The story about Landon and the brush is too funny!! We get a lot of ow, ow, owies at our house too!! That cracks me up that that's what Landon thinks you're supposed to say when you brush your hair!!

How I'd love to send some snow for your kids to play in!! There IS outdoor recess all year long here!! Would you believe they go outside unless it's below zero?? (wind chill included) It's been VERY chilly here lately!! Too cold for even me, and I'm a midwestern girl through and through!!
The bunk beds are working out wonderfully! Joey is so thrilled! He loves sharing a room with his little brother despite the 9 year age difference! I hope he still feels that way in another 5 years!!

When our dog was just a puppy, I didn't like the way he'd growl at the kids, so I let them feed him his food one piece at a time so he'd see them as their master, even though they were quite small. He learned to be very gentle with them. As an adult, he has become the most loving, patient dog anyone could hope for, and he comes running even when Jesse calls him!
