Hey Sarah - It is your cousin, Bud here (your dad will say Buddy). Great site and wonderful pics. Congratulations on your family. May He continue to bless you! Say hi to Tina and your mom and dad for me. Check me on the web at grbudwest.com and the family at www.westmelanie.us... All the Best!
-Bud West

I love you choice of names. I named my son Jeremiah Alexander. He is 9 now. Very cool!
-Krista

Wow - Sarah, what an AMAZING job you have done on your videos and site! It is by far the very best I have ever seen! I am truly amazed! And Jeremiah is so precious. It reminded me of our adoption journey even though ours was to Russia. The feelings are all the same, though! I am so glad we have re-connected after all these years and I look forward to getting to know you again!
-Marcia Westover (Corbin!)

Congratulations on being 'legal' little man! Looking cute in your red, white and blue :)
-Andrea White

You have been tagged! Email me back and I will give you my website address to continue the game. Your spam filter won't let me put in my adoption website address on here.

Hi Sarah and Jer,
catching up on the adoption blogs today and wanted to sat hi. I love the new look and Jer is quite the handsome little man! Sounds like mommyhood is agreeing with you Sarah. Thanks for the support you are to me, even though I do not post much and don't thank you personally, it helps to know we are all in this together. Have a blessed day.

-Janalee

Jer is getting so big and it sounds like everything is going well...aside from his ears. I hope you get his ears all worked out. I love you site and he's so so cute.

I was looking through my computer today and found my wish for you. I thought since it was too long to fit on your wish blanket that I would put it here.
Dear Jeremiah,

The material I have chosen for you is a piece of a Cub Scout uniform to remind you of my wish for you.

My wish for you Jeremiah is that even if you never grow up to be a Scout that you grow up to become what it means to be a Scout. For truly the essence of what it means to be a Scout is to be a good Christian and a good citizen of this wonderful country.

The Scout Oath says, "On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight." This means that you should do your best at whatever you do. That you should do what God's will is for you and serve your country in whatever manner God calls you to, even if that's just to be a good citizen. Also that you should have a spirit of caring to help those in need. Last but not least that you should keep yourself in tip top shape when it comes to your physical, mental and spiritual health.

Next is the Scout Law which is basically a list of characteristics. You'll notice that these characteristics are also that of a good Christian. It says, "A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent." Most of these are obvious how they are characteristics of a Christian, but a few are not as obvious. What does it mean for a Christian to be thrifty? It means that God gives us resources whether they are intelligence, time or money and that we should use them wisely and not waste what God gives us. What does it mean for a Christian to be brave? It takes bravery to do God's will, whether it is a trial like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego's fiery pit or something as simple as walking up to someone and sharing your faith with them (and believe me if you're not an outgoing person that does take bravery). Finally what does it mean for a Christian to be clean? Being clean whether you are talking about your body, room, house or environment is a matter of respect. It is a respect for God and the things He has given you.

Finally the Scout Motto says, "Always be prepared." That means you need to take a look into your future and prepare for things you know are going to happen, such as college or retirement and for the things that just come up in life. More importantly though, it means to be spiritually ready; to be ready for judgment by accepting Christ as your savior, and to be ready for spiritual battle by praying and reading your Bible daily.

-JoMa Chrisi

You are growing so fast little man. I can't wait to finally meet you. Maybe some day soon I'll just have to find a way out to TN. Love you guys so much and miss you more every day.
-JoMa Chrisi

I sure hope you are gettign him soon! You need to update this blog :), I am going crazy wondering how you all are doing. I know it has been a long journey for you guys and it feels like I was just taking pics of that sweet face and hoping he would soon find his forever family, and passing along everything I could about him.
