Today, March 28th around 9ish this morning Emily went potty on her potty chair for the first time!! Daddy caught her going,,, well,,, You know,,,, and put her on her potty chair and it all happened from there!! She was soo happy that she did it. She gave Mommy and Daddy a high five.

Emily is now walking all on her own!!

The second week of February Emily walked all on her own. Now she is unstoppable. She will walk from one end of the house to the other. She is into everything now and is sooo happy. She no longer crawls but walks and tries to run... help us now :)

Today, January 29th at around 4:35 pm Emily decided to take 14 steps on her own with NO help. She walked from our back door all the way to the foot stool. She is doing it more and more on her own now.

Emily finally took 3 steps. On November 24th, Emily too 3 steps on her own!!!!!! We were sitting outside in the yard and letting her go between us and finally she decided she wanted to take some steps on her own with no help. We unfortunately did not have the video camera with us but it's charged and ready to go for next time,,, which might be tonight :)

October 31st---Halloween 09 So we ended up having to modify her costume this year. She was going to be Elmo but the costume scared her. So we had this puppy jacket in the closet and got her to wear that. We took her to a "Trunk or Treat" at one of the local churces where people decorate the trunks of their cars and hand out candy. October 18th-- Emily is 22 months... I can't believe she will be 2 in 2 months... She is growing too fast. But it's good though because she is talking more and putting words together. She will be starting daycare on Monday. Only this time it will be on base and through an approved daycare provider so we know it will be better. I am going back to wo...

October 9th- Uncle Matt came to visit from his class at Keesler AFB. Emily was shy at first but then warmed right up and wanted to play ball the entire time. She was having soo much fun she forgot to nap:) It was fun and Emily is looking forward to the next visit with Uncle Matt. We are also able to fix Shawn's car with Matt's help,, thank goodnes...

September 28th-- Emily is getting sooo big. She is changing more and more every day. I am amazed at what she learns to do on her own. We are getting ready for Halloween already, we have her Elmo costume and she is a little scared of it right now. I think by the time trick or treating gets here she will be ok with it. She looks cute in it and ...

A Big Hello From Wisconsin! The website looks very nice & "Summer" like. Emily is getting to be sooo big! We can't believe she's almost 18mos! Where does the time go?!!
