Stories 10-15-08 Things have been going great at our house. Except for the fact that Chloe is attached to mommy at the hip. She doesn't want anyone else but mommy! She cried this morning forever and didn't want to eat breakfast. Josh is scheduled for his next treatment for his varicous veins on Friday, should be interesting to see how it goes. We will update when he is done. Grandpa Mac also has his "nose job" scheduled (j/k, deviated septum) for November 3, 2008. Pray that all goes well for Josh and Grandpa Mac. We spent some time in the leaves this last weekend and got some wonderful pictures of Chloe. I just love them. Also, we attempted carving pumpkins, which went pretty well. Messy, but Chloe has a good time. 10-6-08 We are all back from our little vacations! Chloe had a great time with Gma and Gpa Habvicth. She got to bake so,me delicous cupcakes, try on every pair of Gma's shoes and enjoyed brunch at the Blue Heron too. She was tuckered out on Sunday when we came to get her. Josh and I had a great time too. We left for Tima nd Kelly's on Friday, enjoyed some Papa Murphys and conversation. Saturday morning Kelly and I took the kids to Hobo Days in Brookings (the Parade that is, no partying). Josh went to work with Tim. We met back up and headed for Sioux Falls for dinner. Great food at Texas Roadhouse, way too much, but it was excellent and decent prices. We walked around the mall and then headed home for some cards. Stayed up way too late. The Usborne books are in. So once I get them I will start getting them all out to everyone. Should be within the next couple days. Everything is going well at our house. Chloe is getting bigger and saying more things everyday. We had a couple successful potty ventures yesterday and this morning, but nothing since. We will just keep trying. Chloe just loves to color with markers, messy with them but at least they wash off. Hopefully we can get a pumpkin this weekend and get it carved and make some pumpkin seeds. I am behine with pictures, but hope to get some new ones taken soon! Maybe even some piles of leaves! Yes we should be raking the yard once it dries. 9-30-08 The Usborne party went great Chloe gets around $155 in FREE, yes FREE books. We got some great picks and I hope everyone is happy with their orders and we THANK YOU big time! I will let everyone know right away when they are in, should be 1 to 2 weeks. My new job has been going great and I love the change. I can come home in a better mood not listening to crabby people all day and doing the same things that I have for the last 7 years. So far it is going great and I love the new surroundings, supervisor and staff that I work with. Chloe is doing great! Getting bigger by the day. She had a great time at the book party and was sad to see Stacy leave with her books. Josh and I are off to SD on Friday and will be gone until Monday! Chloe gets to spend the weekend with Grandma Ronda and Grandpa Mac. Heidi gets to spend the weekend with Shane. Brooke and the girls and their new dog Boomer. Great dog! Tim and Kelly have a steakhouse picked out in Sioux Falls that we will go to without ANY kids, will be nice to be out as couples and not have to tend to children. Take care and hope that everyone is healthy! 9-24-08 Sorry for the huge lack of updates! I have been training for my new job and also filling in when needed at my old until someone new comes on. I love my new job so far, nice changes of pace for the WHOLE day. I have been busy getting ready for my book show on saturday, let me know if you're coming or want to order something. Not to much else new. Josh, Chloe, Josh B, Hannah B and I went to the circus on Friday night, which was fun for the girls, go to be late though. Hannah came over saturday while Josh moved his things out, yes you heard, he moved out. Anywho! Josh and I are headed to SD on 10/4 and 5, Dad and Ronda will have Chloe, so it will be nice to get away for the weekend and especially to see the Wiehr's. I will try to start updating more, we are looing into getting High Speed at home, so that will make it alot easier to update and add pictures. Take care 9/16/08 We didn't get to the zoo this weekend, as it was too cold and rainy. But we did have a good weekend anyway! Saturday morning mom and I did a little shopping of course for Chloe. She made a haul. But it is all stuff she needs with a size and season change in stowe. Saturday night Josh, Chloe and I went to Grandma and Grandpa Habicht for supper. Mark, Alicia and Nathan were in town for the night and we ordered a Chinease buffet to go. It was alot of fun and relaxing to be at their home and not at a resturaunt. Sunday we woke to some yucky weather so we decided to postpone the zoo to another weekend, hopefully in October. Instead Grandma Connie came for a picnic lunch that we where to have at the zoo. (Gpa stayed home with a cold). That was fun. Later on Daddy decided to start tearing off some panelling in the house. We are starting with the living room and hallway. We got it torn down, primed and mudded on Sunday night, and Josh painted on Monday after work. I love projects that we have all the stuff for already at home. Boy did it liven up the living room. Now I need to work on the wall decore and after we no longer have Heidi, we will put new carpet in! I love changes in the home! I am having a Usborne Children's Book party on 9/27/08 at 10 am if anyone is interested in coming let me know.
