Stories 2-17-09 We had a fun busy weekend. Tim and Kelly came up for Saturday night. We met up with Pat and his kids for some Pizza Ranch and then came back to our house to play. Tim finally got his toy, a Rhino, so he was in 7 th heaven. Chloe was kind of down in the dumps last week, didn't feel very well, but seems to be doing ok now. She had a good Valentine's Day. We took her out to buy a new toy. I originally wanted to buy her a Barbie Jeep for her Barbie dolls, but decided she could pick it out. She did end up getting that and a new Barbie to go with it. We got some other goodies from Grandma/Grandpa's as well. Clothes, Gorilla that kisses, Candy, Travel coloring desk, and a Care Bares movie. We are gearing up for Breezy Point with Shane and Brooke, we are exciting. I started my new position at the Tribune Monday and it is going pretty good so far. I haven't learned a whole lot yet, but I am sure it is to come. 2-17-09 We had a fun busy weekend. Tim and Kelly came up for Saturday night. Very busy that is! Friday night she had a Valentine's Sleepover at Gma and Gpa Jensen's with her cousins. They ate pizza, made cupcakes/cookies and played lots. She was extremly exhausted when it was time to go on Saturday. Josh and I enjoyed a quite meal out and some grochery shopping. Nothing too exciting, but more relaxing than anything. Saturday was spent hanging low. Except for our computer incident that was a little scarry. I was on my usual site surffing and everything went black and died. Turns out the Power Supply went out. (was fixed Sunday already). We are still having some techincal difficulties but we will work threw them. Sunday we were invited to Noah Meyer's bday party. He is a son of a co-worker that is turning 3. It was a full house but Chloe was so excited to go to a bday party and eat Mickey Mouse cake. Too cute! But boy was she hyper from all the candy and excitement. Josh and I are really excited for Breezy Point to come, need to get away for a few days! Chloe will get to spend some time with Nathan at Gma and Gpas. They will be able to keep each other busy thats for sure! Monday will be my official start of my new position at work, and I am excited for the NEW challenge it will bring. ALL the co-workers were informed this morning and I think most of them understood, which helps. 2-4-09 Things have been crazy around our house this week. Chloe insist that she wears her "rina" get up. That is her dress up clothes. 3 skirts, wings, crown (backwards that is) and her high heels. Too cute! She had to go to Brooke's Tuesday to go "dancing" with Bailey. How do you not let her go with her skirts on??? I will be changing positions again at work. We had a few lays off, retirement (not replacing) and cuts on hours. I strongly felt that my position was in jepordy if they had to do more. I have accepted a new position in our Business Office that I am super excited about! The girls will be great to work more closely with and kinda more my "niche" anyway. I will start officially on 2/16. An very difficult decision to make, but I had to do it for our family! Chloe, Paige and Bailey will be at a Valentine's Sleepover Party at Gma and Gpa Jensen's Friday night, so she will have alot of fun. I will try to get some photos when we drop her off or pick her up. My night may consists of organizing her toys, we are at WAY too many, so there needs to be some clean up. Take care and hope that everyone is happy and healthy. 2-2-09 Saturday morning was spent in Spicer. Daddy was racing in the Spicer Races so Chloe went there for a short while to visit/watch. Chloe got to play with Hannah B. and she was so excited about it, and talked about it ALL day. We took a walk around the Ice Castle and went sledding all over the lake.
