February 15th - Wednesday I took the kids to the doctors. Sean has a little viral infection and Miranda almost had two ear infections. They went back to school on Thursday, Miranda was dying to go to her Valentines party. Miranda is still sick today but shes trying to get better so she can play with Riley next week!
We had another storm on Wednesday. It started out with a few inchs of snow then it poured the rest of the day. There was a lot of flooding and power outtages. Our power went out at 5:30 PM so the kids ended up going to bed pretty early. By Thursday morning everything had turned to ice. Luckaly it warmed up some on Thursday to melt a lot of the roads but our driveway is still one big mess.
February 12th - Today Sean was send home from school early with a fever. He seems to be perfectly fine but Miranda is not feeling well. She has a bad cough and is very tired. Tomorrow we are staying home and the kids have a doctors appointment at 1 PM.
We are getting WAY too much snow. Yesterday the car got stuck getting into the driveway, half stuck in the road. After shoveling for a few hours I had a friend come pull us out. Tomorrow we are going to get a few more inches of snow plus some rain. We really need a few warm days to melt some of the snow piles!
February 6th - Miranda is almost four year old! She is really excited and talks about wanting two birthday parties and birthday cards. She told Aunt Stephanie that she wants a butterfly birthday cake.
December 27th - We had a wonderful Christmas!
Christmas Eve we went to Grandma and Papa's house for dinner and we exchanged presents. Sean loved opening the presents and wanted to open everyones. Miranda had more fun playing with her toys. Papa made french toast and it was yummy!
Christmas morning the kids were excited to see all the presents left by Santa. Sean got his motorcycle and Miranda got the barbie doll that they have been talking about for the last month. In the afternoon Grandma and Papa come over for dinner and to play with all the new toys.

December 23rd - We've had TONS of snow already! So it will be a white Christmas. Today actually warmed up - to 40 - so some of the snow is melting but there is still a lot more. Friday the kids had a Christmas party at school then they went to my work family party. They saw Santa at the party, Miranda was scared but Sean liked Santa. Tomorrow evening we are going to Grandma and Papa's for dinner and presents.
December 22nd - Sorry the site hasn't been updated in almost a month. I now have internet access at home so I'll pick back up with the updates.
Monday 15th - We had a very busy weekend! Friday Grandma and Papa came over to the house for dinner and for help around the house. On Saturday we met them at Home Depot and I bought a toilet, sink and lots of other goodies for the house. On Sunday the kids and I went back to Home Depot for some bird feeders and pumpkins. Rest of the afternoon the kids played outside while I put up the feeders and worked on making some flower beds.
We have gotten so much stuff done at the house, it's looking awesome! My to do list isn't getting any shorter though :)
Friday 5th - The kids were invited to two Halloween parties this year so I think we need to get some Halloween costumes! Friday night there is going to be a party at the daycare and they said we can bring Riley! Riley, ask your mommy if you can come too! Saturday one of Sean's buddies is having a Halloween party at his house. And then on Halloween we are going to pass out candy at our house.
I think Miranda will wear one of her princess outfits, but I'm not sure what Sean will be, another princess? :)
Thursday October 4th - Everything was moved into the house on Sunday. We had a lot of help so it went pretty quickly. The kids have been doing very well sleeping in their own rooms. Sean goes to bed pretty quickly but Miranda likes to play with her animals in her bed for a little while. Grandma and Papa have been helping out a lot around the house too. There is still a lot of work to be done but the place looks great! I will take some pictures soon, hopefully I'll put some up next week since I do not have internet at the house. This weekend I am getting a lawnmower from a friend so I can get the grass cut before it grows taller than Sean, hopefully it will be the last cut for the year. I am really going to put Uncle Scott to work when he comes up to visit this month!
Sunday September 30th - We got our house on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday I cleaned and painted Miranda's room. Papa and Grandma have been coming over and helping get the house ready. This morning we are moving everything over to the house so we can spend our first night in the apartment tonight!
The kids really like the house. Right now it's been pretty empty so they run all over the place yelling. The old homeowner left a swingset and it's wonderful for the kids.

Sunday September 16th - Today we went to Home Depot and bought paint! Miranda's room is going to be yellow and purple. Sean's room is going to be blue. Grandma is going to make valances for the kids rooms, kitty for Miranda and motorcycle for Sean's room!
Saturday September 15th - This morning we went to Kmart and we bought some boots. Miranda got a pretty pair of black boots and Sean got a pair of fire truck rain boots!
Afterwards we went to Jennifer's 3rd Birthday Party. The kids had fun playing with Jennifer and her toys! Chris (Jennifer's dad, my friend from work) was taking the other kids for rides on his 4-wheeler but Miranda and Sean were too afraid to ride with him. We had yummy cake and ice cream and let the balloons go outside! Miranda didn't want to leave but we promised that she could play with Jennifer again soon.
Friday 14th - After work I took the kids over to Mike and Debbie's house for a party. A bunch of people were there from work and the kids had a lot of fun.
Saturday 8th - Today we went to a party at Jen's house (my friend from work). She has two young girls, Brooke and Ashley. The girls had lots of dolls and a very big backyard! Will, Robin, Mason and Marlee were there, so was Tracy and Eric. We had lots of fun and no one wanted to leave!
Tuesday September 4th - Miranda went the whole night last night in Underwear and she didn't have an accident. She is doing so well!
Sean moves up to the big boy class next week!
They are growing so fast!
Friday 31st - Miranda has done very well with her underwear this week. She has had a few accidents, but not many. She went all day yesterday without an accident. Sean decided to be a big boy this morning and he went to school in underwear too.
Monday 27th - Day two of big girl underwear... Miranda did very well with her underwear today, she did have an accident at nap though.
