Whew, what a GREAT passed few days!! We just got home from a wonderful trip in San Diego. On Sunday we went to Legoland with Grammy, Ryley, Kim, and Denny. We had such a fun time riding rides, seeing a few shows, and playing/building Legos. Jaron even got to spend some of his hard earned money on a Lego set he has been wanting.
On Monday, Grammy, Jaron, and Mommy spent the day at Sea World and what an adventure we had. We saw so many shows...Shamu, the sea lions, and the pet show (with dogs, cats, birds, and even a pig). The best part of the day was the backstage tour that we got to take and learn about penguins. We even got to meet a penguin close up and touch it and also got to go behind the scenes in the penguin habitat and see them up close...what a wonderful experience we had with that show.

Happy New Year!! Hope that everyone had a great holiday season and that 2010 is starting out well for you!!
Jaron had a great Christmas...Santa (and everyone else) was really great to Jaron and Mommy is still looking for places to put away his new toys. Let me know if you have room for storage. :)
Jaron and Mommy got to go to a birthday party at Las Vegas Mini Grand Prix...Mommy and Jaron had a BLAST driving super fast around the track. Jaron thinks Mommy is a crazy driver...but we had so much fun!! Jaron also loved riding all the other rides and playing the games inside. He is a master at winning tickets!!

Where oh where does the time go? Seems just yesterday was the start of Jaron's first year in school and now here we are at the end of 2009 and the middle of the school year.
Tonight Mommy and Jaron put up a Christmas tree in Jaron's room. He helped pick out all of the decorations and I think really likes that he has his own tree...with presents that he picked out and had wrapped himself (thank you Elf Shelf at school).

Happy 85th Birthday GrandPapa!!
Yesterday we got to celebrate GrandPapa's 85th birthday (GrandPapa is Jaron's great-grandpa). Since he loves golfing, we decided to have a miniature golf party for him and everyone had a BLAST!! There was even a magician that put on a show before the golfing and dinner. Jaron volunteered to be the magicians helper and did the trick where coins came out of his ear...and even in his armpit. He thought it was so cool and had such a fun time last night!!

Brrr...it is starting to get chilly here in Las Vegas. Mommy went and bought Jaron a winter jacket, gloves, and hat this afternoon. The thermometer in the car read 58 degrees and this is not fun for out hot weather people. Keep your eyes open for pictures of Jaron in his cool winter gear.
Looks like we have a new backyard friend. On Friday and Saturday, Mommy and Jaron saw a little bunny in the bushes across the street and were very surprised to find that the bunny has now taken up home in our backyard. We left some food for it today and made a "found bunny" sign for the mailbox. This cute little bunny has to have a home since it is not scared of people. Jaron has decided to name the bunny Gracey, until it can be reunited with its family.

Happy October!! Can't believe that it is just about holiday season time!! Can't wait for Halloween here...can anyone guess what Jaron is going to be for Halloween??
This weekend Jaron got to go to a big kid birthday party and had a great time. He was so excited that they had a big trampoline and he jumped like a fool. Scared Mommy half to death but he loved it and keeps asking when he can do it again.
Today Mommy and Jaron had a bum day and just did some errands. We love going to the craft store and Jaron likes trying on the masks there. Be sure to check out his pictures from today.

Happy Thursday!!
Mommy is currently working a crazy schedule and if it is a night where I have to work the swing shift (2pm until 10pm), Grammy and Papa get to take care of Mister Jaron. Most of the time I leave Jaron a note or a paper to practice his letters. Well, tonight Jaron decided to leave Mommy a note of his own with his bathtub crayons in the tub. Check out Jaron's note (and yes, he spelled his last name right...the "W" was written in a light color). He is just the best!!

Yesterday Mommy and Jaron got to go to the circus. We were surprised at how close our seats were to the main event (Mommy was a little worried about the closeness of the elephants and was ready to run if need be). Jaron had a blast and also surprised Mommy by eating a whole thing of nachos all by himself. He says that his favorite part was the lions jumping through the fire ring but he also liked the man shooting out of the cannon (Mommy thought that was super cool...maybe she should join the circus).

Happy first day of school!! Today was Jaron's first day of kindergarten!! I have asked this so many times, but where does the time go? It is so hard to believe that our baby is no longer a baby, but officially a grade school kid. Holy smokes. Since yesterday was Mommy's first day of school too, Jaron was lucky to be brought to school by Grammy (and she will kill me for telling you all that she cried right there with him). Jaron shed a few tears but the teacher told me that quickly ended when they jumped right in to school work. Jaron loved kindergarten so much that he was mad at Mommy when I picked him up from after school care. Check back later today to see pictures of Jaron in his PE uniform (Tuesdays and Thursdays are PE days).

One step closer to kindergarten. Today Jaron graduated from Pre-K at his school. It is hard to believe that Jaron has been there since he was 2 years old and now he is ready to be a big kindergarten boy. Kindergarten starts on August 24th and Jaron is already counting the days!!
Jaron's school put on a great performance with the Pledge of Allegiance, graduation poems, and some songs. Thank you to all the family who was able to celebrate this day with Jaron. It is already August...where has the summer gone? Today Momm, Jaron, and Grammy went uniform shopping. Jaron looks adorable, to say the least. It is so hard to believe that Jaron will be starting kindergarten in the fall...just yesterday I was up at midnight changing his diaper. Jaron is excited to start school and to become a St. Anne Crusader. Check out his adorable school uniform pictures!!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!
Hope that everyone had a wonderful (and safe) 4th of July. Jaron had a fun time!!! We started out the festivities with a visit to Christian and Lily's house to try out their new inflatable slide and pool. Jaron loved it!! Then we headed on down the street to Auntie Marsha's for a dip in her pool and Jaron had a blast riding around the pool in the raft. After that we headed back down the street to Auntie Lisa's house for dinner and fireworks. Jaron loved everything about the 4th of July!! Be sure to check out the new pictures and the videos too!!

Today Jaron had a birthday party to go to. His buddy from school, Mason, is turning 5 and had his birthday party at the bolwing alley. Jaron loves to bowl and was so excited to help celebrate with Mason. Jaron had such a fun time at the bowling alley!! He is getting to be such the little bowler...the first game he scored 72 and the second game he got an 81. Way to go buddy!!
After the party, Mommy and Jaron stopped at the craft store and we had such a fun time trying on all the silly hats. Jaron liked most of them...but there were a few that he didn't like. Guess which ones those are!!

Today was Jaron's Las Vegas birthday party. Jaron had a great time celebrating his birthday with a party held at Nanny and Papa's (his great-grandparents) house. Everyone had a fun time swimming, eating cake, playing pinata, and watching Jaron open his presents. A BIG thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate Jaron's 5th birthday!!
You might be wondering about the can of peas that Jaron got with a few of his gifts (and the package of peas that he got so we can grow our own)...while Jaron was in Texas he asked Mommy on the phone if she promised to never make him eat peas while he was back at home. Mommy promised (Mommy is NOT a fan of peas and you will never find them in our house). Everyone thought it would be funny to get Jaron a can because he loves them so much!! He got a kick out of all the peas that he got...4 cans. Mommy agrees...a fun joke on Jaron but a YUCKY vegetable!!

Yesterday Mommy went to Texas to pick Jaron up from his visit with Daddy. Jaron had such a fun couple months in Texas with Daddy, Lina, Mayumi, Anthony and Kia. Mommy can't believe how much Jaron has grown in the past two months...I guess turning 5 really does make a big change.
Jaron has a busy few days ahead...check back often as there will be all sorts of pictures!!

Today was Jaron's karate graduation. Jaron was able to graduate to an orange belt. Way to go Jaron!!

Today was a BIG day for Jaron. Today Jaron graduated from Pre-K at his school in Texas. Jaron was lucky too that he got to share his graduation day with Kia. Mommy and Daddy can't believe that our little guy is ready to be a kindergarten kid in the fall. WOW! Thank you to Daddy and Lina for making this day a special day for Jaron.
Also, today Jaron got to celebrate Daddy's birthday...21 again, right Kasi? We all know that Jaron loves to blow out birthday candles so he got to be Daddy's helper in that department.

Look at what Daddy got Jaron to do!! Mommy is very proud of Jaron turning into a water boy! Daddy said that Jaron was very hesitant at first, but got in to it and was even jumping in to the water!! Way to go Jaron!!

HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY JARON!!
Five years ago we welcome Jaron Christopher Webb into the world (as Mommy types this it is just a half hour shy of when he was born...9:30pm). The past five years with Jaron in our lives has been absolutely wonderful. Jaron is the most wonderful boy in the entire world. He is smart, loving, shy, outgoing, faithful, handsome, and he brings joy to everyone he meets.
Jaron has been having a great time in Texas. He was able to go to the circus and see a great show. Today Jaron went to the petting zoo and even took a ride on one of the animals (which totally shocks Mommy). And on the karate front, Jaron now has his green stripe and it progressing wonderfully.
Be sure to check back this weekend as Daddy and Mrs. Lina are having a birthday party for Jaron and there will be plenty of pictures!!
