8-10-06 We go to the Fair tonight!!!  Chloe will have her first visit to the County Fair.  I hope she will be good for us.  I stayed home with her yesterday as the daycare mom was sick.  Chloe is doing so good. Getting bigger everyday.  I swear she grows 2 inches everytime I leave her for a day.  I added somenew pictures of her sitting up.  She still holds your hands, but it is all she wants to do.  She is starting to sit up on her own if you have her propped up on something.

8-7-06 Great weekend at our house!  Tim, Kelly and the kids were here on Friday night.  We met Heidi and her kids at the Blue Heron for dinner.  What a joy to have ALL those kids out to eat.  It actually went pretty well.  Kelly and I took the girls with us to lunch on Saturday to Applebee's and the waitresses oh and awed over how cute they were.  They thought it was neat that they are so close in age!  Otherwise this weekend we finished putting up the fence and Josh got it all stained.  Cousin Paige was over to visit on Sat night and then again on Sun with Aunt Brooke and Uncle Shane.  I made burgers on the grill for them helping us get the deck and fence finished.  Was nummy!!!  Couple new pictures on here from the weekend.  This next weekend is super busy.  The Fair, Grandpa Rich's Birthday, Great Grandma Rosie's 80th Birthday and Ribfest at Great Grandma Shirley and Great Grandpa Arne's.  We will be running mad all weekend, but it will be fun.

8-3-06 Went to the Dr yesterday.  Everything is ok.  Chloe is now 12 lbs. 12 oz.  We just need to keep working with her to make sure she is using her neck muscles.  The Dr assured me that this muscle was injured while she was in the womb and that they usually don't notice it until they are 3-4 months old.  She said that she only has a minor case of it since she can move her head to the left (if she didn't, then we would have to do more with her.)  The Dr also orded some spine xrays to make sure that it looks ok as well.  That was the worst.  They had to put her in a brace and she screamed the worst scream ever.  Mom cried from the waiting room, as they don't let you back there.  She will let us know when she gets them back.  We will also be going to Physical Therapy with her on the 14th to learn some excersises to help her along faster.  She is doing well at Daycare.  Mom is still adjusting to going to work everyday though.  The daycare lady has been great with her.  We love bringning her there because it is small and she will get more attention then at a large one.  Tim, Kelly and the kids will be spending the night on Friday.  We are excited to see them again, so that the kids can grow up together!!!  Lori was into the Hospital last night with stomach pains, and found out that it was a bladder infection.  No baby yet!  That is good though as she would be too early.  The longer the better!

8-1-06 I am back to work and Chloe started Daycare yesterday.  The day went better than I expected.  I think it helps that our neighbor lady has her and that the daycare is small.  It is going to be hard to adjust not being with her ALL day though.  I would much rather change diapers then sit at my desk.  But we do what we have to.  Chloe is going into the Dr on Thursday to get checked over.  Last time we were in she told us that she has the start of Congenital Torticollis (also known as Wryneck).  I am not sure if it has gotten any better, but I am going to have the Dr look at her and see if there is anything more we can be doing with her to get it fixed.  Kelly and Jodessa are coming to visit us on Saturday.  Can't wait to see them again!  Hope everyone is well and hope you get a chance to check out Chloe's adorable pictures on Film Drop's website (instructions are on the home page).

7-25-06 Chloe is doing great!!!  We switched back to her old formula as she was spitting up way too much and was fussy on the new stuff.  So far she is already doing better!  She is starting to use her legs and wants to stand on your lap.  In the last few days she has been pulling her head forward like she wants to sit up.  It will not be long before she crawls, walks and is sitting up on her own.  She has slept through the night for the last 5 nights in a row.  Knock on wood that she will keep on doing this.  I start back to work on Monday the 31st and am not looking forward to leaving her behind.  Things are going well at our house.  Enjoy all of our new pictures and changes to the site!
