March 7th-- Well we are back from our trip to Minnesota. We found an apartment for now. Maybe find a house after we get up there. It was nice to be able to see where we are going to live before we actually move up there. St. Cloud is a nice little town with lots of stores and places to eat and shop. Shawn saw his new work and so far it looks nice. Met the Navy people next door and they are nice too. Maybe this won't be so bad after all. Now just have to get the 7 weeks of school over with. Then it's packing time. Going to be a bit stressful with the house and all but we have a lawyer on that!!! That is what he gets all the money for. LOL

Anyhow Emily is still in daycare aka "school" and loving it. She is learning so much now. She can count pretty well and can drink out of big girl cup on her own... no more sippy cups! We are still working on the potty training but with the trip and work and all it's hard to keep to a schedule. Doing the best we can. Just proud of our little girl for all she is doing now.

Well I updated the pictures with the trip ones and I will try to do so as we get more. Things are busy here so it might take me a while to do so. Enjoy the new pics of our Emily in the snow!! Love to all!!

February 14th-- Happy valentines Day. So Emily loved her gifts from everyone. I think she is still going from all the sugar!! Thanx for that :)LOL She is starting to learn lots of new things at school and it's great. We are doing a lot to get ready for Daddy to leave for school. Wish is didn't have to happen but that just means he will not deploy anymore and that's great. We also are getting ready for our move in a few months to Minnesota. Going to be a whole new world up there. So look for updates on that. Enjoy all the new pics as well.

December 21st- We had Emily's birthday party at Nana and Papa's house on Saturday the 19th. Her cousins Alyssa and Ryan were there to help celebrate. Before the big day we went to see Papa out at his motorcycle toys for tots run. We saw a bunch of bikers with presents for kids. Emily had fun seeing Papa and all the bikes. She also saw Santa come in on a bike.

After the bike toy run we headed back to the house to get ready for the party. Everything was decorated in Elmo and the cake I made was ready for her. She got excited as soon as she saw it shouting Elmo Elmo. We had taco bell for dinner then got to sing Happy Birthday to her. She blew out a few of her candles then tried to grab them. She loved the frosting on the cake and the cake as well. Mommy gave her of her Mountain Dew in her Elmo cup and that got her wired.

We played pin the nose on Elmo and all the kids had fun trying to get close. Next it was pinata time. Each kid took a turn pulling a string,,, it got down to one last string to pull then out came the goodies. Emily loved the little fake money and stuffed them all into her pockets.

We opened her presents and she got all kinds of goodies. She opened every one by herself like a big girl. There are pictures of all the presents and her. Emily got her presents from Grandma and Grandpa today and LOVES her Elmo cell phone so much she brought it to bed with her tonight. She also got a counting book that has animals that she loves too.

She did also get a Disney book from Lisa at my work which is great for bedtime. Also she got a black and white stuffed kitty from The Tueles who come to the Vet clinic I work for. They are so sweet. I will add a picture of her with it tomorrow.

Emily is getting sick today though. It started off with sneezing lots. Now tonight she is not feeling any better and trying to sleep. I sure hope she is not too sick for christmas. We will have to keep an eye on her.
