Emma & Madelyn are growing, growing girls! In a blink of an eye Emma is almost 3 and Mady is 6 months. Emma loves being a "BIG" sister and Mady already looks up to her.

Yeah, Madelyn is here! This second time was much more relaxing then the first. We checked into the hospital Friday, Dec. 14 at 6:00 am. The Dr. broke the water at 7:30 and by 10:01 our second beautiful girl was born. Stacey did so great and Matt and Emma are so proud of her (and Madelyn). We have enjoyed getting to know her today. Emma had her first birthday December 10th! She had so much fun! She got to celebrate her birthday TWO times! Once in Memphis with Green Family and once in AL with good friends and Matt's parents. We cannot believe how fast time has gone! It's hard to think that Emma is 1 years old and will continue to turn into her own little independent self. She is such a busy little girl absorbing everything in around her. She had a great 12 month check-up where she is in the high percentile fo

Emma had her first trip to the beach and it was a blast. She never got 100% use to the sand, felt really weird in her hands. At first she was scared of the waves and water, but after watching Daddy walk in the ocean and swim around she was ok sitting near the edge where the wave met the sand. Then, gradually she became more accepting and eventually was able to get out in the ocean and splash around. She loved it and laughed so much. She often go so excited that her splashing got out of control

We just recently got back from a trip up to Missouri to visit family. We all had a very enjoyable visit and made us miss family so much more. We have tried to put as many pictures on the site from our visit home.
