STORIES May 2008-We celebrated Brandon's 4th birthday on 5/17 with a party at the house.  It's so hard to believe that he is already 4.  He was so excited to have a birthday.  Once again his favorite part is the cake.  He requested chocolate cake with M&M's in the cake.  I made the special butter cream frosting too and we used the Backyardigan's theme.  He had a great time with all the kids and family that came over.  He got lots of gifts and loved every single thing.

April 2008-  We are finally getting over all the sickness.  It has been 3 weeks and it has been tough.  I miss the kids like crazy and feel so guilty not getting to see them as much as I used to.  Michael is getting to see them a lot and that makes me feel a little better.  I think it's really bringing him and the kids closer.  My mom finished her treatments but is suffering quite a bit with the side effects of the radiation and chemo.  She is not doing good and we are all very worried.  I pray she gets well soon.  I hate having to wor

March 2008- I have to go back to work full-time and called one of my old bosses at the Dallas Cowboys.  Luckily they were making some changes and I was able to get my old job back after being gone nearly 4 years!  What awesome news.  Brandon is so sad I won't be at home with him.  Olivia seems fine at this point.  We are going to try daycare and hope it works.  It will be so convenient because it's close to home.  I am so scared to leave the kids anywhere that's not family.  Both kids ended up getting sick after only 3 days of daycare.Â

Jan 2008- Olivia finally has four teeth.  She is getting them slower than Brandon did.  By this time Brandon had all his.  She is really developing and her personality is starting to come out.  I have gone back to work part-time and the kids are staying with their Nanny.  Brandon is the one that has such a hard time with me not being home all the time.  Olivia seems to be taking it ok.  Brandon is getting so big.  It is really surprising, all the words he knows now.
