3/1/07 Morgan is a big sister now! At first, she had a little trouble adjusting, but she's doing well now. She loves Jaylen very much. We have now started potty training! It is tedious and requires lots of patience, but we think Morgan is ready. Her vocabulary is getting better and better. She now says simple sentences like "Come on Daddy" and "Who is it?" (we always knock before entering her room!). She won't say Mommy unless we beg her to, but she says Daddy all the time. Morgan also loves to sing these days, so we make up song

It's been awhile since I've updated, and a lot has changed. Morgan is learning new things every day. She can now count to ten, and sing her ABC's. She enjoys walking backwards and spinning in circles, as well as reading her Dora books.

7/19/2005- No more breastfeeding. :-( I was very sick with a sinus infection last week and could barely even hold Morgan, much less feed her. She didn't ask for it, and after 3 days, I realized that she was weaning. I was sad at first, but I realize it was a stage in her life that had to come at some point. I am thankful that I made it this long and I'm happy (I think) that she is gaining her inde

7/19/2005- Morgan is talking a lot. She has actually learned to count to three! She can also say so many words, such as belly, bye-bye, hi, yes, no, thank you, baby, nose, mouth, eyes, no, stop, the phrase "I said no!", and eat. I guess talking is more important to her than walking!
