Our very precious little girl took us all by surprise when she arrived 13 weeks early on Christmas Eve 2004, Jenna was due to be born on Good Friday 25 March. Jenna was born at Lincoln County Hospital at 5.32am weighing 2lb 9oz. To cut a very long story short, Jenna spent 9 weeks in total in hospital, 9 days at Nottingham City Hospital. Jenna was ventilated for 24 hours, then on CPAP for a following 9 days then into air. Jenna suffered a brain bleed, probably during delivery which has resolved. She also had PDA (heart murmur), very common in premature babies which also corrected itself before her due date. We are so very proud of Jenna, has an amazing amount of strength and courage, she never ceases to amaze us. She has brought so much to our lives, she really is a shining star! Jenna's story really does prove that happy endings do exist and dreams can come true!

Hi, my darlings. I've not been on this site for a while but I think of you all the time. Jenna is doing really well with her swimming and Rebecca, well I can see her competing in the Olympics. Where does the time go, back to school soon for our Rebecca and closely followed by Jenna. Hope to see y
