WHAT ARE WE UP TO THIS WEEK....
5/29/07 We have had a busy couple of weeks! Only 8 more weeks until Owen arrives. I am getting so excited to hold him and kiss him. I hope he is a good baby and healthy!!!!! May is a busy month for Birthdays and this month we have celebrated, Wayne, Robyn, Chris, Steph, Jeff, Jack, Will, Cam, and Mom! Danielle had her baby shower and got lots of great stuff for Lilah, I got to visit with Kristi and Laney, we have been to the Zoo a few times, (with Emily from Myles old school and with Jack and Will). This weekend was Memorial Day weekend and we filled it with a pool party at Nannies, a cookout at Mom's, Cam's Birthday party in RI, the Zoo, and a cookout at Bob and Christa's! Hopefully the next few weeks will be slow so we can get ready for Owen. Hope everyone is enjoying your Spring.
5/7/07 This weekend was Wayne's Birthday and we celebrated with Robyn, Chris and Steph to celebrate their bdays as well. This weekend was super busy. Friday was the start of my two week Dr. visits. The baby is doing great. I have 11 weeks more to go!! Saturday we had Will and Jack's birthday party which was so much fun and then went to Sweet Chili's for Robyns birthday dinner and Myles went to Uncle Chris and Auntie Coo- Coo's house, so Mommy and Daddy had a nice night out with no dogs and no kids! Sunday was the big Star Wars Birthday Party - and Wayne and Myles started their day at the driving range- Myles got to practice with his new 7 Iron! So Cute!! Next weekend is Mothers Day- and I must admit that Wayne and I are the luckiest people because we have the BEST MOM's in the whole world. I have been sick with this cold and struggling BIG time and both moms stepped into action and helped me so much this weekend. I dont know what i would do without them.
4/12/07 WOW! So much has happend. I am going to get better at this updating - I promise. So, we bought our first home and we are picking up our puppy "Daisy" tomorrow. So exciting!!!! The pregnancy is going great. I can already tell that Owen is going to be a great little baby and like to dance like his big brother Myles! Wayne is doing GREAT at Welch's and loves his job...and we love all the free juice! Myles is starting to adjust to the new school- he is having a tough time and really misses all his friends and especially his teacher Miss Dawn from Curious Kids. Hope everyone is doing well and had a great Easter.
1/29/07 Hope everyone has been well and enjoyed the new year! We spent the new year in Chicago and had so much fun!! Thanks to Uncle Scott and Auntie Melissa for such a great time!! We have some more exciting news to share!! We bought a house!!! We are closing February 23rd and are so excited to be so close to our family again. The house is in Malden, on the Melrose line, so close to everyone and everything that we love!
11/29/06 Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. We have some BIG NEWS to share!! We are having a baby!! Our due date is July 30th so we have awhile to go. So far I have been feeling great. Since we last wrote, we had Thanksgiving. It was so nice. We went to mom's house on Wednesday night and spent the night and everyone came over. We had a great dinner and watched a Christmas Story. The kids all had so much fun!!! On Thursday we went to
Wayne
's moms for Thanksgiving. She made a 35lb turkey and of course another small turkey breast after so we could all take home leftovers!! It was so YUMMY!!!!! We went to the IMAX to see Happy Feet with Nannie, Uncle Scott, Auntie Melissa, Uncle Chris, Auntie Coo-Coo, Holly, and Steph on Friday and then went to see the lights at Stone Zoo. Myles took his picture with Santa too! I will post some pictures this week. Hope everyone had a great holiday!!
11/5/06 Tomorrow Wayne starts his new job in Concord, MA at Welch's. We are all so excited for him. Wayne took Thursday and Friday off and him and Myles did all kinds of stuff together. On Thursday they went to the childrens museum...see some funny pictures above! Myles was sick on Friday and they had to go to the Dr. He has a little ear infection but is on the medicine now so hopefully will be feeling better soon! We had to miss his friends Birthday parties on Sunday which was a bummer. Oh, some other exciting news is that we bought a new car. We ended up with the Saturn 2007 Vue. It is REALLY nice!!! Oh I also forgot to mention Halloween... Myles was so much fun this year. He really loved Trick or treating and getting all the candy. Wayne and I are both so excited for Christmas this year now that we saw how excited and fun he was at Halloween. Myles is already talking all about his Christmas List and is watching Frosty and Rudolph...its going to be a long 8 weeks. Hope everyone is well and to hear from you soon.
10/18/06 Hope everyone is enjoying this nice fall weather. We had a nice relaxing weekend. Friday Myles had his appointment with the ENT and it went great. Then we went to Nannies and Papa's for a little visit and some lunch. On Saturday, Wayne and his mom took Myles to a movie (while I shopped) and then we all met up for dinner with Chris, Holly and Taylor. Sunday we went to Jason and Heathers for breakfast and Jason had made a huge leaf pile in the back yard and Myles and Elyssa had so much fun jumping in the leaves!
10/10/06 Fall foliage, Football, Food, and Farm Day Fun! This weekend was great. The weather was perfect and we went to Bog Hollow Farm for their Pumpkin Festival. We had a nice hayride and Myles picked out his pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch. Uncle Chris, Auntie Coo-Coo, Auntie Melissa, Nannie and Holly came with us. After the pumpkin thing, we came back to our house for lunch and to watch the Pats. Myles loved having everyone there and was so happy. On Saturday Holly stayed over and we took the kids to Chili's. (myles favorite) and then came back to the house for movie night (the Wild). It really was such a nice weekend.
9/27/06 This past weekend, the Nerdy's invited us to their place in

). We had a great time. On Saturday we took the kids to a Childrens Museum and then went back to the house for dinner and movie night. (The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown) Jack, Will and Myles were all skinny dipping on Sunday morning. Myles especially loved the heated outdoor shower!
9/21/06 We had so much fun at the big E this weekend. Nannie, Chris, Terry and Holly came with us. From Elephant rides, to fried oreos, to singing juke box hero on Myles "electric guitar" a FUN time was had by all!!
9/14/06 This week was fun. Football started and we had a fun party on Sunday to celebrate. On Saturday Nannie had us all go to the Harvard fall party, which was a lot of fun! Myles has graduated to Preschool 1 and we were very lucky because his teacher Miss Dawn went with him. She has been with him now since he was 8 weeks old and we are really LUCKY to have her. Myles is loving school and learning so much. He counts to 15 and sings the whole ABC song. this weeks major achievements has been mastering the potty. He insisted that I buy him a urinal at BJ's. Its called the Peter Potty- and its the best invention..EVER! Since having that, he has gone in the potty 5 times a day. All this time, he just wanted to stand when he pees! This weekend we are going to the Big E in
Springfield,
MA. It should be a lot of fun. We are especially looking forward to the deep fried Oreos!!
8/24/06 So Tuesday was the big Wiggly Day. Myles had a great day. We started the day by having a pool party at Laura's parent?s house in
Rhode Island. All the kids had so much fun and were sooooo excited to go see the Wiggles. Laura's mom had made a delicious lunch for everyone and had tons of snacks for the kids. It was really nice! Off we went to the Wiggles. Myles got a little nap during the ride. The show was really good. Greg Wiggle was not there, He was "sick". I think I was more disappointed than Myles (he didn?t even notice) In fact, after the show we asked him what was his favorite part...and he said Greg! HAHA. He hasn?t stopped talking about the show and wanted to wear his new Wiggle shirt in the tub, so I would say the day was a success!
8/21/06 This past weekend we stayed over Nannie's on Friday night. Wayne and I got to go to a movie which was great. On Saturday we went to Robyn and Terry's for a cookout and enjoyed watching all the kids having so much fun. Its amazing to see all our friend's with their kids and to think back that just a few years ago, how different our lives were. I also went to my friends house on Saturday and had so much fun with Steph and Irma, and seeing their kids and how much they have grown and also seeing Irma's house and all the work they have done to it. It looks amazing!! On Sunday, Robyn and Terry came over and John and Kristin, and we had a "left over" party. It was fun but I ate way too much!! Tomorrow is the big day...the day Myles has been waiting for all summer. We are going to the Wiggles!! I can't wait to see his reaction. We are going with Matt and Laura and Jack and Will and some of their friends. Check back for Wiggly pictures next week.
8/9/06 We had a great time in the Vineyard this weekend with Matt, Laura, William and Jack and William's Friend Jacob came with his baby sister and their parents. The children had so much fun. It was beautiful just walking around and looking at all the homes with their huge wrap around porches and beautiful landscaping. We would walk to the beach each day and then after naps the kids would enjoy the slip and slide and kiddie pool. (us adults would enjoy the Mai Tais and Frozen Drinks!)
7/31/06 This past week we went camping at Acres Of Wildlife in Steep Falls Maine. The campground was really nice and we stayed at an Inn that was right on the beach! We went with my Mom, and Brother and his family and Amy and Michaela came up which was soooo great to see them and spend some time with them. Myles was a little afraid of the water but loved playing in the sand and fishing with daddy. He also loved the pedal boat and watching daddy jump off. Another highlight from the week was Bingo. Myles loved it and of course, everyone there loved him. He seemed to steal the show anywhere he went. (Daddy won ten bucks too). We came home on Friday and on Saturday went to Nannies for her famous lasagna. We had missed everyone so much and Myles had so much fun swimming with his auntie coo coo and uncle kick! Next weekend we are off to the Vineyard. The Nerney's invited us to go to their place and we are very excited. The kids all play so well together and this will be Myles first time there and we cant wait to share it with him. Hope everyone is doing well, check back soon for some new stories and pics!!
7/18/06 We had a great weekend! Saturday was the graduation party for Corilee and while it was extremly hot, it was great to see everyone. On Sunday, Jason and Heather came over for breakfast and Elyssa and Myles got to play for a few hours. They had a blast crawling through the tunnel and bringing out every toy of Myles from his bedroom into the livingroom. After nap time, we went to Bob and Christa's. We walked down to the beach and all the kids got to play in the sand and swim. It was a beautiful day and the kids all had so much fun(the adults did too!) Then we went back to their place and grilled up some burgers. What a great weekend we had. For this week, Daddy is going to a Red Sox game on Tuesday night with the boys from work and on Wednesday Nannie will come down for her weekly visit. Myles loves when she picks him up from school and takes him shopping! We are getting very excited for the big camping trip. We leave for a week on Saturday. Check back next week for vacation pictures and I am sure some pretty interesting stories!!
7/13/06 This has been a fun week for Myles. It was Nemo week at school and Myles brought in his Nemo book for circle time and got to watch the movie during their lunch as a special treat! Tomorrow is Friday, so Myles and Mommy will have the day together and we plan to go visit Nonnie. This weekend we are going to Cori- Lee's graduation party and look forward to seeing all the Esposito's..especially his baby cousin Cam!
