Hey Julie, thanks for checking in. Everything is going great. I am just WORE out and tired. I sure wish this house would sell. Having it "show" clean everyday and having people come in and out whenever is rough. And without Bobby here to ever help, sometimes I feel as though I could die. My back is starting to hurt majorly from pregnancy and no sleep at nite and I am lagging in everything. But all in all I am not complaining. Just slacking! Only 6 more weeks left....I so hope this house sells. I can't imagine what its going to be like having a new born and Daddy only here for a week after she is born and then gone for who knows how long only to see us 2 days out of a month. My good mother has been a trooper and has been here on and off and will be here for a bit once the baby is born. THen I am on my own or I will be moving in with them while the house sells. LIFE.... Other than that everything is going fine. I leave Thursday at 6 am to fly out to San Antonio TX for my brothers graduation from navigation training in the AF. That will be a nice little weekend. I am taking Abrieanna and the boys will be here. Bobby is coming in for that time to watch them. I am ready to go. My body on the other hand tells me different... I will try to update soon. For sure when I get back this weekend!!
And wow to your husband. What a fun day for him. I wouldn't dream of that! I am glad he is doing okay and had a good time. And then surgery...Boy oh boy...
Love, Stacey -bhp/winsteads Apr 28 2008

Hey Julie,
I come to your site almost daily... Just always forget to comment or the kids take me away. I am such a scardy cat!!! Those pictures of Christian freaked me out... WOW!! Reading his story was awesome...
Not too much longer until summer.. I loved your pool pics.. That Landon is ADORABLE!!
Haden was just talking about our trip to Disney last week.. I guess we won't be doing Land anymore... Disney World here we come!!
-Jen Wilson (bhp/wilsonj94) Apr 25 2008
By the way, I am a HUGE Red Sox fan, so "Cowboy UP!!" is a staple here... -Lauren Apr 24 2008
No, it is actually from Target. I just bought it last week, so it should still be there. Even on the West Coast. And only 14 bucks for the outfit! Perfect for popsicles and outdoor freeplay! -Lauren and Quinnie Apr 24 2008
And tell us again why you aren't writing books, Christian? That was great your love for your wife and for our Heavenly father really shows! I'm glad you enjoyed yourself and are at home safe and sound. The cowboy life is amazing, I live it every day and it still amazes me what God gave us out here in the "wild west." I love it! -The Lowefamily Apr 24 2008
Christian you need to write a BOOK end of story! Your experience this past weekend has touched all of us. I loved how you showed us Gods love, grace, trust, and faith while holding on to the wild ride of a bull. That is how we should grab a hold of God! The love you and Julie share is awesome and is very blessed by our Father above. Thanks for sharing your story with us and sharing your love for Juile and the family as well. May God Continue to bless you and your family.... -Love, Tina W Apr 23 2008
Christian and Julie, This one made me cry with happiness! You two are so sweet and your love for each other just oozes out for all to see. What Christian wrote in his note is amazing and really touched my heart, not only stuff about you but the stuff about God. Pretty cool perspective I think. He will carry the scar of that puncture wound proudly I'm sure. -Stephanie Apr 23 2008
All I can say is "WOW"! Christian from reading your story, it brought tears to my eyes. I think more husbands should be like you. The way you appreciate Julie for everything she is and everything that she does, is Wonderful. It sounds like you had a wonderful time at Bull Riding school, thanks for sharing your experience with all of us.
Julie- You are lucky to have a man that appreciates you the way he does. How do you do it? Well enjoy your Cowboy & take care of his boo boo.
Love, Melissa -bhp/tzetzosfamily Apr 23 2008
Yesterday, I looked at the new pics and today I read the new stories. The newest made me misty-eyed!! Also, the ones on potty training made me chuckle and realize that Quinn isn't the only 2 1/2 yr old who could care less about using the potty! She actually hides when she goes number 2, so I chase her and try to get her to sit on the potty, but she gets scared. -Lauren/quinnalexa Apr 23 2008
Dear Christian: You had me in tears with your story! I had to force myself to finish it even though I knew I would not be able to hold back the tears. I ponder in my mind why the writer of this story is not a writer. Not many stories can make my old eyes cry anymore, but yours did. Me thinks there is a master writer in there somewhere. I am glad you enjoyed the experience! Thanks for being a good child of God, a good son, a good husband, a good father, and a good friend.
-Fran Apr 23 2008
Christian, You need to write a book. Darn, you write well!!! I'm glad you had fun and I love what you wrote about Jules! People say that you were nuts, but I say I knew you were nuts all along and that is part of what I love about you! You know what they say, Don't deny the inner cowboy...that's who Jules fell in love with in the first place!! Cowboy Up!!!! -Jen Apr 23 2008
Dang that hole was huge!!!! I hope he is ok, although he looks like he didn't have a care in the world! Glad he had fun... He is brave!!!! :-) -Stacey G. Apr 22 2008
Well it looks like Bull Riding School was alot of Fun for Christian. I'm glad to that he made it home safe & sound (for the most part). Julie you survived the five days without your hubby, hopefully you can sleep better tonight. Take care of that wound, looks like it hurts. I was reading about the game you played with the girls the other night. Sounds like it was tons of Fun. I can't wait for my girls to be old enough to do that stuff with. Have a nice week!
Take Care, Melissa -bhp/tzetzosfamily Apr 22 2008
I would love to know where you bought your pool. We are looking for one and that one (or something similar) seems like what we want - durable, big enough, but not TOO big. Thanks, Lauren. BTW, the wound gave me the heebeegeebees. If that is how it is spelled! -Lauren/quinnalexa Apr 22 2008
Happy Earth Day ! Maddy I'm so glad that you are feeling better. -The Lowefamily Apr 22 2008
Hey Julie! Hope your Sunday is going well so far! It's still early on the West Coast! That game seems like fun you played at church. You gave me a good family game idea... This week is spring break for us so I am trying to think up some fun things to do! We do movie nights too! I was gonna rent Waterhorse but wasn't sure. Since you gave it a good review I will get it for the kids next movie night! We should swap recipes too!!! I'll let ya know how the kids liked the movie!!! Stay well! -Stacey, Dmitriy, Alex & Miss Maya Apr 20 2008

Yes we will all definately get together soon i am soooooooooo exsausted omg and these nights wondering when i'll see Rick again make it even more trying. Sleeping is almost impossible lately i think i have been pullin off about 4 hours a night I miss my Rick :(. Anyhow my little Timmers Bday is today and i am stuck packing up this place and am so over it can life just throw me somthin good for once ughhh!!! And now we just wait to hear of we move again right after this move and hoping its not out of the country ahhhhhhhh. Anyhow your updates have been so great and so often i love checkin in on you all. Lots of love to you and ooh sorry for the venting just so over this. -Jamie Ward Apr 20 2008
Oooops!!! As I was reading early on your most recent comment and I got to the bull-riding section, I looked at my mom in a puzzled way and asked "Christian is bull-riding?" My mom looked at me with a question mark on her face, so then I kept reading out-loud the rest of the story up until I read "Montse wait until Monday to tell your parents" - - - Uuuummm too late. Jules, you should have put a warning at the beginning in CAPS! So sorry. Well, hopefully everything will turn out okay and he doesn't get chased by the bull. So sorry, but when I got to that part of the story, all I could do was laugh while my mom hollered "WHAT?!" and picked up the phone - - He,he, he?? okay not funny.
Give Maddy a hug for me and I'll c u soon,
Love, your soon to be disowned sister & sister-in-law I am sure. . . .Montse -Auntie Tete? :/ Apr 19 2008
When it rains it pours and i tell ya lately our family has had some serious showers! I updated my story and girl if i had more time to write everything that has happend this week ooh i would lol! Lots of love -Jamie Ward Apr 18 2008
You poor women, you must be exhausted. Up till past 11 posting and then back up at 3 with a puking girl. Why is it these disasters always hit when our Husbands go out of town? Hope that everyone is feeling better and that Maddie didn't share her germs. Good luck if you need help I am only a phone call away. -Karin Herman (ElijahHerman.com) Apr 18 2008
I totally feel you on the potty training. Avery did the same thing Landon is doing. We tried 3 times for about 1 week each time before just going back to pullups. And to be honest, This time around -- this was ALL Avery! She came one morning telling me she wanted to wear underwear, so I put her in them. 1st day - disaster ; 2nd day - 4 accidents -- and NO accidents since. We are going on two weeks now. (I soooo need to update the website. I plan on doing that today:-)..Point being...Landon will do it in his own time. I think that as Mommy's we put WAY too much pressure on ourselves around the potty training thing....(and it just isn't any fun no matter how you look at it:-)...
Hope your have a great weekend!!!
Much Love -Michelle (bhp.net/aultman) Apr 18 2008
TGIF guys! Your pictures are so cute! So after all this fishing - are you gonna be fryin up a trout or what? Have a great weekend! -Stacey G. & kids... Apr 18 2008
Oh ya and to top it off they denied Rick home visit so have no idea when he will see us next Ughhhh! I am so over this! But i will march on! -Jamie W Apr 18 2008

I too hate potty training i sware though with girls its much easier luckily Timber is doing pretty well. AND major changes in our home we are moving on April 25th yep you heard me right girl next week! To San Diego you will have to read my stories as soon as i update. Lots of love to you and that beautiful family and oh can i say i am SO STRESSED right now! LOL -Jamie Ward Apr 18 2008
Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. I can't wait to find out. I already have fun thoughts...a motorized pink Hummer for Quinn and her own little garden. We have never had so much land before! Our fingers are crossed. And if I really like it, we are staying put! -Lauren/quinnalexa Apr 16 2008
Love your outdoor pictures!! I wish it was warm enough for us to be outside we got a teaser this past weekend and then it turned off cold again with very high winds that crashed my new BBQ grill. Makes me want to move to California. Good Luck on the potty trained. Ty-Ty trained himself of course that's after he broke is leg while we were in the process of trying the first time. So by the time he got the cast of he was more then ready to pee in the big boy toilet. Dal on the other hand still as the occantional accident. He took forever! I remember being so frusterated with him on the bad days. Keep up the good work Landon. Lots of M&M's! Enjoy your nice weather -The lowefamily Apr 15 2008
