Stories Well I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!I have finally upgraded...and this new graphics and backgrounds thing is so exciting...I am online almost everyday tyring out new things!!!!Thanks to my aunt in Canada..I have to mention her name..Sharon Yhap....without whom this could not be possible.....In other news...Hayleigh is saying when she wants to go on the potty....thats another great step...I was worried if she would do it but she has done it.So proud of her!I wont write a long story cause i have to upgrade!!!!hooray!!!!! hey !!! happy halloween.....last night was my first halloween and it was so much fun!!!I was snow white...and i went trick or treating!!!!i was scared of some of the costumes..but it was fun!!!Mama wore a feather mask over her eyes..pretty cool!!!i was sick just before my birthday with an infection on my tonsils...yucky but im better now....Tuesday i turned 2!!!!!!!mama got a strawberry shortcake cake......and i had some of my big friends over...then we went to the mall and i got the coolest present!!A fisher price..power wheels Dora The explorer ATV!!!!so much fun that thing is/......Mama rides it all the time......she is a big kid too...anyways she has the flu so she wont be here much...pray for her.... HI everyone!!!!Where to begin?My little pumpkin pone is asleep..and so I can write freely..She is almost two..not quite but she is getting there.I am watching my angelface grow up so fast and I wonder "where did the time go?"but I am loving every minute of this...she is doing all kinds of funny things all day.Today she didn't sleep at her usual naptime...she played and these days she is into Avon catalogues!!!!I wonder where she gets that from??? Probably her Dad!and the little missy is into Glamour magazines...she loves to play dress up..she takes my handbags and slings it on her shoulders and says"maket"...for market!!!!she sounds so cute when she says that...her vocab is growing daily...she has mastered mommy.....thank god for that!!!!!!!let's see what else:key,car,spoon,broom,kikky(kitty)puppy,nini(nate)baby,bye,bus,truck,go,dodo(sleep)cook...oh geez..i could go on and on...let's just say the kid is getting wiser and older...soon she will start a playgroup..don't know how i will let go...the two of us seem to have separation issues!anyways.i'm gonna go now.....write soon... HI all!!!!!!!!!Sorry i don't update the stories often but I have a little missy here who gets into everything...She pulled out my Space key on the keyboard..so i'm having a hard time typing....She is getting so smart now..i'm thinking "are all kids like this?" or "do i have a genius on my hand?"....I swear that by the time she gets to 2..which is like 2months off..i'm gonna look 4o!!!My aunt sent a Pro-Doodle for her and the mistake was to let her see it....she eats the little magnets and takes the pen and sticks it in her nose.....then she says "mommy" and tugs my finger and points to something else that she wants to devour.......This is an official SOS.....i need help......Plus on Sunday my sister is leaving for college ....so i know that i'll be doomed.They all help me out so much..esp Cassie....she leaves Sunday for Trinidad....Will miss her lots......ON a lighter note...Miss Hayleigh's birthday is just around the bend....She loves Dora so thats what we're doing......Doya.....thats what she says....ohhh....I am waiting for Ms Aryanne to put in her appearance......ohh boy...she will be at the party ...cute and pink......cannot wait to see her...Rhonda pleaseeeeeeeee make her come this weekend.......Or else no pone and no custard.....note to anyone bringing food to her hospital room....bring pone and custard!!!!!!anyways i'm off to find something to do till Hayleigh wakes up......my moments of pure bliss.... Hey ...What a day!!!!!It's so hot , the weather is very unpredictable.....Hayleigh doesn't mind....because hot weather means she gets to splash around in her tub for hours.Wish i could do the same,kids are so lucky.Hayleigh is sleeping later and later these days...her patterns are no more.She is very unpredictable....pooping at odd hours....eaitng..sleeping..this is the worse!!!!!cause I can't tell when...so I can't fashion my days anymore.....hurray!!!!!!!not!!!!!!!!! hey ...Ihaven't written in a long,long time but I have been so busy.But i'm here now.Let's see what we missed out on....well for starters,i can say "mama",,,papa,,ju-ju(juice)...i can say the first 2 letters in most words.i try to pronounce them....wow!!!!I have been travelling to Berbice alot too....this past weekend was Mama's birthday.We celebrated in Berbice....they had a lunch for poor kids and then in theafternoon ....they had a birthday dinner party for my mama.She turned 25!!!!!Papa got her diamond earrings....she's been wanting them for a while.I am doing so manythings....noone can keep up with me...i'm saying granma tooo..... ....hey everybody!!!!!!I'm now a whole 1......can ya believe that?It seems like yesterday that i was a screaming tiny newborn and now....now i'm a toddler!!!!!I am cruising and boy!!!!is that fun...Mama and Papa are having a helluva time with me...they think that i'm so cute but all i wanna do is conquer and destroy.For my birthday..i got really cool presents....Papa's cousin gave me a Cinderella's Enchanted Castle..it's like a whole doll house with stairs and rooms and lotsa cool stuff...I really really like it.Mama says that its too big and she thinks that i'm gonna pull it down on myself..silly mama...doesn't she know doll houses are for little girls?......I got clothes and lotsa teddy bears from Granma in Florida......I'm also eating lotsa new things.....I ate Pringles yesterday for the first time...loveeeeee it!!!!!I also love water....love to play in it and drink it!!!We have been visiting alot too...we went to the zoo one weekend...then Berbice ,then to Parika Market.Mama made Daddy put a tiny gate at the head of the stairs so i couldn't fall down...so now i can crawl and walk anywhere upstairs.The other day,I sneaked in my aunties room while they were sleeping and found a tube of lipstick on the floor......oh boy that was so much fun....i rejoiced when i found that i could open the tube....and lo and behold!!!!inside was red....a whole stick of red thing......well,i squeezed and spread it all over the floor,the cordless phone and their sheet!!!!!they didn't know until they got up and Mama came to get me after they started yelling!!!!!Mama thought that i was pretty ccute and smart!!!!(thats what moms are for)I also love to go over to Tasha's house....she lets me do whatever i want...i just came back from their house....so now i'm gonna take a nap and when i get up i think that they are taking me on a trip..road trip/.......i love those...daddy lets me sit with him sometimes and i get to hold the steering wheel.....will be back soon.......mama put up new pix so have fun!!1!! I haven't written in a long time huh?well I'm sorry but this growing up business is so much fun!!!!I am almost one ..yay!!!!! and where has all the time gone?I'm crawling and pulling myself up now...sometimes i can stand on my own...just for a few seconds tho then its on all fours again!!!!Mama and Papa can barely keep up with me ..they say they don't have any energy...whatever that means.I'm also eating all kinds things now...Mama changed my milk a while back...i'm now a GoodStart baby..making the change wasn't hard but i hate drinking "plain" milk..i have such exotic tastes.....so Mama says.I have to drink a milk shake..yummy!!!!Mama makes it with bananas,peanut butter..and all kindsa good stuff....thats the only way i drink milk.And i have to have watermelon juice...sorry Mama for all the hardwork...but it'll pay off.I am so energetic these days and i make a mess of Aunty Liz and Cassie's room...they have banned me officially from their room.....but everyday i go back in there and i just demolish all their books...and i leave such a big mess behind...it's fun!!!!ohhh how could i forget this...I have 5 teeth!!!! can u believe that?two on the bottom and three up top.......now i can eat much better and i am biting everyone's fingers....that should tell themnot to put their fingers in my mouth!!!!!next month..I turn the big 1!!!!!!!i wonder what Mama has planned for me..I am not hearing any talks about that....but I know she's planning something special for her rugrat.......thats what she calls me....Alot has been going down this month....i got 2 new cousins....Satesh and Eliyaz......boys!!!!!!they are so cute......good thing I'm a big girl so i get to play with them and squeeze them.....wonder when Mama's gonna get me one of those lil babies to play with.......i wonder...hmmmmmm..oh welll...gonna have to ask her...cause i want one!!!!!!! Hayleigh's Fun Fact Sheet- I was born in the Chinese Year of the Rooster via C-Section. Right now I wear size 3 diapers and 6-12 month clothing. I'm also teething. Hey all...sorry that i havn't written in a while but i have been so busy that i let the little things pass by.I'm officially a crawler now and boy am i having fun!!!!!I am faster than a speeding bullet.....I am loving this stage so much cause i can explore and eat stuff off the floor....sounds nasty but to me its yummy!!!!!anyways...this month started out great...We went to the zoo and i saw some really cool animals and Mama took lots of pictures.Then we had lunch in the Gardens.I have been eating alot of new things too..i'm not too fond of the baby cereal so Mama has to feed me regular food that they eat and it is so goood.................I am also having a different juice..watermelon!!!!i lovvvvvvvvve it!!!!!i'm beginning to get a tooth..my first and sometimes it itches my gums and i wanna bite everything but Aunty Rhonda gave mama a great idea....crush ice and put it a rag and give me to suck on....it works!!!thanks aunty rhonda...anyways im knda beat so im gonna go take a nap..will be back soon Hey everyone..it's me..i'm back from the hospital!!!!yay!!!!oh boy,that was the most awful-lest time of my life.I was so sick and i was getting all kinds of treatments.But my mama and papa stayed with me the whole time and that made me feel safe and happy.Well i'm not totally better yet...i'm still on medications but the doctor said that i am getting better and that i'm a strong baby.Isn't that great?I'm beginning to eat alot more but it's just applesauce,bananas,and pear...i've got to drink lotsa juice cause i was very dehydrated .My papa is the best papa in the whole wide world,,,cause he stayed in my hospital room and he held me and took care of me...mama says that he is our hero.I'm sleeping alot too..i think it's because of the medications...but mama says that pretty soon i'll be able to do all my favorite things like going out in the yard and driving my car.....they say it's in the garage....lol.so i wanna thank everyone who came to visit at the hospital,,,especially aunty Rondha..she was very nice to mama and she is mama's only good friend and mama says that when you're in situations like that..then you know who your friends are...so thanks aunty Rondha...and also Liz and Cassie and aunty Nalini..she came all the way from Berbice to see me....and all my granparents for calling and being concerned about me!!!!!I gotta take a nap..so i'll let you know how i'm doing..thanks guys!!!! 11th June 2006- Yeah. My iv was taken out and I'm going home today. I had a good nap and I'm doing much better and Mama and Dada are so relieved. Mama will update ya'll later. I gotta go eat and get some medicine to get better.TTFN 10th June 2006- Oh boy- I am so sick. I've been sick for awhile. I was being treated for conjunctivitis but then later this week I started getting a really bad case of diarrohea and I went to the doctor. He treated me and sent me home but then I had to go back to him the next day and that was when he hospitalised me. Mama and Dada were so upset. They spent the night with me but I could see they were not really comfortable on the bed.It was so small!!! The nurses had to put an iv into me and I was not happy because it kept coming out. Finally they got one in my foot but that came out and they had to put it in again. I cried and cried. It was just like when I got my vaccinations. This morning Aunty Rondha came to see me and she said I looked so bright. I even smiled with her and they got me to drink some juice and some pedialyte. When my doctor came, he said the lab test of my stool showed I had an amoeba but that I was too alert to be an amoeba case so he was just going to continue the iv and fluids to see if I could fight it off on my own. Papa got me to drink some more pedialyte and they tried to give me some gravol but I wouldn't take it. Gosh Papa was so nice, he went out and bought all my favourite juices and the doctor says I can have my fruit and cereal again. Yum Yum. Aunty Liz came to visit too. Well I'm gonna go try to get some sleep. I'll update ya'll after lunch. 2.00 pm-Well it's official- I have an amoeba but we caught it in the early stages and now I'm on antibiotics. Bummer. Mama was able to feed me an entire container of banana and I even started in on a second one but I couldn't manage anymore. I have had lots of visitors too. Oh yeah Aunty Liz went shopping to get some snap front shirts for me and do you know what she bought too? Matching socks!! Gosh I'll be so fashionable in the hospital. Mama looks so tired and she's so worried. I hope I get better soon so we can all go home. 6.00pm- Drat I have to stay in hospital till Monday morning. My paediatrician came a while ago and he said that he'll monitor me for 24 more hours and see what happens. Plus he'll take of this darn iv drip off me. Yahoo!!! I can't wait. I much prefer to eat my fruit and cereal thank you very much. They taste so much better. Mama and papa seem so tired. But they are being very brave for me and so many people love me and are rooting for me to get better real soon. Aunty Cassie and Aunty Liz stayed with me for most of the afternoon and then they left for home. We'll I'm off I have some banana to finish. I'll update you tomorrow.
 I am having so much fun these days cause Mama bought my high chair and a walker.....the walker is so cool...i get to play in the front yard and i see all the flowers and the grass...sometimes i see somethings flying above me and i was wondering what they were.so mama told me that they were birds!!!!i love to watch them fly and this one time one of them came down on the grass and he picked up this thing from the ground.....mama brings me outside every morning and sometimes in the afternoon too!!!!!i love the outdoors!!!!!Then we went shopping this week and got my high chair....i tell ya..when i'm in that chair i'm queen of all i see!!!but as sooon as my tummy is full,i'm outta there!Mama rearranged the house so i'm close to the TV...i can watch all the time.I can also sit up for more than 3mins...isn't that great?Ohhh..for Mother;s day,Papa got mama this treadmill..so she could loose the weight she put on during her pregnancy.so everynight she walks and she says that she is on a no sugar diet!!!Imagine she has to stay away from all the good stuff like icecream,cookies...she adored cookies while she was pregnant(i remember the taste)Yikes!!!!i couldn't do that ..but good luck mama!i went to Fogarty's too..i love that store.....mama bought a cap for me...i think that there is a pic with me wearing it.....and she got me this cool spongebob one too.....in apple green(whatever that is)i like to dress up !Papa says that i get that from Mama...but he likes to dress up too....i see him all time...he thinks that i don't see when he dresses up but i'm onto him....Mama says that I will see Ahren soon cause we are gonna go to the zoo....i can't wait..i wonder if they have elephants?hmmmm.............i'll have to ask my mama.my aunty Cassie likes cats but Mama doesn;t..she wanted to throw out this one that the cat got but aunty Cassie said no so they ended up keeping it and mama wasn;t happy ...but the kitty is so cute..i'm gonna take a pic with him so you can see...naughty mama!!!!she tells me that i'm naughty cause i pull the leaves off her flowers....but i think she is naughty cause she doesn't like the kitty!!!!(don't tell her i said that)...i'm gonna go now but i'll be back....keep in touch!!!!
Hi everyone.it's been quite a while since i've written.Alot has been going on in our little world.Hayleigh is growing so quickly..it's amazing how time flies.At one time i thought she wouldn't grow and now my little angel is laughing,rolling over,sitting up with support,eating from a spoon...she is even mimicking words!!!!Her father can't seem to get enough of her antics.I am feeding her rice cereal mixed with fruit sometimes cause she is fussy somedays.She is also drinking her juice ..she loves the apple juice esp.she had her first cold a few weeks ago..she was stuffy and i was so scared so i rushed her to the emergency unit cause it was Good Friday...i'm a bit silly but when it comes to her ..i don't take chances.but she is doing well now.She loves to sleep in the hammock...we can't get her to sleep any other way!it's ridiculous!!!!she sleeps there everyday but at nights she sleeps with her daddy and I.i told him that we have to get her a bed so she can learn to sleep on her own.He says wait a few more weeks...he loves sleeping with her...men..they never learn from others....so we'll wait till she is older and then she won't want to sleep in her own bed!well only time will tell. today mama took me to church.....it was great!!!!!even mama was surprised how well behaved i was.I loved the songs...wish i could sing too.It was children's day and all the kids did the program for the morning...i couldn't believe those little kids had so much ..ummmm...potential!!(thats what mama said)they sang and did stories and i heard alot about a man named Jesus...mama tells me about him but i didn't know that he lived there....i told her that we have to go some more so he can get to know me...but she said that he already knows me....and to think that i've never met him..he has to be awfully nice to let all those people into his house..i guess he must like kids...after the service all the kids came over to play with me...this one girl wouldnt let me go home..she started to cry when mama pushed me out the door...ohh well...guess it's cause i'm so sweet.... I have had alot of fun these past few days.On Saturday I went to Gabriella's birthday party .It was so much fun!!!! i can't wait for my own party....they had a castle and all the kids were playing in it...mama says that she will get me the castle for my birthday too .....i didnt get to play in the castle cause mama says that i am too small but she says that i will get big soon and then i can play in it....i am eating alot these days....i can eat a whole cup of fruit.and cereal and i drink 4oz of juice ....mama says that if i eat all my food i will grow up big and strong...everynight mama prays with me to Jesus and she says that will take me to church soon.. this morning i smiled at myself in the mirror!!!it was great cause i could see myself and everything!!!you should have seen me!!!i smiled and cooed and everything.anyways im gonna be doing those things alot cause i'm a big girl now.mama is feeding me rice cereal now...yummy!!!i like it and she bought this really nice spoon that changes its color if the cereal is too hot...isn't that cool?i adore the spoon..she says that she wants me to have the best..i can't wait to start eating fruit and veggies!!!!i have to get a vaccine this month so mama is gonna make an appoint-ment for me...wow i can really spell that big word(wonder what it means)i'm gonna ask mama...gotta go guys..ttfn(tata for now)cause i wanna nap..bye bye uhh...mama told me that i must say thank you to all the nice people who send me messages...she says that it's nice to be nice....my mama is such a great lady and daddy too.He says that mama is too nice to people cause she gave away his shirt to some homeless guy!!!but i know my daddy...he is a kind,giving man who loves to help people despite what he says sometimes...love ya daddy!!!so anyways,i wanna thank all you beautiful people out there who check up on me...i'm loving what you're writing for me and i hope that we can all continue this beautiful relationship..so that by the time i get to 16 i have lotsa friends..real friends who love me and who have been with me since birth..love you guys!!!! hey everyone...i hope you are all doing great...i have been keeping busy...i can roll over!!!isnt it great?i am so excited ..the bad news is that i cna't roll back on my back..i can roll from back to tummy but not the other way round...im growin so quickly ..i can almost feel it.
