7-2-07 Daddy took me to the park today to feed the ducks and look for other critters.... I had a lot of fun running around and just getting out of the house, but then after a bit I did tell him that I needed to go home and check on my baby. I am really addicted to this new addition to my family, but I also have my moments where I just do not understand.
7-1-07 I was so excited to come home today, but was a little bent out of shape as the day went on. Nothing bad, but I really want to hold my baby ALL the time and ask constantly to do so.....
6-30-07 Mommy comes home today!!!! I will see her tomorrow becuase I am having another slumber party with Mimi and G-Papa. However before my nap I told Mimi "I need to go home now, I been gone too long and miss my mom". Needless to say after my nap I was fine and did not question going home again... Oh G-papa took me to the lumber store so we could pick out some lumber for my new stool that he is going to make me. I had a lot of fun and was excited to tell mommy all about my stool. Cezee is doing okay as far as I know; he does have a needle in his foot, and I like to tell everyone about it.
6-29-07 I spent the night at Papa and KK's last night and had a lot of fun.... then this morning Mimi and Grandma Cuddohy came to pick me up so I could go to the hospital and see mommy and Peyton. I just love holding my baby and cannot get the concept that she is not all mine and that other people want to hold her. I am staying the night at Mimi and G-Papas house for a slumber party.
6-28-07 My baby sister is here! Mommy scared me this morning because she was not acting right and se said she had pains in her belly...... My mimi came as usual and then all of a sudden daddy showed up and mommy and he were out the door very fast. I cried for a few minutes, but then my mmi took me to the zoo with Lori and Jacob.
Tonight Papa and KK took me to the hospital to see my new baby and mommy; I was a little nervous when I walked into the room, but enjoyed holding my new baby Peyton.
6-28-07 Please say a prayer today for my Cezee.... he is having another surgery today and I am very worried about my Mimi. I know I do not really know what is going on, but I can just tell from mommy's tone of voice that Mimi is very sad about something. Cezee is having a rough surgery today so I just want a prayer to be said for him.
6-27-07 I just wanted to say Thank-you to Mimi and G-Papa for my new double stroller ;) Mommy got the surprise today when she came home from work and it was on our front porch; this will come in handy because if the baby is doing something I will for sure want to be doing that also.....
6-24-07 We went swimming today at the pool; it was a perfect day to be there and I had so much fun! Daddy and I play around in the water a lot.... Today though mommy and daddy had a surprise for me and that was a new swimming device ;) Swim Wings!!!! I did so well and was not afraid to have them on at all; it was a different feeling to have those on and not my life jacket, but I enjoyed it a lot.
This evening we went to Gigi's house for pizza because it was cousin Matthews last night here; I sure had fun playing with him and I think he liked me too... Aunt Leslie is going to have a new baby in November, so Matthew will have a playmate soon also ;)
6-23-07 Today we were going to go to the pool, but it was a bit cloudy from what mommy told me... tomorrow she said. This was another "no nap" day because we headed over to Gigi's house around 2:00 and then we went to aunt Lisa's barn to ride horses. Bethie got Spooky out, (who is her baby) and Aunt Lisa got Jimmy out. I of course wanted to ride Jimmy because he was larger and mommy use to ride him. I was not nervous at all being around these horses so I think this will be my new sport along with dance ;)
6-22-07 Today we just took an easy morning.. mommy was not into much; she jsut said that she was really tired. We just hung out for the morning and then mommy tried to get me to take a nap with her before we went to Gigi's again, but I had other ideas! After an hour mommy put me in my room and made it very clear that I needed to stay in there otherwise..... (there were a few periods of the door being shut very sternly) Mommy came in about a half hour later b/c I was playing; she realized I was poopy, so she changed me and I told her I put poopy on the floor. I was a good girl b/c I did show mommy everywhere I put it and then asked if she was so proud of me ;) Oh this morning I was going on the potty all by-myself as I like to say now. I had poo on my baby, my bed, the floor, and the vent!!!! After a bit longer of loud voices mommy got us ready and we were out the door.... I did really well and played well also ;) We were home about 9:30 PM
6-21-07 Mommy took me over to Gigi's house tonight when she got out of her doctors appt. b/c Uncle Tim, Leslie, and Matthew came into town. I got to meet my cousin Matthew for the 1st time and had a lot of fun playing with him. When we 1st got there though I told mommy that I was going to be shy, but that didn't last too long.
6-17-07 Happy Fathers Day Dadda ;) We went to the pool today and I had so much fun playing with Daddy!! Mommy of course was taking pictures like usual ;) I got to see Papa and KK also this evening and they took a walk with me.. I was sad to see them go, but I enjoyed waiving bye to them. Oh we had burgers for dinner; the grill was not cooperating and the flames were REALLY big! I think Daddy went through 7 hamburgers patties before the flames settled down. We had Papa and Daddy out there with the grilling and finally dinner was ready.... oh wait I had a hotdog so the burger situation did not affect me......
6-16-07 Last night I had a slumber party at Papa and KKs house while mommy and daddy went over to their friends house for dinner. KK left for a bit and Papa took me for a bike ride and then went to get ice cream; it was so warm out that my ice cream was melting everywhere! Later that night I asked Papa, "When you say KK be home Papa"? I about blew Papa out of the water with that one....... With my talking and my memory right now I am really surprising people.
6-15-07 I went to the pool today with mommy and Aimee was there with Hailee and Brian ;) I so enjoy playing at the pool with Hailee even though she does not go all the way in with me ;) That is okay though b/c she will eventually, but I think it is because of mommy and Aimee; they like to trick Hailee into coming into the water with them! Oh we went in the kiddie pool today and we can touch all the way in there, but Hailee kept thinking there were more steps so she was so funny to watch.
6-14-07 Today I was a tired girl b/c I had a late night last night and I really did not sleep in this morning ;) I will say though that I was awake enough to go to the zoo with Mimi though... I did so much at the zoo and we were there for a long time, I got to do my favorite thing again and that was the camel ride! Yes I insisted that Mimi go with me... so the camel we rode was named Sara and she had her baby there again; the baby's name is Daisie and she was acting up b/c she kept running to her momma while we were on our ride. The guy leading us was getting mad at Daisie and told her he was going to tie her up if she did not behave ;) I also of course got to see the baby goats and the sting rey.... I was so tired that Mimi had to keep me awake in the car so I did not fall asleep before we got to her house, I was out right away when we got home. Oh i do not have any pictures of Mimi and I on the camel....DARN!
This morning mommy took me to the pool to go play with Hailee for a bit before nap time. I took a really good nap and the started the routine of getting ready ;) I really do love to put make-up on now. So we did the blue eyeshadow, red lipstick, black mascara, and blush. (Oh I was referred to as Jon Bonet Ramsey) I was so excited to see everyone there and I think I was a little surprised that they were all there for me..... Mommy and Aimee were bringing us to the back hall so we could get lined up and ready to show our stuff off when I decided to start crying; I only cried for a few seconds though as far as mommy could tell...
The performance: I did such a good job! No tears on stage and I danced!!!! I was watching the teacher, but I did what I was suppose to do. Also at the end I took a bow... Aimee was trying to teach Hailee and I this and on Thursday there was no way I was going to do that, but tonight when we were done I did it!!!!! Mommy was so impressed and excited that there was not a repeat to the practice.
6-8-07 Well I am not excited about my recital and have said either I am not going to do it or I am nervous so we will see how I do tomorrow night getting ready.
Mommy took me to story-time at the clubhouse this morning and I think I had more fun running around with Hailee then paying attention to the stories. After that Aimee brought Hailee, and Brian over to my house so we could play and the mommy's could chat. I think this will happen a lot when my new sister arrives ;) i was a very polite girl today and told mommy "Thanks for bringing me my lunch, Thansk for making my lunch, Thanks Aimee for bringing Hailee over to play, Thanks for coming"... this was a bit overboard, but very thoughtful.
This evening I was sad because mommy left to go scapbooking with Aimee; I told her I would come and be good, but that didn't work ;) I did have a fun night though becaue daddy took me to the park and all I could talk about was the red slide that I went down all by myslef.
6-7-07 Tonight was our practice run for our recital and mommy took me to Hailees' house to get ready. Both of us had to be woken up so we were in good spirits at that moment, but you could tell we were still tired or that trouble would brew later.... it did! I enjoyed getting ready and running wild when we got to the auditorium, but I was the 1st to start crying when I realized mommy was leaving me and started the meltdown of Hailee and 2 other little girls. I was the only one crying on stage, so before the lights came on and the curtains opened all you could hear was me crying in the darkness; once everything started and the curtains opened I still had my teary face, but was attempting to dance even though I wanted to cry. After that i was so excited to see mommy; what I didn't know is that we were next headed in to get pictures done. Hailee went 1st and did well; I was next and started crying right away, so needless to say I saved mommy and daddy money because the photograpger could not get a picture at all. For the group shot I stood there crying, but new if I moved mommy was going to get after me; I however, was not the only one crying this time there were 2 others including Hailee ;) After that we went and watched the older girls dance for a bit then got dinner.....
