5-19-08 The Surgery Center called this AM.  7AM that is, nice!  Chloe will have to check in at 7:30 on wed, will take about a half hour to set her up and about 5-10 miniutes for the actual procedure.  We will have to stay for about 1 hour afterwards.  They we will be home.  Made me more nervous after that conversation.  At least we know what can be fixed from all of this.  Pray for her on Wednesday!

5-16-08 Time for the weekend, mine will be short as I have to work in the AM.  We are hoping to get to the car show on Sunday, weather permitting, seems to always rain.  Next Wednesday is Chloe's tube surgery.  Josh and I will both have Wednesday off, I will be off Thursday and he will be off Friday.  Hoping that everything goes well.  I know how minor it is, but it is my little girl.  I hope and pray that she will do well.  Not sure on the time yet, they schedule by age and will let us know on Monday.  Tuesday night we will be stocking up on movies and treats for Chloe.  We will welcome visitors on at any time when we are home, just let us know your coming.  Hoping to get some 2 year photos when she is feeling up to it.  Maybe she will listen to the photographer.  Still not sure who we will go to, but will plan that when the time comes.

We are having a Garage Sale on the 7th of June, which I have been up everynight pricing and organizing.  So if you're interested in selling some stuff let me know (or buying some baby stuff!).  I just decided that I have to get rid of some baby things as we don't have a big enough house to store it all.  There will be clothes of all sizes, toys, bumper pad, etc.  When the time comes to have another we will just have to buy some things new or go to garage sales then.

Casidy found out last week that she will be having a little girl in September!  Not sure on the name they have picked out.  I don't think my friends and family will ever have any boys.  Oh Well, it is more fun to buy girl clothes anyway.  Right Mom???

5/13/08 Well it's back to reality.   I took a 4 day weekend and it was sure nice, I did this last year over Mother's Day and loved it.   Chloe had her 2 year Appointment on Friday and it went very well.   She is now on 2% milk, and gets to start on Vitamins!   She now weighs 27.10 in the 56% for her age.  We also were there for her physical before the tubes go in on the 21 st.   Saturday night we had a get together with the Larsons's for some birthdays and anniversaries.   Chloe got some more birthday presents and money from her "Aunts" on John's side.   We enjoyed some Sweedish Meatballs and Lefse.   On Sunday we hung low and went to visit mom for awhile in the morning, and got to see GGMa and GGPa before we left.   Sunday night Daddy treated us to Golden Palace and it was soooo good, as always!   We then took Chloe to Walmart to spend her Birthday money; we got her a basketball hoop for outside.   Monday we ran errands in the morning, went to Daddy's checkup and mommy got to plant some flowers in her pots and garden during naptime.   Looks great!  We are planning on having a garage sale on the 7 th or 14 th of June, so if you're interested in putting stuff out, let me know.

5/7/08

Chloe will be getting tubes in her ears on May 21, 2008.   Please keep her in your prayers.   It is only a 5-10 minute procedure at the surgery center.   We are hoping that she will be able to hear and speak better, as well as no more ear infections.   Dr. Mellema will be performing the procedure here in Willmar.

We had a great turnout for Chloe's birthday party.   Chloe didn't want any of her friends to touch her presents.   And once she found the jewelry on top of our present to her, she didn't want to open anything.   She got some great gifts from family and friends.   Thanks to everyone who came and celebrated with us.   I will be posting pics as soon as possible.

She has been busy with her new fold out couch from GAunt Liz and GUncle Paul.   It is too cute and she lays on it ALL the time.   Also she has been playing Dr. with her new Dr Kit.   Last night her and Daddy built forts with her bricks from Gma Connie and Gpa Nitro, and played house in her new doll house.   You will see all her goodies in the pics that I will post.

Chloe will be turning 2 tomorrow, we hope to do something special, but haven't decided what yet.

I went to the worst Eye Dr yesterday, Dr. Border.   Don't recommend going to this freak.   1 st Clue was that he sat down in front of me, and I have honestly have never seen someone's glasses so dirty in my life.   And can you believe that he is an

Eye Dr
???   Very strange man.   I pretty much walked out even more confused that when I walked in.   He basically thinks that I have an infection in my eyelids.   I am to take an ointment in my eyes at night and continue the drops during the day.   Ointment is extremely nasty and feels like you have Vaseline on your eyes.   This morning they are already feeling better.

5-5-08 We are off to the ENT Dr this afternoon, our weekend was full of stories.  We will update with pictures in the next few days.  Stay tuned...
