Stories March 13th- We finally arrived in Wisconsin. Mommy and Daddy took pictures with Emily at the Welcome sign. It was extremely cold and a little snow. Emily also met Grandma and Grandpa Berger for the first time. We went to eat pizza at the Pizza Oven and Emily got to meet more new people.March 12th. We left the house at around 4am with Emily and Kozmo for our 19 hour trip to Wisconsin. Emily did GREAT. She really did not fuss at all. She did so much better than we thought she would do. We drove more than 12 hours the first day. We stopped at a hotel north of Indianapolis and stayed the night. It was Emily's first time in a hotel. Her and Kozmo shared their own bed. Kozmo slept next to her all night long.
March 05- Today after Daddy got home from work he wanted to get Emily's ears pierced. We went to walmart and no luck there. So we headed to the mall. We went to Claires and after a million questions, we... Daddy, held little Emily in his lap and they did both ears at the same time!! Emily CRIED!!! She did NOT like it one bit. After a few minutes she seemed to be ok. Then they had to put the rubber backs on the earrings and she HATED that too. But after it was all done she even smiled a little bit on the way home. I posted some pictures of her cute little earrings. I will try to get better ones tomorrow after she has a chance to get over it.
February 28th- Last night we had Emily on the floor for Tummy Time and she held her head up for the longest time on her own. She almost rolled over too.. Mommy didn't have the video camera charged so we had to stop. I didn't want to miss the "first" time she did it. SO tonight we are going to let her do it.. Hopefully she rolls over. She loves to smile when you talk to her. Especially when you tell her she's beautiful! She is going to be so spoiled.
