11-1-08 Macy! There's been a change. I am not your grandma or g-ma, but I am your Tutu. Actually that was decided on the day of your shower, which was September 20th. So, when you are four years old, you will get a note from a person called g-ma, but that will actually be me, your Tutu. BTW, that means "grandmother" in Hawaiian, although that is not a Hawaiian word, since there are no "t's" in the Hawaiian language. BUT, it is VERY common in Hawaii to call your grandmother by "Tutu". Can you tell I am a teacher, Macy? It's in my DNA, which you will learn about soon enough. Oh, the note you will read on your 4th birthday...that was an idea at the shower. Each person there took a year. Everyone wrote to you what was on their heart. Your mom and dad will give these to you on your birthday. At first they will have to read them to you, but later you can read them for yourself. I chose four. You'll learn why when you read it. Grandpa was given 12...he didn't have a choice. I picked that for him because he was not at the shower (no men there!). I hope you have a fun time with all the cards. For some, you will have to wait a LOOOOONG time! I think they went all the way to age 25!!!!!! Wow, you just need to GET HERE so you can be eligible to start with them! So, the love is really overflowing this site! We can't wait to see you face to face and love on you. But all in God's time.
