Hi ya'll IT'S FRIDAY woooooooooo hooooooooooooo!!! LOL so here we are hitting 30 weeks i have my dr apointment on the 28th been eating alot likr the Dr said so we will see if i have put on any weight last we looked i was at a total weight of 6 pounds lol in 26 weeks can you believe that lol. Si hopefully i have put on a little more i can say this i fel Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuugeeeeeeee lol, i did weigh myself at home and was not anywhere of a change especially since i got sick i catually lost 3 so lets hope for babys sake i have at least put that back on. i dont expect to gain to much more with alexis i gained 13 total and ricky 16 and with little arlee i lost 4 lol yep thats right lol. All my chubb went to baby last time and she was a healthy 7 pounds 4 ounces. OOh i am getting so excited to meet little Miss Timber omg i cant believe its almost here wheeew!! We may have some news about a move but i wont announce it till its for sure wooo if it works it will be awesome!!! Ok today is the day Arlee starts potty training today i cant wait to see how she does she simply hates diapers so maybe an easy sign to start potty traning alexis was all trained at about 22 or 23 months so we will see how it all works out wish us luck!! Hmmm nothing else really ooh ya Arlee has more teeth coming in the top 4 all at one time so that will make 8 teeth now yay!!! Anyhow that its for now off to the potty with Arlee

Hi Hello and how the heck is everyone!!! Wow once again i have slacked in my writing LOL!! Wheeew i have been sooo busy work work kids kids house house man oh man!! ok well i am hitting my 30 week mark this week can you believe it? Ok first of all hope you all had a good Vklentines day unfortunatly me and daddy were sick but even though we were both sick with the Flu daddy still manged to get me the most beautiful boquet of a dozen clored roses omg it really made me feel better lol! so we both got over being sick the worst part of it all was the kids had it the week before everyone except little bit had it so thats good! The kids are great and smiling big and we even went out to the movies this weekend i took them to se Nanny Mcphee it was addorable. The kids really enjoyed it, well up till the part where ricky fell asleep ha ha!! I have to admit i almost dozed off a couple of times i am getting to that tired stage again but i did it i stuck it out and saw the whole movie and glad i did lol. Ok so i have the worst case of heartburn omg its killing me ahhhhhh so i am eating tums alot finding that its a temporary fix even the smell of food starts up the heartburn lol!! Work is great i am still palnning on working till i go right into labor i am feeling great geting a liitle more tired but nothing i cant handle i am taking it a little more esy sisnce my job does require me to be on my feet for the whole day at the moment i am working 8 and 9 hour days and 5 days a week before i was working 56 days a week so this new week has started me off to another day off just to give myself a little more slack. I am getting another manager in to help me cover some of the spots i cant so that will help alot too. I do love my job think its one of the best i have had in years!! I went from Preperty management managing 444 and 1125 apartments for 8 years to small business management for a large franchise called Pump It Up hopefully alot of you have heard of it. Its such a fun place to have birthday parties and here its very new they al started in California and are moving out this way. The kids i can say is te funnest part and they rarely complain LOL!! Anyhow i am going on my 5th month there and i simply love it. i am still in works to getting my baby line going and will be marketing it there i would love to have the ooporutunity to open one of my own pump it ups so we will see what the future holds for us. Anyhow thats really all thats going on here there are some new pics of little Jack up on his page he is so darn cute!!! I hope your all well and smiling big Lots of Love to you all

Well hi everyone !!! How was your weekend our was superfabulous mommy had some good old time with the Fam thats always the favorite part!!! The kids are soo great and feeling better finally they both well Ricky and Alexis had a bad touch of the Flu bug it was so sad i felt awful watching them and its so frustrating not really being able to do much but just hold them! Little Arlee certainly knows well i think she does about TJ in mommys belly she lifts up my shirt and says BABY !! Then kisses my belly i am getting some video togetehr of her since it been a while wow i am getting behind on stories too lol!! I am so darn busy at work and am looking forward to some time off when the baby arrives, Can you believe its only about 10-12 weeks before baby gets here ahhhhhhhhh!!! Ooh man. Ok so thank you all for the great comments that you all left for my sister she had a beautiful delivery and a beautiful baby boy to top that!! i cant believe she is a mommy now i am so happy for them i cried alot that day wishing i could be there with her. well she will just have to pop out a few more wheni get back to California LOL!! My belly is getting soooooooo big and its getting so incomfortable to sleep already can you believe i am 7 months now omg!! Wheew that went fast and i am only gonna get bigger. Still i have only gained 6 pounds which is really good i thoght for sure i would have gained more i eat sooooooooo much lol!! My next appointment is the 28th of the month ill be 30 weeks woo hooo!!! Last night was family night and omg we had soo much fun. Daddy made his famous ribs and we had baked potatos, ceaser salad and mommy ate lots of desert!! Then we all watched Corpse Bride it was cute but after all that food Mommy fell asleep for a little of the movie haha!! After that we played some games and off to bed the kiddos went time for mommy and daddy to snuggle. other than that the weekend prety much went the same way lol!! It was nice to all just relax we sure cant wait till spring arrives getting kind of tired of this weather a little chilly for me in Feb still ! In the market for a truck for daddy we are contimplating still but i am sure we will after baby arrives he really wants a Toyota Tundra and sure deserves it! So with one car paid off we will add yet another payment lol thats hwere we are contimplating LOL!!! Any way enough babble for now i am getting sleepy sleepy!! Ill chat with yall later K!

WHEEEW WELL HELLO!! WOW ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAVE WRITTEN. WELL I HAVE BEEN ONE BUSY MAMA, FIRST OFF I WORKED 11 DAYS IN A ROW WOW THAT WAS ALOT AND IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THAT I HAD GIRL SCOUTS TO GET ALEXIS STATED WITH FOR THE NEW YEAR, GIRL SCOUT COOKIE SALES, CHURCH GROUP MEETINGS AT OUR HOUSE, A FILED TRIP FOR RICKYS CLASS, PLANNING RICKYS PARTY, AND GETTING RICKY ALL ENROLLED IN HIS NEW KIDS CAMP WHICH IS WHERE HE GOES BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL NOW HE ABSOLUTLEY LOVES IT!! IT WAS ALOT HARDER THAN I THOUGHT HAVING HIM GO THERE I REALLY MISS THE MORNINGS WE HAD TOGETHER AT HOME. LITTEL ARLEE IS BEING WATCHED BY A FRIEND OF MINE JUST UNTIL HER SPOT OPENS UP AT THE PLACE WHERE RICKY GOES THAT WILL BE SOOOOOOOOO HARD FOR ME BUT IT ALL NEEDS TO BE DONE! THE JOB I HAVE IS SO GOOD FOR US AND WOW I HAVE A BLAST AND MAKING THE EXTRA MONEY REALLY HELPS US PLAN OUT FOR OUR FUTURE MORE. I DO PLAN ON WORKING UP TILL I GO INTO LABOR I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS DOING IT ESPECIALLY SINCE I ALWAYS GET THINGS READY A BIT EARLIER THAN USUAL. THIS TIME WE ARE ALMOST PRPARED FOR TIMBERLY ALL WE NEED TO DO IS SET UP A NEW CRIB IN HER BIG SISTERS ROOM (ARLEE) IT WILL BE SO CUTE THE 2 OF THEM HAVING MATCHING CRIBS AND BEDDING I CANT WAIT TO POST PICTURES! OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE BEEN BUSY BUSY!! RIKCYS PARTY WAS A GREAT SUCESS 27 KIDS SHOWED UP AND WOW DID THEY HAVE FUN. LATER THAT NIGHT GOT A TOUCH OF SOMTHING AND OMG I WAS SOOOO SICK IT WAS AWFUL!! BUT HERE I AM FEELING 100 PERCENT BETTER AND READY TO ROLL AGAIN! 26 WEEKS WE HIT AT THE END OF THIS WEEK CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? ILL BE HAVING MY BEXT ULTRASOUND ON FEBRUARY 7TH AT 2:00 TO FOLOW UP ON T.J'S CYSTS HOPEFULLY ALL IS WELL. AFTER THAT WE HAVE SOME PICTURES PLANNED AND LITTLE T.J'S 4-D ULTRASOUND I PUSED IT BACK A LITTLE MORE I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE I REALLY GET A GOOD GLIMPSE OF HER THEY SAY WAITING TILL ABOUT 26 WEEKS AND ON IS MUCH BETTER, SO STAY TUNED FOR PICS OF THAT SOON. FIRST OFF I HAVE TO START WITH MY DR APPOINTMENT IT WENT PRETTY GOOD. DR SAYS I AM UP 2 POUNDS TOTAL LOL !! BUT NOTHING HE IS TO WORRIED ABOUT WE THINK ILL PUT ON THE REST IN THESE LAST 15 WEEKS CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT ONLY 15 WEEKS TO GO. WE ALSO DISCUSSED BABY TIMBERLY AND HE SEEMS TO THINK THAT HER CYSTS WILL GO AWAY SINCE AT THE LAST ULTRASOUND THERE WERE NO ALARMING FINDINGS. USUALLY THEY SHOULD GO AWAY BY ABOUT 26 WEEKS OR SO IF THEY DO AT ALL SO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT WILL BE ABOUT MY 28 WEEK MARK HE SAYS HE WOULD RATHER WAIT TILL THEN TO DO ANOTHER ULTRASOUND SO I WONT WORRY SO MUCH IF THEY ARE STILL THERE NOW, SO THATS THE REASON FOR NOT DOING IT YESTERDAY, WHICH IS FINE BY ME LOL ILL GET TO SEE LITTLE TIMBER AT 28 WEEKS WHICH MEANS SHE WILL BE EVEN MORE DEVELOPED AT HAT POINT . ALSO I AM RECHEDULING MY 4-D ULTRASOUND FOR ABOUT THE SAME TIME I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE WE GET GOOD PICTURES THEY TELL ME ITS BETTER THE FURTHER ALONG YOU ARE THE BABY WILL HAVE MORE FATTY TISSUE AND WONT LOOK SO ALIEN LIKE LOL! SO IT OK ONLY A FEW MORE WEEK FOR THAT TOO. OMG LITTLE ARLEE IS SO FUNY SHE IS ITS SO CUTE SHE SAYS MAAAAA AND THEN RAMBLES OFF A BUNCH OF JIBBERISH AS SOON AS SHE SEES I HAVE HER ATTENTION. SHE SAYS CAR, LUB YOU, DONT OMG SO MANY WORDS NOW ITS HILARIOUS. LITTLE RICK PASSED OUT HIS INVITATIONS FOR HIS BIRTHDAY PARTY WE INVITED ABOUT 32 KIDS CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT LOL! WE HAVE GOTON LOTS OF RSVP ALREADY AND ARE SOOO EXCTED HE IS GONNA HAVE A REALY BIG BASH AND I CANT WAIT!!! ANYHOW THATS THE NEWS HERE HAVE SO MUCH TO DO AROUND THE HOUSE WE ARE PLANNING ON ADING TIMBERLYS NEW CRIB TO ARLEES ROOM SON ADN GETTING THINGS GOING IN THERE. I HAVENT HAD THE REAL URGE TO SHOP ALOT LIKE I DID WITH ARLEE THINK IT MAY BE BECAUSE TIMBER WIL BE SET IN THE CLOTHING DEPARTMENT !! ARLEE STILL HAS SO MANY NEE NEWBORN OUTFITS HANGING IN THE CLOSET THIS KID IS GONNA BE SET!! ANOTHER REASON ITS GREAT TO BE HAVING A GIRL LOL!!! ANYHOW LOTS OF LOVE TO YOU ALL

HI EVERYONE HOW YA DOIN!!! WOW THIS LITTLE TURKEY TIMBER SURE IS QUITE THE MOVER SHE KICKS ALL THE TIME AND ITS SO NEAT TO SEE MY BELLY MOVE. THE KIDS HAVE A GREAT TIME WITH IT THEY THINK ITS THE NEATEST THIG FEELING HER MOVE. WE HAVE HAD A GREAT WEEK SO FAR IN THIS NEW YEAR HAD A FAMILY NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY TOO SOME CHURH MEMBERS CAME OVER AND SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH US AND HELPING US TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR FAITH AS WELL AS HELPING THE KDIS TO UNDERSTAND THINGS MORE TOO, I CANT WAIT TO GET INTO IT EVEN MORE THE KIDS ARE SO EXCITED. MY APPOINTMENT IS THE 10TH AND I CANT WAIT TO HEAR ABOUT OUR NEXT UPDATES AND WHEN WE CAN KNOW MORE ABOUT TIMBER. THEN ON THE 16TH I AM HAVING A 4-D ULTRASOUND BUT AS I AM READING THE PAPERWORK ON IT ITS TELLING ME THEY DONT DO LIVE 3-D OR 4-D VIDEO AHH MAN THTS THE WHOLE REASON WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS ARGGGHH. SO STILL WAITING ON IF WE SHOULD OR SHOULDNT GO. IF ITS JUST ANOTHER ULTRASOUND LIKE THE OTHERS I HAVE HAD WHY PAY ILL BE SEEING HER AGAIN IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS ANYHOW SO ILL KEEP YOU UPDATES ON THAT! WELL HELLO EVERYONE AND A HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YA ALL!! THINGS HAVE BEEN SO GREAT HERE AND THE NEW YEAR HAS ALREADY STARTED OFF WITH A BANG NEW OPPORUTUNITIES ARE ARISING BUT ILLNEED TO WAIT A WEEK OR SO BEFORE I OPEN MY MOUTH LOL! THE KIDS ARE WONDERFUL AND DOING GREAT THEY ARE STILL ON BREAK AND GO BACK ON THE 9TH OF JANUARY. I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE HAVING A BLAST. WE ARE STARTING TO GET THE BABYS ROOM IN ORDER, ARLEE AND HER LITTLE SISTER TIMBER WILL BE SHARING A ROOM AND WE ARE PURCHASING THE SAME CRIB AS ARLEE'S FOR TIMBERLY. THEY BOTH CONVERT TO TODDLER BEDS SO IN A FEW MONTHS WE WILL START PREPPING LITTLE MISS ARLEE BY MAKING HER CRIB INTO A TODDLER BED BUT NO RUSH. ARLEE IS DOING SO WONDERFULLY AND DOING MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY SHE IS TALKING SO MUCH NOW AND GETTING INTO EVERYTHING (OF CORSE) DADDY HAS BEEN OFF WORK FOR A COUPLE WEEKS NOW AND ITS BACK TO THE GRIND FOR HIM TOMARROW. 2 OF MY FRIENDS WILL BE SAYING GOODBYE TO THERE HUBBYS FOR DEPLOYMENTS TIFFANY WILL SEE ERIC OFF FOR A 6 MONTHS WESTPAC AND CHRISTY WILL SEE HER HUBBY OFF FOR I THINK ABOUT 3 WOW WISH OURS WAS THAT SHORT LOL! I GOT RICK A NEW COMPUTER CHAIR WHICH HE HAS BEEN TESTING OUT ALOT LATELY LOL! AND ME TO IF I DO ADMIT MYSELF HA HA! TOOLS CLOTHES AND MORE GUY STUFF I MUST SAY HE REALLY MADE OUT TOO! THIS NEW YEAR IS GONNA BE GREAT I CAN FEEL IT. MY SISTER WILL BE BRINGING HER VERY FIRST BABY INTO THE WORLD AND I CANT WAIT TO MEET HIM THEY WILL BE SUCH GREAT PARENTS. I THINK ILL BE FINE, LITTLE RICKYS 6TH BIRTHDAY PARTY IS JANUARY 21ST WE HAVE SCHEDULED IT AT MY WORK (PUMPITUP) AND ITS GONNA BE ALOT OF FUN! I STILL CANT BELIEVE CHRISTMAS IS OVER ALREADY WAAAAH! BUT HERES TO NEXT YEAR AND ALL THE SHOPPING WITH THE GREAT SALES RIGHT NOW LOL! HI EVERYONE WELL BACK FROM OUR APPOINTMENT AND THINGS WENT OK! WE DID HOWEVER FIND OUT THAT LITTLE TIMBERLY HAS MORE THAN ONE CYST ON HER BRAIN AND WILL BE RECHECKED AGAIN IN A FEW WEEKS. THEY DID ALOT OF MEASURING TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER PROBLEMS LUCKILY EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED GREAT! SO NOW WE JUST HAVE THOSE CYSTS TO WORRY ABOUT AND HOPE THAT THEY GO AWAY. Well i am trying to stay on the upside about all thats going on with our little Timberly its really hard not to worry too. Thanks you to my friends who have heard my worries and voiced there Prayers over the phone with us it means so much. Claudia i cant thank you enough for the wonderful link you added to your site in just hours my little Timberly has recieved so many prayes thank you ! Crystal you always have the greatest words thanks you it really warms my heart, Cheryl ahhh i am so happy i met you also you all have been so generous in all the kind words you have for our family. In about 1 percent to 2 percent of normal babies -- 1 out of 50 to 100 -- a tiny bubble of fluid is pinched off as the choroid plexus forms. This appears as a cyst inside the choroid plexus at the time of ultrasound. A choroid plexus cyst can be likened to a blister and is not considered a brain abnormality.
What is going to happen to the cyst? Will it enlarge?
In the vast majority of cases, the cyst resolves or disappears and has no consequences.
What is the concern?
As mentioned, choroid plexus cysts are present in 1 percent to 2 percent of normal fetuses. However, in a very small percentage of fetuses with choroid plexus cysts, there is an associated chromosome disorder called trisomy 18. Fetuses with trisomy 18 have an extra copy of chromosome 18. Frequently, fetuses with trisomy 18 are stillborn. Survivors beyond infancy are rare. They have severe mental retardation and a variety of other problems including abnormalities of almost any organ system such as the heart, brain and kidneys. Fetuses with trisomy 18 have choroid plexus cysts about a third of the time. Therefore, when we see choroid plexus cysts, we are concerned that the fetus may have trisomy 18.
Trisomy 18 is rare. It is present in less than 1in 3,000 newborns. Choroid plexus cysts are relatively common in normal fetuses. Most fetuses with a choroid plexus cyst are normal. Furthermore, many of the abnormalities associated with trisomy 18 can be detected by a careful ultrasound. In fact, fetuses with trisomy 18 almost always demonstrate abnormalities on ultrasound in addition to choroid plexus cysts, although some of these abnormalities can be quite subtle. If no additional abnormalities are detected by a thorough "level II" ultrasound, the likelihood the fetus has trisomy 18 is very low.
What are the odds that it is a sign of the chromosomal disorder trisomy 18?
The precise rate of risk is difficult to estimate and is somewhat controversial, but most doctors believe it is well under 1 percent. In other words, a fetus with choroid plexus cysts but an otherwise normal ultrasound has a better than 99 percent chance of not having trisomy 18. A normal alpha fetoprotein (AFP) test further reduces the likelihood of trisomy 18.
Does the size of the cyst matter?
Ordinarily, the size does not matter, although multiple, large cysts are slightly more worrisome.
What is the next step after a cyst is discovered?
We can perform an amniocentesis, and count the number of chromosomes in the fetus to be certain there is not an extra copy of chromosome 18. At the same time, we can rule out other chromosomal abnormalities, such as Down syndrome, although we have no reason to suspect any of these in your case. However there is a small risk of amniocentesis causing a miscarriage.
How high is the miscarriage risk with amniocentesis?
The rate of risk for miscarriage with amniocentesis is difficult to determine. Many doctors cite 0.5 percent or 1 in 200.
Can I just wait to see if the cyst resolves?
That won't help your decision, because cysts almost always resolve in both normal fetuses, as well at those with trisomy 18. The natural course for a CPC is to resolve or disappear. However, even when the cyst resolves, it does not reduce the chance that the fetus has trisomy 18.

WOW HI ALL IT SURE HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL WEEKEND! ALL THE FAMILY HAS JUST LEFT AND WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. THE KIDS ESPECIALLY OMG ITS HILARIOUS TO SEE THEM ALL TEARIN IT UP! THE GREAT THING ABOUT THE VISIT WAS WE EVEN GOT SNOW! YEP THANKSGIVING DAY WE HAD SNOW AND IT EVEN STUCK IT STAYED FOR THE DAY THNE THE NEXT MORNING IT WAS GONE BUT THE KIDS HAD A BLAST. hi all wow today we all woke up to white white white! snow wooo hoo its so pretty doesnt look like it will stay long but it sure is pretty. the kids are so ezxcited and put there winter suits on right away to go out and play in it! So today we are getting ready for uncle ronnie aunt shelia and rusty angela and kids to come and stay wow! mommy is gonna be busy cooking tons of food tomarrow LOL! We are so thrilled to have family with us and even more happier than we can host thanksgiving this year. Rick is so happy he gets to spend this holidat with his brothers it should be a really great time. Now to little miss arlee omg she is doing so many funny things and so many more every day she now says nose, eyes, button and points to all of it as she says it. she wil also pick up books and say book, one thing she does that is so darn cute is when she gets mad at our dog dixie she says Stop IT! its so cute LOL when we are feeding her she says more ha ha she is such a little piggy! Right now arlee is weighing 22 pounds and growing like a weed! she is still in 12 month clothes and can wear some 18 months also is in size 4 diapers. Yesterday i was laying with her and she kept lifting my shirt up to look at my belly button she would say BUTTON and point to it then i would say baby she looked kind of confused at that point but i said give the baby a kiss and she leaned forward and kissed my belly it was so cute. she loves to sai HI to everyone that walks in and makes sure to blow lots of kisses even makes the little kiss noise when doing it i love it. As for my other babies they are so good ricky is wonderful and still doing good in school he loves it so much alexis is doing awesome and we are awaiting her report card on the 29th i cant wait to se how she did. anyhow we are all superfabulous! and awaiting this holiday season, lots of love to you all and a

I TOLD RICK WITH BALOONS A PIC FRAME AND BIB THAT SAYS DADDYS PRINCESS! HE WAS SO SHOCKED BUT VERY VERY HAPPY! ALEXIS WAS WITH ME WHEN WE FOUND OUT AND LITTLE ARLEE OF CORSE DOENST UNDERSTAND YET SO TOO MY LITTLE RICKY . WELL MOMMY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SPECIAL IF I SPENT THE DAY WITH HIM FATER WORK AND SO I DID . I TOOK HIM OUT AND SPOILED THE HECK OUT OF HIM BUT BEFORE ALL THAT WE HAD A MOTHER TO SON TALK ABOUT HOW VERY SPECIAL HE IS TO ME AND DADDY AND THAT HE IS EVEN MORE SPECIAL TO US NOW CAUSE HE IS GONA BE THE ONLY BOY!
