Morgan Nicole was born 11 days early- but she was right on time! We went for a regular doctor's appointment on Monday the 17th. The doctor determined via ultrasound that the amniotic fluid was too low, so he told us to go to the hospital to be induced.
We got there at 7pm, and after 13 hours of pretty easy labor, Morgan came into this world. She was perfect and we are so happy to have her. She is a blessing from God.

We have now started potty training! It is tedious and requires lots of patience, but we think Morgan is ready. Her vocabulary is getting better and better. It's been awhile since I've updated, and a lot has changed. Morgan is learning new things every day. She can now count to ten, and sing her ABC's. She enjoys walking backwards and spinning in circles, as well as reading her Dora books. She loves going out, and every time we open the door, she screams because she's so excited. She's not as...
7/19/2005- No more breastfeeding. :-( I was very sick with a sinus infection last week and could barely even hold Morgan, much less feed her. She didn't ask for it, and after 3 days, I realized that she was weaning. I was sad at first, but I realize it was a stage in her life that had to come at some point. 7/19/2005- Morgan is talking a lot. She has actually learned to count to three! She can also say so many words, such as belly, bye-bye, hi, yes, no, thank you, baby, nose, mouth, eyes, no, stop, the phrase "I said no!", and eat. I guess talking is more important to her than walking! 7/18/2005- Morgan is still not walking, but she is standing on her own. We think she can do it, but she's not sure of herself yet. I think she'll be walking by August.
