9/8/08 Waiting to hear on Casidy!   Her water broke at 10pm last night, so we will update when we hear more with baby news!

9/5/08   Daddy left for his "Guy's Weekend" trip.   Mommy, Brooke and Chloe went to the Tribune Garage Sale early, one of the perks for working at it!   Brooke found lots of goodies for Paige since she needs some school clothes.  

9/6/08   Chloe got to spend the day with Grandma Connie and Grandpa John.   Mommy had to work at the garage sale.   I got some great name brand clothes for her and also a Little Tykes workshop with tools for only $5.00.   What a steal.   Something that her and daddy can play with.   Grandma and Grandpa took Chloe for her favorite food at lunch, Golden Palace, and of course she gobbled it up.   For dinner they made us BBQ Ribs, potatoes, Cuke salad and green beans.   So yummy!   My girl was one that wouldn't eat meat at dinner time, and now she eats anything!   But now we have to work on the veggies!   She was a hoot, Grandpa taught her to say It's stuck, so know EVERTHING is stuck.   Thanks John!

9/7/08   Daddy came home this afternoon from his trip.   We had to lay all the sleeping bags and tent stuff in the driveway since it was soaked.   He had a great time with the guys!   We got all of Chloe's new clothes washed up and her closet cleaned out a little.   Time to put away the summer stuff.

9-4-08  While I went to pick up Chloe on Tuesday night and we heard a scream from Brook's backyard, Paige hurt her ankle on the trampoline, it swelled instantly and bruised.  I stayed behine with Bailey so that she could take her in right away.  They did an xray that didn't look right, so they visited the foot Dr on Wednesday, they are treating it as if she broke it.  Something about between the bone and the growth plate that is wrong.  Anyway, she will start Kindergarten today in a while chair and a splint.  They will cast her ankle next week after the swelling is down.  Poor thing, but she is excited to start school!  We will keep you update on her progress.  Feel free to stop by the girls' website and leave her a get well message, she would love that:   www.babyhomepages.net/jensengirls

Chloe got to spend Wednesday at her old daycare, Michelle.  She was a little shy at first, but the minute the boys went to play, she followed right after them.  She napped with the big kids on a nap mat, played with Play Dough and colored lots.  She had a great time.  I took her with me last night to a Usbourne book party at a co-workers house.  She had a blast playing with all the kids there.  We booked a show so look forward to more info on that.  I am so excited, they have some great books and the prices were not bad at all!!!  Right now it looks like 10/6/08 at 7 pm, but I will let everyone know for sure when it comes a little closer.  There will also be an option to buy the books on line for my party as well.  Take care

9-2-08  The long Holiday weekend has passed and quick it did.  We didn't do anything eventful, but stuck around.  I had to work Saturday morning, Sat quite, Sun night was movie night and Mon night we made Prime Rib.  Talk about yummy!  Walt had given us a 6 pounder that needed to be cooked ASAP.  Well I officially put in my 2 week notice for my position at work, I won't be going to far, just downstairs to be the Advertising Sales Assistant.  I need this change and cannot wait.  I have been the Circ Admin Assistant for almost 7 years. 

Chloe has had her own schedule lately, thinking the naps need to be shorted as going to bed has become a challenge.  Daddy is getting ready for his Hayday's trip this weekend, and I have to work at the Trib Garage Sale.  We will be busy.  Hoping to find myself and Chloe some goodies.
