 6/11/08 It's been 2 very busy months since I was here last so brace yourself! There are (eventually) going to be a lot of new stories and pictures for everyone to see. It just may take me a few days to do it!! Well, we got Aunt Catie and Uncle Chris married and spent 2 weeks with Grammy and Poppie. It's hard to nutshell it all so you'll just have to keep visiting and watching for the update e-mails. So without further adieu....let me get to work! I'm sure I'll be back several times over the summer to add pool and playground pics but until then...Have a great summer! 4/15/08 And now Meghan is 1! Can you believe it!! Happy birthday, baby girl!! So once again it was party time and there was plenty of cake and presents which Mo and Tuck were more than happy to help her with. We had a good weekend of lounging and then more bbq-ing with the neighbors. Meghan was very pleased with the cake portion of her evening and crashed perfectly exhausted after presents. I also added a few more pics from Easter. Can anybody tell me who that is in the box?! I think we have a new monster in our house! I hope you all have a great spring. We'll see you soon!
So the boy had his 3 year check up this morning. When Nurse Tan called us back to the back he started a serious freak out! I couldn't figure out what his problem was until he started crying, "But I don't want to shop!" ??? Then he finished the thought. "I don't want to sit on that table and get shops; shops aren't fun anymore...
As if the Easter eggs weren't enough, Ahh B brought some kites too. Can we say "Run Mo! Run!"? And that's how we took care of the sugar rush from the chocolate bunnies and birthday cake! Grammy and Poppie did Mom a huge favor this weekend. They went and spent $2 on 36 plastic Easter eggs. Then they hid them in the backyard for a hunt. You would thnk that that would be enough right?! I'm pretty sure those eggs have been hidden, hunted and re-hidden at least 8 times!! Now THAT will keep some kids busy in the afternoons!! I must be a terrible mom! Mo and Tuck went on their usual mission to the donut shop with Poppie. Mo was quick to infor Poppie that she "forgets what donuts taste like." What a mean mom - doesn't feed her kids donuts often enough to help them remember... Once upon a time I posted a set of Molly sayings and their translations.
