Stories 9-18-07 Enjoy the new pics, I was able to spend some time outside trying to get some pics of Chloe. Not easy with a busy 16 month old. Chloe is starting to watch cartoons, doesn't last too long but it is kinda cute. Her favorite is Miss Spider and the Sunny Patch Friends on Noggin. I layed her down one night when she was crabby and tierd and she has enjoyed it ever since. I would have to say that it is one of the cutest cartoons I have had to watch over the years. One other morning she was up EXTRA early so she sat on our bed and watched Barney, and she enjoyed that too. This Saturday we are going to Hannah Herzog's 2nd Birthday party! Should be a good time. Sunday we are going to the Omlete feed at the Legion for Arne's 40/8 group. Yummy!!! 9-17-07 Wow our weekend went by fast!!! The weather was so nice, that we got to spend alot of time outdoors. Saturday mommy had to work in the am, so Chloe went to Grandma and Grandpa's. Mom and Liz took her to the farmers market and one of the vendors gave her a little pumpkin, too cute. Mom said she carried it around the whole time. Sunday we spent the afternoon at Hannah B.'s 1st birthday party. It was a great time, seeing her dig into her cake. Although it took a while, she did enjoy it and ALL of her new gifts. I have pics from the party, but they are still on my camera, so I will get them on here soon. 9-14-07 Chloe did a little better with her sleeping last night too. She was up at 5 am, and went back to sleep and woke up screaming at 6:30 am. I let her sit in bed with me for a little bit watching Barney and she was happy. Her new favorite breakfast has been oatmeal, the fruity ones! Messy but nice for a change. She will be with mom and John in the morning as Josh and I both work. They plan on taking her to the Farmer's Market, which she usually enjoys. On Sunday we are going to Hannah B.'s 1st Birthday party. So exciting. Will try to get pics and post on Monday. I have been working on reorganzing Chloe's room and the finishing touches for decorating. We just need to find a chandlier (??spelling??) and it will be ALL girly in there. Will post pics when there is more on the walls. Mom and I are in the process of planning a baby shower in October for Darcy, she is due in November with a baby girl. And I am busy sewing 6, yes I said 6, baby wraps. I have an order in for 4 and need to have 2 on hand for myself. I will also post pics when those are finished. They make the best gift, especially for a winter baby. Unfortunatly, Chloe didn't get to use her's much. Have a good weekend! 9-13-07 Chloe slept though the night last night with the help of a 1/2 dose of Motrin. I had a hard time getting her up this AM as she didn't want to. Every time she wakes up she has to grab her blankies and her baby. It is just too cute. 9-12-07 Mommy had Chloe in for her ear re-check today and everything looked great. We did talk about her getting up every night at 1 or 2. I am sure that it is teething and the Dr checked out her teeth and she thinks that as well (trying to cut a few through all at one times). She told me to try some Motrin for a few nights and see if that works. I try not to give her ANY meds unless they are really needed. I will try tonight and see how that goes. She is currently 22 lbs. 12 oz. Last weekend was super busy again, but we all had fun. Daddy went on his anual Haydays trip (was cut short a day, long story), but he still had a blast. Saturday Chloe, Great Grandma Rosie and I drove to Westbrooke for Ronda's mother, Arlene's 80th birthday party. Was a great time but we didn't get home until 10 pm. Sunday morning we did some shopping in St. Cloud with Grandma Connie and ate a steak dinner with Grandpa John when we got home. Of course Chloe didn't get that, but got her 1st Sweedish meetballs (Grandma's leftovers). We are so excited that Brooke finally gets her daycare liscense on Friday. So if anyone knows any preschool aged kids that need care, send them her way. We are working on getting the girls together soon for some pics. Life is SOOOO hectic, we just haven't gotten around to doing so yet. Take care!
