Sunday 25th - This morning I took Miranda and Sean to the Maine Wildlife Park. We saw bears, mountain lions, geese, a moose, deer, etc. Miranda fed the bears, she made them so happy that one even sat up for us! I did brnig a camera, but the battery was died! I'll have to take pictures next time.
Saturday 24th - Today was Miranda's last music class. She had a lot of fun and will miss her friend Riley. After dinner we went to see the goat and get some frozen yogurt.
Thursday 22nd - Boy did we have a fun week! But now everyone has gone back home. Thanks for coming to visit us!!
Monday 19th - Miranda had her last swim lesson tonight. Papa and Aunt Stephanie came with us. We took some pictures, but they came out a little blurry.
Sunday 18th - Happy First Birthday Sean! Happy Fathers Day!! Miranda went to a car show today with Papa, Heather, Phil, and Stephanie. Sean stayed home with me since he is teething AGAIN! He has two more on the bottom about ready to pop through!
Saturday 17th - Sean had a wonderful party! He ate almost all of his cake, and did not get very messy! Miranda did not eat her piece but she liked the animals that were on top of the cake. All the children took a spin on the ATV. Miranda liked it a lot but she could not figure out how to steer.
Friday 16th- This afternoon we took Cousin Riley to the emergency room. Riley was a very good boy and enjoyed his first trip to the ER, he was flirting with all the nurses. Aunt Heather and Uncle Phil watched Miranda and Sean for me.
Wed 14th - Aunt Stephanie, Riley, Sean and I went shopping at K-Mart this afternoon. Miranda napped at home with Grandma. Sean is starting to walk on his own. He will take a few steps at a time without holding on! Just a few more days till his birthday!!
Tuesday 13th - Aunt Stephanie and Cousin Riley came today! The kids had a lot of fun playing. Riley sure has grown a lot, he is so cute!!
Sunday 11th - This afternoon Miranda helped Grandpa and I transplant flowers in the backyard. I found a mouse so we put it in a box for Miranda to watch it. It was a baby so Miranda kept on calling it Baby. She wasn't very happy when we let it go, she kept trying to find the baby later. After all the hard work we went to Hodgeman's and Miranda had her first ice cream cone (She's had ice cream before, just never on a cone.) She did a good job eating the ice cream and Sean eat a lot of the cone. Miranda also saw the goat that lives there and played with him for awhile.
Sunday 11th - Well, Sean's teeth finally broke through, and just like last time it was two teeth at once. No wonder he hasn't been so happy the last few days. Now he has FOUR teeth!! Only 16 more to go. Miranda still has 4 more that she needs.
Saturday 10th - I had a class this morning so Papa took Miranda to her Music Together class. I peeked in the room during my break and they were having a lot of fun, Papa was singing and dancing! Next week Miranda is going to take Jessica and Riley with her! Sean just likes to stay home and nap.
Tuesday 6th - Miranda helped Papa cut the grass. She has the little mower that makes bubbles! She was running all over the yard with it, but she would hide if Papa got too close with the real lawnmower!
Monday 5th - Miranda once again had so much fun at her swim lessons. She didn't want to get out the pool when the class was over so they let her swim for a little while longer. She only has a couple lessons left so I think I'll enroll her in the next set. Now that Sean is feeling better he is back to working on walking! He is getting very brave and will take a step or two before realizing that he isn't holding on to anything.
Sunday 4th - Miranda went to her first movie today. Papa took her to see Over the Hedge. She really enjoyed herself. While they were out Sean and I went to the grocery store. Sean helped pick out a cake for his birthday party.
Saturday 3rd - Miranda and I went to her music class this morning. She had a lot of fun and slept all the way home. Miranda got a balloon this morning before class and she has been taking it everywhere with her. She even napped with it and took it to bed tonight. Sean is feeling loads better, finally! He isn't happy about sleeping though, he still wakes up in the middle of the night to sleep with me and he will only fall asleep in his crib if I sit next to him, if not he cries and will not stop!
Thursday June 1st - This morning Sean, Miranda and I went to the party store. We also went to Kmart to find some shorts for the kids. On the way home we were stopped by a train and the kids were able to see it since we were the first car. Miranda was mad when the train went away! The kids had fun going out but they are napping good now!
Wednesday May 31st - Sean is feeling a lot better, but I can tell he's not 100% yet. It's so great to see him feeling better. He's talking alot more and trying to walk.
Modany 29th - I forgot to mention that Sean has said his first word - Besides Mama and Dada- He says Ba for ball. Balls are his favorite toys so of course he has a word for them already!
Monday 29th - Happy Memorial Day!
