I had a fabulous Mother's Day, it was super special because it was the first Mother's Day my Mom & I got to be together as Moms. I can't wait till next year when we will have two kiddos!! We had a great breakfast all together and then headed down to Savannah for a day at City Market and on River Street. We had fun walking around and then ate dinner at Boar's Head restaurant, delicious!! Catie was superb all day and fell asleep towards the end of dinner in our arms, so sweet. She and Daddy made me the sweetest Mother's Day Card, it was just perfect! I'll upload the few pics I got that day...
Happy Mother's Day! We have been enjoying the outdoors a lot lately, the weather has been perfect, although we all know the humidity will arrive soon. We went to Jarvis park with Catie's best bud Tony and had lunch afterwards. They had so much fun on the tire swing and slides. I was so upset i forgot my camera. Today we went to Jekyll Island Summer Waves Waterpark, great day and yet I forgot the camera. Gee, can you tell preggo brain has already set in? lol Well, get your guesses in for Trotter Baby #2, there is a GREAT prize in store for the person who guesses the closest!!
Catie is now 28 months! We've been relaxing this week around the house since morning sickness and nausea has arrived, lol! We did get to the beach yesterday with friends, we all had a blast! The temps have been about 85-90 so we've been staying cool inside especially with all the smoke coming through from the Georgia forest fires. We need rain bad, I am sure a drought will be called. I uploaded pool and beach pics, isn't she so darn cute!?
