Stories 12-21-08 We opened presents with Gpa and Gma Habicht today! We ate lunch, played Wii and opened gifts. Everytime Chloe would open a present she would say "Mine!". Chloe got some great things and she just loves her Rose Petal Cottage. She couldn't stand watching them put it together without climbing in. Chloe meds have done wonders with her ears and sinuses. I am looking forward to the rest of the week, today was the kick off of celebrations since we didn't make it to Ahren's last weekend. Chloe has her daycare party Monday, Wednesday night we have Josh's fam and Grandma's, Thursday morning we wake up and have xmas just the 3 of us. Thursday late morning we will go to Gma and BeBa's and Thursday night we will celebrate with the Nelsen's. Friday Josh and I both work so Chloe will spend the day with Gma and BeBa, they are excited and praying for good weather to sled in. They have the best hills. Saturday night we will celebrate with the Habicht's and that will pretty much wrap it up. All will go fast but Chloe is just going to love it!
12-19-08 We are home today. Chloe is being treated for sinus infection and ear infection. Dr Meyer said her one ear is FULL of wax. But the ear drops will clear that up good. We will update as things are better. The Wiehr's will not be venturing out in the weather Saturday, so we hope that we can attempt another visit soon. Josh and I are busy playing the Wii and Chloe just thinks she is playing right along. Too cute! Saturday morning I am taking a couple of kids out shopping for Warm the Children. I haven't done this yet so it should be fun. 12/16/08 Can you believe that I updated 2 days in a row, that's a record for lately. Countdown is on for our Wii, it is scheduled to be here Thursday and we are excited for it to come. I have been checking the FedEx tracking # all day. I had the day off today and got lots done. I bought the last christmas present, got a haircut, organized my closet, made a treat for trest day at work, did some laundry and have supper in the oven. Feels good! I finally got together and had some xmas cards made. The picture isn't my fav but at least I got them out. Next year I am going to start in July so I get them out right after Thanksgiving. Looking forward to the weather to be nice on Saturday so the Wiehr's can make it to MN. Not sure if they will stay but at least we can see them at Christmas time. 12/15/08 We are home and alive after our Xmas in Mound adventure. Well our xmas in the ditch that is. Josh, John, Chloe, Gma, Arne and I ventured out at 9 am yesterday and made it just after Blomkest on Hwy 7 before the slush sucked us in and turned us 360 a couple times and straight to the ditch. Thanks God noone was hurt (just shook up) or maybe it was just me. The van seems to be ok so far, so that is a great thing too. It took an hour before a tow truck came to get us out and I was not going to go anywhere but Willmar. We spent most of the weekend at Shane and Brooke's playing their new Wii. So much fun, and we broke down last night and ordered one up on Ebay. I cannot wait to have one at home. They are just a blast. Chloe is battling a cold that comes and goes, but now is worse along with a cough. We will see how she feels tonight and the morning. She is so excited to open presents and keeps grabbing them from under our tree. I took the day off tuesday as I will lose it the end of the year if I don't take it. Hoping to get some things organized around the house, like my closet. Yuck I hate that job. Take care and I hope everyone is healthy. 12/12/08 Josh and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary yeasterday. Didn't do too much exciting since xmas is so close. We at least got some time out together for a few hours. Chloe has been very busy lately as any 2 1/2 year old would be. Wea re to be celebrating xmas with mom, john, ahren, leah, gma and arne on Sumday in the cities. Please pray that the westher holds off for us. I finally got my cards printed and should have them out VERY soon. I only have 1 more present to buy and then I can sit back and enjoy the season. I have been very far behind on posts, so I will try to get on again in the morning to update the past. I LOVE having high speed and wish we did it along time ago.
