Wednesday March 1st, 2006 - The website was down yesterday so I was not able to update anything. The kids had a good day. Miranda helped peel carrots, as you can see from the pictures! I am going to start adding some old pictures to the picture page, so make sure you check the end of the pictures often also.
Monday 27th - Today was a great day. Miranda and I went to the grocery store early in the morning. Miranda has a lot of fun at the store trying to say all the foods. This evening Sean had his first bath in the big tub with Miranda. Normally he takes a bath in the sink. The kids had a lot of fun splashing and they both thought it was funny to fake fall and slip around.
Sat 25th 7PM - Today we made a trip to Toys-R-Us. Grandma and Grandpa used their tax return to buy a BIG present for their four grandchildren. They got a Little Tykes Variety Climber (there is a picture on the picture page). They also got an airplane baby swing so the little babies can swing too! It was snowing this afternoon so we haven't put it together yet, but as soon as it gets warmer it will be put up and hopefully we can play with it by the time Cousin Riley comes to visit. Miranda has started being very nice to Sean. She keeps on giving him toys and playing with him. Some of her new words are butterfly, flower, Greg (from the Wiggles), and truck. Sean hasn't crawled anymore today but as soon as he does I will video tape it and share with everyone!
Saturday 25th 8:30AM - Sean crawled this morning! He has been moving backwards for awhile now, but this morning he went forwards. He did a commando crawl. He was so happy to be able to reach his toys!
Fri 24th 7:30PM - Tonight Miranda finally said Blankie! She has been carry around her blanket for a year and this is the first time she named it. She now says mema for grandma and papa for grandpa. She also said yellow and was trying to pick out yellow Legos.
Fri 24th 4PM - While Miranda was napping Sean played in the snow. I pulled him around in the sled, and then he laid in the snow for awhile. That was his first time out in the snow. Afterwards he played with his baby wall and even stood up for awhile. He has been standing up at the couch the last few days, to try and get the kitty.
Friday 24th - It snowed some more last night so Miranda and I went out to play in the snow this morning. She helped me shovel the porch, then I pulled her around in the sled. Afterwards she used her shovel to dig in the snow. As soon as she started touching the snow she took off her gloves so we didn't stay outside for too long. Miranda had a lot of fun, and hopefully Sean will be up next time so he can go out too!
Thursday 23rd- Miranda's new words - Snow, uckie, yeah, and ball
Wednesday 22- Miranda is saying so many new words, and they sound so cute. Specially when she says Tiggerrrr, and carrrrr. She also loves to say mine and no! 
Tuesday - Tonight for dinner Miranda had some of her favorite foods - chicken fingers, mac & cheese, and apples. We also had cupcakes, but she would not eat them. Sean really liked his cupcake and made a huge mess! Over all Miranda had a wonderful birthday, and it was much better then last year since she's not teething this time
Tuesday February 21st -
Today is Miranda's 2nd Birthday!! Miranda opened her presents early this morning. She got a lot of cool toys and had a blast playing with everything. After Sean's nap we went over to their play group. Miranda and Sean had a lot of fun playing with the toys and the other kids. It was hard getting Miranda to leave again.
Sunday 19th, 10:00 PM - We went out to Denny's to celebrate Miranda's 2nd birthday. It's two days early, but today worked out better for dinner. Miranda's birthday will still be celebrated on Tuesday!! Miranda and Sean had a lot of fun at dinner, and everyone there thought they were cute (of course!)
Sunday 19th - This morning we put together some of Miranda's birthday presents while she was watching Bambi II in the other room. When we finished she ran into the room and was so excited! First she ran to the new mirror then she saw the Finding Nemo table. After she sat on the new chair she then saw her two new posters, one is Care Bears and the other has a lot of puppies. She also got a toy Wal-Mart shopping cart with some little groceries. The rest of the presents will be saved till her birthday on Tuesday.
Friday 17th - Miranda went to her play group yesterday for the first time. She had a lot of fun playing with the new toys and the other kids. There was an indoor sand box, so she sent a lot of time in that! We had to leave after two hours to come home for lunch and she did not want to leave! So we are going back next week and this time Sean will come too.
Feb 17th - Miranda's new words - Flower, wake up. Old ones that I forgot to mention - Dee Dee, Doodle Bops, Wiggles
Feb 15th - I was vacuuming today and Miranda decided to vacuum too, and she did a great job! Check out the picture.
Wednesday 15th - Miranda's new words - Ice cube, Sean and Grandma. Sean is feeling a lot better, almost 100%. He has been working so hard on crawling and I don't think it will be much longer till he will be moving!
Feb 14th - Happy Valentine's Day! Happy Birthday Adam! The kids had a great day. Miranda and Sean got some really cute toys. Miranda had lasagna for dinner tonight and she really liked it! You can tell by the picture!
Saturday 11 - Miranda says Tigger and there you go. Sean is sitting up without support now, and he's very good at it.
Tuesday 7th, 7:30 PM - Miranda and Grandpa went to the library for story time tonight, and Miranda had a blast!
