Kaitlyn has a new game, she loves to play ET Phone Home.
If you say "ET Phone Home" to Kaitlyn she will point her finger at you. When you touch fingers she will laugh like it is the funniest thing in the world! Her Auntie Christy taught her how to play, and it has quickly become her favorite game!
Kaitlyn can say 4 words!! Kaitlyn is saying 4 words now! She says mama and dada, she says hi and waves side to side, and she says buh-bye, forever the drama queen, while waving up and down.
Kaitlyn Stood All by herself!! I was sitting on my knees cleaning the coffee table. Kaitlyn crawled up to me, her cookie in one hand and started to climb up me, nothing new I figured, she does that a lot, she'll climb up me, grab on to something else and walk to that. Or sometimes, she holds onto something and lets go, but when she realizes she had let go, she will just fall or grab back on all scared like. Not this time. She held onto my thighs for balance and then she gave me a sneaky little smile, her mouth filled with cookies. And she let go. She had the biggest grin. She stood all by herself for at least 2 or 3 minutes. She got so excited she was standing and clapping and trying to finish her cookie!!! Finally she got so excited she fell. And as though standing wasn't enough, Kaitlyn took a 1/2 step all on her own towards me!! Then she gave up and realized crawling would be faster!
On Saturday, July 23, Kaitlyn helped Mommy, Daddy, Nana and Papa throw the baby shower of the century!
Kaitlyn had so much fun! She was a little doll in her orange Hawaiian dress, Hibiscus flower, and toe nail polish! She loved the attention, and was so friendly to everyone!
Luckily, the photographer was able to capture some great shots that Kaitlyn can share with you today!

And then there were 6! Kaitlyn had 2 teeth come in late Tuesday night to join the party in her mouth! Then on Wednesday she got 2 She now has the 2 top and 4 bottom teeth!
Kaitlyn also loves playing peek-a-boo! She will take a blanket, napkin or even her dress to cover her face. She waits for you to say "where's Kaitlyn" and dramatically reveals herself giggling!
Now that Kaitlyn has become a master at using her teeth, she loves scrambled egg yolks for breakfast!
Kaitlyn now has 2 teeth! Her two bottom teeth have come through, sharper and whiter than ever. She is having a blast playing with them with her tongue and using them to mash her baby food!
On July 3, Kaitlyn enjoyed her first trip to Marine World! She had so much fun! Her favorite was looking at the sharks swim all around her!
She also enjoyed the penguins, dolphins, butterflys and seals!
Kaitlyn's new favorite activity (aside from playing with Archie) is swimming in the pool!
She loves kicking her legs and splashing her arms to do laps up and down the pool!
