Friday 24th - Uncle Scott, Aunt Stephanie and Cousin Riley hung out at the house with us today. Miranda and Sean are getting pretty tired from all the excitement so they will probably sleep all weekend!!
Thursday 23rd - We all went over to Freeport in the morning and did some shopping. Then we had lunch at Denny's. When we came home the kids played and slept. At dinner Riley had his first bite of applesauce.
Wed 22nd - Today we went out shopping with Uncle Scott, Aunt Stephanie and Riley. Everyone had a fun time! In the afternoon we watched some new Wiggles tapes that Grandpa got.
Tuesday 21st, 4:16 PM - Sean had his appointment this afternoon. He weighs 20 pounds, and is 29 inches long. He didn't have to have any shots! Yippee! When we got home Uncle Scott, Aunt Stephanie and Riley arrived!
Monday 20 - Nothing too much going on today. We are just getting ready for our visitors tomorrow!!
Saturday 18th - Today Sean is 9 months old!
Friday 17th 1:30PM - The carpet men came real early this morning. Miranda kept on trying to help but I wouldn't let her. But she did watch them for awhile and tried to supervise!
Fri 17th - Happy St. Patrick's Day! This morning Miranda and Sean got up at 6AM to help tear up carpet. Of course they both had more fun playing on the wood then actually helping! Last night we cleared out Miranda's room and put her toys in the living room. She wasn't much help with that, she kept on putting her toys back into her room!
Wed 15th - Today Sean learned how to clap! For dinner the kids had spagetti O's since it was bath night.
Tuesday 14th - When Sean woke up this morning he had his first tooth pop through. By the evening his second tooth popped through! So Sean now has his first two teeth, the bottom middle ones.
Saturday 11th, 8PM - Sean helped Grandpa put in a garbage disposal this afternoon. He really enjoyed playing with the tools and the piping.
Saturday 11th, Noon - This morning we went and got some more fish for the kids fish tank. Miranda and Meow had a lot of fun watching the fish the rest of the day.
Friday 10th, 11:30 AM - Miranda had her two year check up today. Everything looks great. She is now 36'' tall, and weighs 31 pounds! Since she was so good at the doctors we stopped at Dairy Queen and she had a bowl of ice cream.
Thurs 9th - Today was bath night. After I started up the water I went to get Sean. Miranda went to get her bath toys. When I went back in the bath room she was already sitting in the tub, with her clothes on! I guess she couldn't wait till she got undressed and the tub filled up!
Wed 8th 1PM - This morning we went to the play group. They both had a lot of fun playing. Miranda sent most of the time playing with a baby doll and playing in the sand box. Sean played on the slide for the first time. He really loved it! I would sit him on the top and he would bounce until he would slide down.
Tuesday 7th 7:40 PM - This morning Miranda and Sean got a free fish tank (fish and supplies) from a local family on freecycle. They both enjoy watching the fish, and Miranda says fishy everytime she sees them. Miranda went to story time at New Gloucesters library tonight with Grandpa. Once again they both had a lot of fun!
March 5th - Miranda went to the grocery store this morning. She also went to the pet store and had a lot of fun watching the fish and other animals. In the afternoon Sean made a trip to JoAnn's Fabric, and had all the ladies talking to him.
Friday 3rd - Sean was crawling even more today. He hasn't perfected his crawl yet, but he sure gets around. He tries to follow Miranda around everywhere, and it drives her crazy!
Thurs 2nd - Today we got a box from Great Aunt Bonnie! Inside were two adorable Cootie Covers, a Mickey Mouse for Sean and a My Little Pony for Miranda. We can't wait to go to the store to use them, and of course take pictures. Miranda also received a very colorful crocheted blanket for her toddler bed, which happens to match the sheets and new curtains I just made her yesterday. The kids had a lot of fun playing with the box and the presents.
Thursday March 2nd - I have been added a LOT of pictures. They are all old pictures, but of course very cute pictures. I still have many more to add so continue to check the end of the pictures. Yesterday I made Miranda new bed sheets and matching curtains. She helped me pick out the material the other week and has also been helping me sew.
