Stories Tuesday, November 11, 2008Mommy uploaded some new pics today and new videos to the Photobucket so check it out. I can't wait for Thanksgiving! Mommy is getting me ready by letting me try little pieces of food so maybe I can feed myself. It's so exciting! And guess what, I love chicken! So I bet Turkey is good too! I have a sippy cup too but I am still not so sure on how it works. I do love to chew on it though. I am 7 months old today! I was thinking about celebrating by changing the music on my website but as you can tell from the video...I don't like it when Mommy stops playing my song. My six month birthday has come and gone and I surprised mommy by showing her I could sit up all by myself! I love playing in my Pack n Play with all my toys usually because mommy has to clean the house! I get to eat yummy food now too, not just milk! Bananas and sweet potatoes are my favorite. Tomorrow is daddy's birthday. Me and mommy got daddy a bike rack for the car! He will be so excited! My aunt Kayleigh is coming to visit me at the end of the month too! The weather is getting cooler, it's almost Halloween and it's my very first one. Daddy's birthday is coming up too. In just a few days I will be 6 months old. Love, Madison Add A Comment Monday, September 22, 2008 Hello Everyone! Mommy uploaded some new pictures. They are silly! She uploaded some new videos too. I am having a great time discovering my feet and my VOICE. I can talk a lot now but mommy and daddy don't seem to ever understand. I say "blahboogaaadoo" which obviously means put me on my playmat but instead they hand me a rattle. Will they ever learn? I have my next check up this Thursday so Mommy will update again so she can tell you all how much I have grown this month! Love, Madison Add A Comment Thursday, September 11, 2008 Hello Everyone! This has been one crazy month so far. Daddy works all week now and goes to school a few nights a week too. I miss him so much on those days! Mommy started feeding me rice cereal with a spoon. I haven't quite got the hang of it yet. I try to eat it but it ends up on my chin, on my bib, everywhere! Then I get it on my hands so then I just suck on my hands. Mommy says I do better every day though. We went to the park the other day with my friend Katie. She is 9 months old! We sat in the swings next to each other while our Mommies pushed us. It was so fun! We were blowing raspberries at each other all day. Then we had a picnic under the trees. My favorite thing to do lately is roll onto my tummy (besides blowing raspberries!). Every time Mommy puts me on my back I trick her and flip onto my tummy real quick! I even do it in my sleep. I think I like to sleep on my belly. I weigh 12 lbs 11 oz now! I am also 24.5" long! That means that I have gained 5 lbs and 5 inches since I was born 4 months ago...wow! Everything is going really well and Dr. Fox said mommy can start to give me baby cereal soon. I don't know how I feel about that but we'll see how it goes and I'll let you know. I don't know what a "spoon" is but I will soon find out! Oh! Also, my grandpa Michael and grammie Jo came to visit last week. We went to the aquarium and to this place called Dollywood. I don't know why they call it that because I didn't see any dolls. Everyone there really liked this blonde singing lady though. She has this big ol' train that is really old and it has her name on it. I got to ride it but I got scared when they blew this loud whistle! I got my picture taken with the conductor too! I went in a real swimming pool too while they were here. It was so much fun and daddy splashed water in my face and I didn't even care. It started to get dark so mommy made me get out even though I was having fun. I hope she puts up some new pictures soon...keep checking back for her to update more!
