Wow! Thanks for sharing and I am so happy for all of you. It was just yesterday that I was Nanny to Michael wasn't it? Oh to hold Syrin and cuddle and coo. That's my grandson! Can't say enough about him: he's adorable, precious, wonderful, amazing,focused, enjoyable, surprising, handsome, aware of his surroundings, healthy, strong, growing by leaps and bounds (does this have anything to do with his middle-middle name????, is trying to talk (remarkable), seems anxious to start walking (astonishing), has a good appetite (not surprising...), takes after his two wonderful parents, and is the apple of my eye!

In answer to your question "What do we need", you need patience and unconditional love. He/she is a very lucky child to have the two of you for parents. You have already had two practice runs!
