Stories We had a great week celebrating Dad's 60th Birthday! Sophia & Catie had a blast together at The Sandbox Museum with Pop Pop! I uploaded some pics. Mom, Catie, & I have our plane tickets ready to go see family & friends in 3 weeks, we are so excited!! Next baby appt. is July 24th, hopefully this lil' stinker has his/hers legs uncrossed this time!! We may be having a surprise, how fun!!
We had a Dr. appt. today (it got moved up early) and we found out we are having....a SURPRISE!! The baby was flipping and jumping a lot, but kept those legs crossed! We have our big u/s scheduled for July 24th so we may be just having a surprise if the legs stay crossed!! I had my blood drawn for AFP test and will get those results back in a week, heartbeat was great! I do have an anterior placenta (in front of baby) so I may not pick up the heartbeat with my home doppler or feel the kicks as well as we did with Catie. It's nothing to worry about though!
Baby Update: Heard the heartbeat last night on our home doppler (16w), was about 135, maybe a boy! Catie was always about 164. Next appt. July 5th on Pop Pop's 60th Birthday!! We hope to find out if the baby is a girl or boy!!
