Stories 6-13-08
What do you think about the weather that came through last night? We had just made it home from Grandma and Grandpa's last night, got Chloe's PJs on, said goodnight and just as I was laying her down the siren went off. Freaked me out, wasn't expecting it at all. So we ran for the basement. Sounds like there were 60-70 mile winds and a few funnel cloud sightings. Josh, Chloe and I went outside to see if we had any damage, we did find a stick stuck straight up in the ground. Got a picture of it that we will post soon. We finally put her to bed at 10:30 after we decided everything looked ok, Josh and I stayed up longer just to make sure.
We went to visit mom and John as we have not seen them since they returned from their trip from CA. Chloe was excited to see them and brought flowers from my snowball bush. She really had changed, new words for the night:
Meow Rock-A-Bye Baby (mom got her to sing and dance with her), too cute! PeeBoo (Peak-A-Boo) Hannah
She kept putting her babies to bed, telling us to "shh" and then she would pick up all their blankets and say go, like let's go. She is getting to be such a sweetheart (she always was), but it is so different now. She loves looking at our photo album that mom has from our wedding.
No big plans for the weekend, other than adding fish to our new aquarium.
Chloe is so lost that there are no fish in it.

6-9-08 Weekend was great! I made close to $300 from our garage sale, and the house is less packed. I finally scheduled Chloe's pictures and they were willing to take them at 9 AM Tuesday, we went with LA Portrait Studio in Willmar. Will let you know how it goes. So tonight is full of haircuts and ironing clothes for the pictures. 6-6-08 Chloe has been doing soooo good! Saying alot more, or at least trying to get more out. Kitty - used to try to say, now it is apparent, loves the movie Aristocats Shaney - Uncle Shane, although she will not do it for anyone but me Bailey and Paige are being used alot more, and she is so excited to go to see them in the mornings. Trying to sing the Alphabet and Old Mc Donald, when sung she will pick out some letters
6-4-08 Update for Ronda. Talked to Dad at noon and they were still waiting (3 hrs and counting), to be discharged to go home. Good news. 6-3-08 Noon Update! Talked to Dad after lunch today. Small setback from the cath from the angio test. They are thinking that there was a small tear from taking the cath out, small bleeding in the stomach area. They have done ultrasounds and such and everything should be ok. Ronda may have to stay another night. Will update when they talk more with the Dr.
