5/28/06--Well last night he said MAMA...WOOHOO 5/27/06--Well Jerry is in his own room finally and sleeps in his crib all night--WOOHOO...Also he is a ham loves to be loved on and such a little flirt. Loves to watch and TRY anything his sister does. He watches her very close. He is a big boy, he is not even a baby anymore. He is trying to crawl, he is army crawling and getting up on all 4's. He LOVES water too. Splashed like there is no tomorrow. 4/10/06--Jerry went to his dr's appt today and he is 75% for height and 55% for his weight. The dr said he looks great and keep doing what I'm doing. But he goes he looks like a 9 month old--lol 4/1/06--Jerry is such a little ladies man and a flirt. He loves to be held and so see everything going on around him. He is so happy all the time and laughs at everything. He has the sweetest laugh. He got to spend some time up at his papa's and grandma's house for 4 days and they where loving on him and him on them. He is now in a big boy seat. He loves it. And he LOVES the water, love to splash all the water aroud in his bath. So I don't think I will have any problems getting him in the pool. 3/15/06--Well Jerry has been sitting up for a bit now and just thinks it is the greatest. He don't like to be laid down unless it is to sleep. I guess he thinks he is going to miss something. He is such a ham though and such a happy baby. We just could eat him up. 2/10/06--Can you believe our lil' man is 4 months old. And he is just about 16lbs. He has been sick and now has come down with RSV. He is on a breathing machine every 4 hrs. He is already doing so much better after 2 treatments. He has been so sick though throwing up and then it is nothing but flem. 1/29/06--Jerry is so sweet, I am so in love with him. He is laughing and giggling out loud. His whole little fat body shakes. All you have to do is touch his ribs and he is off laughing. And he has slept throught the night twice now. Hopefully he will keep it up. 12/15/2005--Well our little fat boy looks like he will have Hazel eyes. They are still awful dark almost like a dark smokey grey color. He is smiling and cooing more and he has even laughed a couple times. He loves to be talked to and just smiles and coos away at ya. He is so strong too, now he is standing on his legs for a couple seconds when you hold him.
11/28/2005--Jerry's hair has started to get a hint of red to it. Not sure if it is going to be as red as Mackenzie's but it is getting lighter. And his eyes we thought for sure was going to have hazel eyes like his daddy but they are still pretty blueish grey. I would never thought to have two red head/blue eye kids. One is enough for anyone--lol He is really alert and loves to be sung and talked to. 11/5/2005--Well our lil' man is growing up to fast. Not only is he a chow hound he is super strong. He has been holding his head for a long time now and started to try and do it since he was a couple days old, same as his sister. And he is now trying to stand on his legs. He is so handsome and adorable. I just look at him and I am so in love. 10/20/2005--Well it all started on October 9th I had made a joke that I was going to go walk this baby out of me cause I was done being pregnant. My mom and I went out shopping and we where only out for about 4 to 5 hours. My due date was the 10th of Oct and I didn't think that I would even make it to Oct. no less to my acutal due date. I figured I would go in Sept. I was taken out of work Sept. 16th because I was having a hard time breathing. I had braxton hicks contractions off and on throughout mid way through this pregnancy and a couple days before the 9th they had stopped all together. GO FIGURE. The dr and I had made plans to be induced the Thrus. before but a women beat me to it as she was over due. So I was heartbroken as I wanted to see this baby and didn't want to wait. I had a dr's appt. on the 10th in the a.m. to find out what we where going to do next little did I know our lil' man had other plans. Fred called at 6:30 Sunday night and said he had to go to NYC for a trip and would be home early the next morning about 3 or 4 a.m. and I made the joke what happens if I go into labor. He started to laugh and said yea right. At about 7:15 I started to have contractions. They where not to bad and I didn't think anything about it. But I got Kenzie ready for bed and they started to get a little more intense as I started to move and a couple times I had to stop walking or moving cause they where pretty painful specially in my pelvis area. By 8:30 I called Fred and asked him where he was and he told me he was just getting into NYC and I told him well you might want to come home NOW cause the contractions have been a little over a hour and they are getting closer and closer. He didn't believe me and I said well I only wish I was joking. My mom kept making the joke while she helped me get Kenzie ready for bed well maybe tonight is the night...Well Fred started to come home. And while I waited I decided to take a shower and go lay down to try and relax and maybe catch a couple zzz's just in case this was the real thing. Fred FINALLY got here about midnight and we headed to the hospital. My mom called our neighbor over to watch Kenzie and she met us there a few mins. later. Well on the way there I had a couple of bad contractions and they where right on top of each other. Fred was so funny cause he dropped me off at the door and went and parked the truck. The lady at the desk got me a wheelchair and Fred was so nervous/excited he was flying me around in the wheelchair and I was like you need to slow down Fred cause my flip flops kept falling off as there where no feet rests on the wheelchair. It was really funny to see him like that. So we get to L&D and they get me all hooked up to the machine and check me and tell me I am 5 CM. I about died as did Fred and we did not believe them that I labored that long at home and went that quick. So they asked if I wanted a epi and of course I wanted one!!! But they checked me again and I was almost a 7 so it was too late as I was dialated tooooooo quick. So all I could get was morphine. It helped somewhat. But I would of rathered slept through this labor like I did with Kenzie's. I was still having a lot of pain in my pelvis area and it was really really bad nothing I did helped it go away. The pressure was unreal. I tried different positions as well as the whirlpool tub and finally was all the way dialted but just had a little lip left. So they asked if I wanted to try and do a couple practice pushes. Well before I could start that I started to have invoultary contractions and that was the worst cause it was like seziures almost. I could almost breathe through them and then towards the end I would have the urge to push, and I couldn't do anything about it. So course I got super swollen and that didn't help matters. I labored for 12 hours and pushed for a little over 3 hours and he was just not moving. Come to find out when I went in for my c-section he was stuck on my bladder. He really bruised my bladder so bad that I was urinating blood for almost 2 days. That was the pressure that was so bad. The dr. came in at 7 a.m. and said he would give me till 8:30 to see how I was doing. Well he came back in at 8 and said that it was up to me if I wanted to conutine, but he would say that it is time for a c-section. And I agreed that I could not do this anymore and that I just wanted it all over with and wanted to have a c-section. So within secs I had people from the OR in there asking ?'s and getting me ready to have this baby. Even the dr said that he was a big boy and he didn't think I could deliver him, course he was the dr' on call and not my normal dr. And I hated this dr. on call but I give him props now and don't hate him anymore--lol So before I knew it I was in the OR and getting a spinal and getting ready to have our lil' linebacker as I call him now. Next thing I knew I didn't feel anything and the guy who gave me my spinal his name was Jerry and he had asked what was his name going to be and when I told him they all started laughing in the room and Jerry had said that he had tried his whole career to have a mother name her son Jerry--lol So I told him well if he would of gone up to give me my epi when I first got there that I might of told him that is why I was naming him that but that he really was being named after my brother. So at 8:44 a.m. I hear a cry and Jerry Anthony was born at a healthy 8lbs and 20' long and on his due date. It happens to 1 and 10 women that there baby is acutal born on there due date.
