My deepest condolensces to your family for the loss of your sweet wife and mother. My sister died at the end of August due to complications of childbirth (eclampsia) so I can imagine some of the pain you are experiencing. That said, hang in there! I don't even know what to say...I don't know why things have to happen to such beautiful, amazing people. Katie has touched all of our lives and I know, yours Jon. So many thoughts of Katie have filled my mind today...all the dumb things we did in middle school ... high school ... living in Huntington Beach and your wonderful wedding day. Katie was always smiling, always happy, always a great friend and so much more. Not that it eases your pain but how great that you were able to capture this moment with Katie and your new son and your family right before her passing. thank you for sharing this precious moment with us.
