Stories 10-30-07 This weekend was eventful and fun! We left for SD on Friday and met The Wiehr's in Brooking's for supper at the Pizza Ranch and stayed overnight Fri and Sat, came home Sun. Friday night we stayed up and played cards until 1 am, Saturday we went to Grandma and Grandpa Wiehr's pumpkin patch to pick a pumpkin for each of the kids. After that we went to Grandma and Grandpa Miller's for a ride in the NEW tractor. Chloe didn't like it until mom came in there with her. Saturday night we made a TON of appitizers and played cards again. Sunday we came home and played in the awesome weather we had. Chloe didn't sleep well at The Wiehr's but I gave her a pillow on Sunday night at home and she slept threw the night Sun and Mon. Nice for us to get a few full nights of sleep. We are taking Chloe out and about on Wednesday for treats!!! She is all geared up to be a black kitty, should be cute! We will post pictures as soon as time allows. The Countdown to Christmas has started!!! Not even 2 months away, start your shopping!!! 10-25-07 Sorry for the lack of updating! We have been busy enjoying this wonderful weather and packing up for SD this weekend!!! Chloe just loves being outdoors as do we, because it helps tire her out. She has been doing well the last few nightswith going to sleep, only getting up 1 time in the night and going right back to sleep once she gets her paci and a hug from one of us. Josh and I have been enjoying her so much lately, growing up with her own little personality. Christmas is just around the corner and we can't wait to see with her presents and the snow. Should be alot more fun, last year was, but now we will have more of a reaction with her knowing what is going on. I have a great list for her this year and I will post it under the family section (keep watch for it). I do know a few things that she is getting, so I will let you know that as well. E = Excitement 10-22-07 Yesterday we spent lunch at Grandma Connie and Grandpa Nitro's. Their friends Ann and Martin from Sweden are here until Thursday. They had brought some presents for Chloe. A little hippo, silverware and a cool little lantern for her room. Was nice to visit with them for a little while. Too bad that I didn't have any cookies for Ann, but I brought her some Mr. B's. Otherwise Sunday was just a lazy day, kinda nice. Chloe is still having issues going to sleep at night, last night was 1 1/2 hours and then she slept through the whole night. I do believe it is just seperation issues and not the teeth. We will see what some in the next couple nights. Take care everyone! We are off to stay at the Wiehr's this weekend!!! 10-20-07 D = Dog Chloe loves her Heidi girl and any other dog/puppy she can play with. Today we took a trip to the Nelson Farm with Heidi, Peyton, Hanna and Paige. We had so much fun, none of us had been there. There is plenty to do, and if you have kids and have never been there, I suggest that you make a day of it. We went on a Hay Ride through the pumpkin patch, walked through the corn maze, road in a soap box down the hill, feed the animals, played with the toys, picked pumpkins, got the kids faces painted, and much much more. It will be even more fun the older Chloe gets. Paige and Peyton could take enough of it in. Last night we played cards at Shane and Brooke's, late night but was fun to spend time with all of them. 10-19-07 C = Cat/Kitty Chloe loves the kitties. That is what she is going to be for Halloween and I can't wait to see her in her outfit. She always picks out the kitties in our books when we read. We still are not sleeping well at night, last night she cried herself to sleep at 9 and then woke up at 10:30. So I took and rocked her to sleep, so I thought. She woke up the minute I left her room and cried some more, so hard she threw up again. So she slept with us last night. I know that eventually we will get through this, but it will take some time. I felt her molars last night and they are farther threw than last time I checked. Heidi and I are going to try to take the kidos to the Nelson Farm on Saturday. With the weather going to be nice finally, it should be a good time! The kids will have a blast.
