there is nothing more scary than a toddler or anyone for that matter around a pool and doesn't know how to swim. Sarayah is also into the "Why Mommy" and "How" and asking all kinds of questions and saying everything. August 4th 2007- HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY MYLES!!!!! We had him a pool party here at the apartment today. The kids had so much fun. Sarayah played and played and played and as soon as she came in and had a bath she was out like a light. She love the"wawer". It won't be long until we have Sarayah's 2nd birthday party. Time just goes by way too fast. July 25th, 2007- Well, I guess everyone knows by now that Sarayah will be a big sister at the end of March. We can't keep secrets very well because I just found out yesterday. Sarayah keeps saying "Mommy got fat belly" and "Mommy got baby in belly". She is too cute. She will be SO jealous! I will keep everyone updated. I might even make this new baby its own website. I will let you all know. June 28th 2007- We went to the allergy doctor today to get Sarayah tested to see what she is allergic to. Well, it seems that she is allergic to everything except milk. She is allergic to almost every kind of tree, grass, weed, and mold. She is also allergic to soybean, baker's yeast, chocolate, corn and peanuts. She is a little allergic to cats, dogs, and horses. The good thing about it is that she is not severely allergic to anything that she has to stay away from. She can have all of those foods in moderation. She does not have to be on shots which is great. He just put her on Allegra to see if that will help. She screamed when they put those things on her back and then we had to hold her down for 5 minutes to let the stuff dry. I felt so sorry for her. Right now her back looks like you could play connect the dots. We go back in august to see if the medicine is helping. I hope it does! June 26th, 2007- We just got back from the beach today and I have never seen Sarayah have so much fun. She loved the water! She didn't like the sand too much because she doesn't like to get dirty but for the most part she loved everything. We took her to the aquarium and she loved to look at the fish. She even layed down on her stomach and put her hands in the water to touch the sting rays. She called the sharks "bad fish". When you see things through your kids eyes, it makes you feel as though you are seeing it for the first time as well...makes it so exciting! June 20th, 2007- We took Sarayah to the allergy doctor today. She has another sinus infection. They put her on antibiotic for 20 days!!! We have to take her back next thursday for testing to see what she is allergic to and to see if she is going to need shots. I feel so sorry for her. The reason that she gets all of these infections is because it starts out with allergies and then turns into the crappy situation that happens everytime. So hopefully we will find out next thursday and see if we can't get her to be healthy at all times! We go to the beach in 4 days! June 10th, 2007- Sarayah is into the "Watch this" stage now. She says "Atch dis mommy" and "Atch dis Daddy" and "Oott Mommy"(Look Mommy). We are taking her to the beach for the first time 2 weeks from today and I can't wait. She is going to have so much fun. She loves water and isn't afraid of it at all (pretty scary huh?). May 27th, 2007- Sarayah is so so big. She is also so so subborn. She is hitting the terrible twos with a hammer! She can be the sweetest baby in the world and then be the total opposite 2 minutes later. She is very smart however. She says her ABC's, sings Jesus Loves Me, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, and Happy Birthday. She can also count to 10. She is turning into quite the little girl intsead of a baby. She is a little singer that can actually carry a tune for a 19 month old. She also got a big girl bed yesterday. She sat in the thing for 30 minutes after I put it together. She feels like she is a very big girl in her big girl bed. She has turned into my little hanging out buddy. She is so fun to hang out with because she can acutally communicate with me now. April 29th, 2007- Sarayah has been sick for the past 3 days with some kind of virus, but thank God she is over it now. I had to miss wed, thurs, and fri of work last week to stay at home with her. Even though she was sick I had a great time with her. She is starting to count and wants me to sing "ABC's" as she calls it all of the time. I finally found a cd with the alphabet song on it so I didn't have to sing it over and over and over. I also blacked her eye yesterday. I was trying to teach Myles to how to throw a frisbee and he held on to it just a little bit to long and it curved to hit Sarayah in the eye. I'm such a bad mom! Sarayah has named her monkey "Bits". We have no idea where she got the name or why he is named that. The stupid thing sheds so bad so I bought her a Curious George that doesn't shed and she still calls it "Bits". She is also starting to sing to the top of her lungs all of the time. She mixes Jesus Loves Me and the Alphabet song. It goes like this " ABC, ABC, This I know!" Too, too funny! April 8th, 2007 Yes, Sarayah and I were in a wreck on friday. We are both ok....just a little scared. The car was the one that was hurt the worst. Poor thing! It was the other guys fault. He decided he didn't want to stop completely at a stop sign and deceided to floor it when he wanted to go without looking to see my BRIGHT RED car coming down the road! Yes he did have insurance thank God! We will see in a few days if it is totalled because if the frame is bent then they will total it....pray that they don't or I won't have a car. April 3rd, 2007- Sarayah went for her 18 month check up today. While the doctor was trying to look in her ears and listen to her lungs, she was growling at him. I was so embarassed! She weighed 29 and a half pounds and was 33in tall. She is still in the 90th percentile for everything. I told him about her using the potty and putting sentences together and he said that she looked and acted like a 2 yr old. Her upper right eye tooth has already broken the skin and the other 3 are coming right behind it. Her allergies are killing her with the constant runny nose and watery eyes and coughing. Her favorite food right now is pizza. When I ask her if she is hungry she says "ummm bite bite....pisa". She is so big!
