7-1-08  Getting ready for Daddy birthday on the 4th.  Everyone is welcome for a party on Thursday at our home 7 pm.  Bring a snack to share and we will have the cake.  Enjoy some fireworks and yard games. 

Plan on swimming tonight as it is warm here.  Take care!

6/27/08 Chloe, Gma Connie and I went to the block party last night.  Man was it hot and a TON of people.  Chloe got to feed the Donkey and see some other animals at the petting zoo which she just loved.  She was so interested in seeing the ponies but once she got the chance to ride one, she clung on tight to mommy and didn't want to go.  We fed her hot dogs and mom and I enjoyed Gyros.  On our way out she picked out a Dora balloon (almost bigger than her).  It was cute she held on tight and didn't want to let her go.  When we left moms house she walked it down the stairs with her holding her hand. 

I am off at 11 today and trying to figure something to do, might rain so we will have to be inside.  Have a good weekend.

6-26-08  Chloe's ENT appointment to re-check her ears after the tubes were placed went great!  There was no crusting over the tubes themselves, that is what they looked for the most.  We told him that we were so happy to have done this procedure and talked about how well she is doing since then. 

We got the proffs for Chloe's pictures back yesterday and boy is it hard to pick out pictures.  If you would like to see them email me behabicht@charter.net and I will send you the password.

6-19-08 Chloe went potty on her chair for the 1st time on Monday night!!!  I don't really think she even knew wha tshe was doing, but it is a start.  She just had to sit on hers while mommy was in there, so heck we tried and she went.  We will keep trying, but not pushing the subject quite yet.  The time will come when we don't need to buy diapers anymore. 

Yesterday she got to swim at daycare and boy did they have fun, although they all were mad that they had to get dressed and go home.  Chloe has yet another scratch (or I guess 2).  Any good tips to take care of someone who likes to scratch at daycare???  Timeouts are just not working for Brooke, but then it isn't all in her hands either.  Poor Chloe always gets the worst of the scratches too.

6/16/08   Friday night when I came home from work Josh had a crazy idea to run up to Mills in St Cloud.   So we went, Kids Meal to go and we were off!   Thank goodness we went, we found Chloe's pool that we have been trying to find since before her bday.   Saturday I filled it up and she went swimming 2 times.   She was so excited to be in there and she had to have EVERY toy on the deck in there, I made her stop once she had her bubble lawn mower ready to be dunked.   Sunday was a good day for Daddy, he got to go for a ride and Chloe and I made him a Meatloaf supper and Brownies and spent some family time out on the deck while Chloe swam.   Was a great Father's Day.   That morning Dad stopped by on his way out of town to Ahren's for golf and dinner.   We then made a short stop by Rich's to give him his gift as well.   I have lots of pics to update, hoping to do within the next few days.
