I am NO Doctor but I did have my gallbladder removed too. I think it is because they blow air into that area it pushes on the lungs during the procedure. I could not breath the first day and it took a while( maybe days) to breath normal again. Just FYI, You may want to ask a Doctor if that could be the case.
